DAY

MORNING

04:40: Vietnam Tourist's tour guide and vehicle will pick you up at the designated meeting point for your 2-Day, 1-Night Ca Mau Tour. Along the way, enjoy onboard activities, relax, and get acquainted with your fellow travelers.

Pick-up Points:

04:40: Vietnam Tourist Office – 54 D9 Street, Tay Thanh Ward, Tan Phu District, Ho Chi Minh City.

05:00: Vietnam