Detailed tour schedule VUNG TAU 2 DAYS 1 NIGHT TOUR

DAY

HO CHI MINH CITY – VUNG TAU CITY – TAM THANG TOWER – BACH DINH – SUNWORLD WATER PARK (Meals: Lunch & Diner)

MORNING

07:30: The bus and the tour guide from Vietnam Tourist will pick you up at designated points to depart for Ho Chi Minh City for 2 Days 1 Night Vung Tau Tour. During the trip, you can relax and enjoy informative commentary about the region and the attractions to be visited throughout the day.

Pick-up Points:

Pick-up Point 1: Vietnam Tourist Office – 54 D9 Street, Tay Thanh Ward, Tan Phu District, Ho Chi Minh City (06:00)

Pick-up Point 2: Pico Plaza Shopping Center (Lotte Cong Hoa)– 20 Cong Hoa Street, Ward 12, Tan Binh District (05:15)

Pick-up Point 3: Youth Cultural House- 4 Pham Ngoc Thach Street, Ben Nghe Ward, District 1 (5:30)

Pick-up Point 4: ACB Bank- 278 Xo Viet Nghe Tinh Street, Ward 21, Binh Thanh District (5:45)

10:00: Arrive in Vung Tau and visit Tam Thang Tower, one of the city’s newest landmarks and a popular photo stop, featuring a distinctive design inspired by traditional Vietnamese culture.

10:30: Continue to Bach Dinh (Villa Blanche), a beautiful French colonial mansion built in the late 19th century, offering panoramic views of Vung Tau’s coastline and rich historical significance.

NOON:

12:00: Enjoy Lunch at a local restaurant. After lunch, check in hotel and relax.

AFTERNOON:

14:30: You may choose one of the following options:

Option 1: Relax at Thuy Van Beach.
Enjoy leisure time at the beach, sunbathe, swim, or simply unwind while taking in the beautiful coastal scenery.

Option 2: Explore Sun World Vung Tau Water Park (entrance ticket at own expense, if applicable)
Spend the day at Sun World Vung Tau, a world-class water park featuring over 20 attractions and more than 100 water slides. Covering an area of 15 hectares, Aqua Adventure is divided into four themed zones inspired by the cultural and historical heritage of both Eastern and Western civilizations. Highlights include one of Asia’s longest water coasters (348 meters), a 400-meter adventure river, the first Twist 'n' Splash attraction within the Sun World system, a giant Ridehouse complex, the largest Wave Pool among all Sun World parks (6,000 m²), and a 650-meter Lazy River, offering endless fun for visitors of all ages.

EVENING

19:00: enjoy dinner at a local restaurant.
Over night at Vung tau.

DAY2

VUNG TAU – CHRIST THE KING STATUE – VUNG TAU MUSEUM – SONG VINH CHURCH – PHUOC HAI MONASTERY – HO CHI MINH CITY (Meals: Breakfast / Lunch)

MORNING

07:00: Enjoy breakfast at the hotel, free time to relax or swim at the beach.

09:00: Check out of the hotel. Depart for a visit to the Christ the King Statue, one of the largest Jesus statues in Southeast Asia, situated atop Small Mountain (Nui Nho). Climb to the statue’s outstretched arms and enjoy panoramic views of Vung Tau’s beautiful coastline and cityscape.

11:00: Continue to Vung Tau Museum, where you can explore the rich history, culture, and heritage of Ba Ria – Vung Tau Province through a collection of valuable artifacts and exhibits.

LUNCH

12:00: Enjoy lunch at a local restaurant.

AFTERNOON

13:00: Depart for Ho Chi Minh City. On the way, visit Song Vinh Church, often referred to as the “European Palace of Vung Tau” ,renowned for its impressive Gothic architecture and elegant design.

15:00: Continue to Phuoc Hai Monastery, a famous spiritual destination known for its peaceful atmosphere, beautiful architecture, and the traditional vegetarian noodle soup served to visitors and pilgrims.

17:30: Arrive in Ho Chi Minh City. Drop off at the original meeting point. End of the tour with unforgettable memories.

TOUR PRICE

TOUR INCLUDES

1.Transportation: Modern air-conditione tourist bus.

2.Accommodation: 2–5-star hotels with full amenities, based on double, triple, or quad occupancy (2–4 guests per room).

3.Meals: 01 buffet breakfast at the hotel (from 3-star hotel) or Squid Noodle Soup – A Local Specialty of Vung Tau & 02 main meals with set menus (VND 150,000 per person per meal).

4.Entrance Fees: All entrance fees to attractions included in the itinerary. No refunds will be provided for any unused services or skipped attractions.

5.Travel Insurance: Coverage up to VND 30,000,000 per person per case.

6.Tour Guide: Professional, experienced, and friendly English-speaking tour guide throughout the tour.

7.Complimentary Gifts: Vietnam Tourist travel hat, 500ml bottled water (one bottle per guest per day) and Cold towels.

8.VAT (8%): I: If an invoice is required, please provide the necessary billing information to our sales team in advance.

TOUR EXCLUDES

- Personal expense: Laundry, meals outside the program, and freshwater shower services at sightseeing spots.

- Attractions: Entrance fees for any attractions not included in the itinerary.Sun World Water Park entrance ticket.

CHILDREN POLICY

- Children under 5 years old: A surcharge of VND 243,000 per seat applies for transportation. Parents or guardians are responsible for all additional expenses, including meals, accommodation, and entrance fees (if any). Two adults may accompany only one child under 5 years old free of charge. A second child under 5 years old will be charged 50% of the tour price.

- Children from 5 to under 10 years old: Charged 70% of the adult tour price. The rate includes meals, a seat on the vehicle, and shared accommodation with parents using existing bedding. Two adults may accompany only one child at this rate. A second child in this age group will be charged the full adult rate.

- Children aged 11 years and above: Charged the full adult rate and entitled to all services included in the adult package.

IMPORTANT NOTES

- Surcharge will apply for tours during public holidays and Tet (Lunar New Year).

- The itinerary order may be changed, but the number of activities remains the same.

- Guests must be present at the pick-up point at least 15 minutes before departure. Late arrivals after the coach has departed or cancellations without prior notice will be charged as a “no-show on departure day.”

- Children must be accompanied by their parents or must have a written authorization letter from a guardian. A birth certificate or passport is required when participating in the tour.

- Guests are responsible for managing their own money and personal belongings during the trip.

- Upon booking, guests are required to provide full details including full name, year of birth, ID/Passport number, date of issue, and place of issue.

- The tour program serves as a binding agreement between the customer and the company. Any inquiries or complaints will be resolved based on the program terms and payment receipt.

- Pregnant guests of 6 months or more are not accepted on tours for safety reasons.

- Guests aged from 70 to under 75 years old are required to sign a health commitment with the company.

CANCELLATION POLICY

- Not applicable for cancellations on public holidays. Saturdays and Sundays are not counted.

In case of tour cancellation, the following cancellation fees will apply:

- If the ticket is cancelled after purchase: 30% of the tour price.

- If cancelled 07 days before departure: 50% of the tour price.

- If cancelled 03 days before departure: 70% of the tour price.

- If cancelled within 24 hours before departure: 100% of the tour price.

Bước 1: Qúy khách đến trực tiếp văn phòng của Vietnam Tourist để được tư vấn & đăng kí tour.

Bước 2: Qúy khách đặt tour trực tiếp với nhân viên tại văn phòng Vietnam Tourist, quý khách lựa chọn ngày đi và cung cấp các thông tin cá nhân như sau:

- Họ và tên

- Số điện thoại đăng kí tour

- Danh sách các thành viên tham gia tour ( Gồm họ & tên; ngày tháng năm sinh, số căn cước công dân )

Bước 3: Quý khách đặt cọc trước 70% tổng số tiền tour theo quy định, với 30% còn lại quý khách sẽ thành toán cho hướng dẫn viên khi lên tour.

Bước 4: Hoàn tất quy trình đặt tour, quý khách nhận phiếu xác nhận đăng kí tour. Trước ngày khởi hành tour. hướng dẫn viên Vietnam Tourist sẽ liên hệ với quý khách để cung cấp số điện thoại hướng dẫn viên, xác nhận thời gian và địa điểm đón khách.

2. Đặt dịch vụ trực tuyến (online):

Bước 1: Qúy khách đặt tour trực tiếp trên trang website: ww.vietnamtouristvn.com (trong phần ô có chữ "đặt tour" của từng tour cụ thê) hoặc liên hệ qua các cổng thông tin như hotline, Fanpage Vietnam Tourist, Zalo page Vietnam Tourist nằm ở trang web này để được nhân viên Vietnam Tourist tư vấn chu đáo tận tình.

Bước 2: Qúy khách sẽ gửi thông tin đăng kí tour cho nhân viên đang tư vấn. Quý khách lựa chọn ngày đi và cung cấp các thông tin cá nhân như sau:

- Họ và tên

- Số điện thoại đăng kí tour

- Danh sách các thành viên tham gia tour ( Gồm họ & tên; ngày tháng năm sinh, số căn cước công dân )

Bước 3: Quý khách chuyển cọc trước 70% tổng số tiền tour theo quy định, với 30% còn lại quý khách sẽ thành toán cho hướng dẫn viên khi lên tour.

Lưu ý: Khi chuyển khoản quý khách vui lòng ghi rõ nội dung chuyển khoản như sau: Tên người đăng kí + Số điện thoại...Sau khi chuyển khoản thành công, quý khách vui lòng thông báo cho nhân viên đang phụ trách để kiểm tra.

Bước 4: Sau khi nhận được tiền, nhân viên Vietnam Tourist sẽ gửi phiếu xác nhận đặt tour qua zalo hoặc mail cho quý khách. Hoàn tất quy trình đặt tour. Trước ngày khởi hành tour. hướng dẫn viên Vietnam Tourist sẽ liên hệ với quý khách để cung cấp số điện thoại hướng dẫn viên, xác nhận thời gian và địa điểm đón khách. Quý khách nhận xác nhận qua Mail hoặc điện thoại.

Bước 3: Sau khi nhận được tiền cọc, bộ phận kế toán sẽ liên hệ quý khách để gửi phiếu xác nhận qua mail hoặc zalo, facebook.

II. ĐỐI VỚI KHÁCH ĐOÀN ( CÔNG TY/ ĐƠN VỊ/ TỔ CHỨC/...)

Bước 1: Qúy khách đặt tour với nhân viên tư vấn của Vietnam Tourist (Có thể đặt trực tiếp hoặc online)

Bước 2: Sau khi chọn được tour theo ý muốn, quý khách vui lòng cung cấp các thông tin sau cho nhân viên Vietnam Tourist:

- Thông tin công ty gồm: Địa chỉ công ty, mã số thuế, người đại diện và chức vụ

- Họ tên & số điện thoại trưởng đoàn ( người phụ trách chính của tour)

- Danh sách các thành viên tham gia tour ( Gồm họ & tên; ngày tháng năm sinh, số căn cước công dân )

Bước 3: Nhân viên Vietnam Tourist sẽ lên hợp đồng và gửi cho quý khách kiểm tra. Sau khi hai bên cùng đồng thuận thống nhất với hợp đồng, chúng tôi sẽ in ra và ký tên đóng dấu hai bản hợp đồng gửi cho quý khách. Khi nhận được hợp đồng, quý khách sẽ ký tên đóng dấu và gửi lại chúng tôi 01 bản hợp đồng.

Bước 4: Sau khi nhận được hợp đồng, quý khách vui lòng thanh toán theo quy trình ghi trên hợp đồng:

- Quý khách chuyển cọc trước 70% tổng số tiền tour theo quy định của hợp đồng.

- Qúy khách sẽ thanh toán 30% còn lại trong vòng 3 ngày sau khi hai bên kí kết biên bản nghiệm thu và thanh lý hợp đồng ( nếu có phát sinh sau tour) và quý khách nhận được hóa đơn VAT từ Vietnam Tourist.

Bước 4: Vietnam Tourist nhận được phần thanh toán còn lại từ quý khách, hợp đồng tour kết thúc!
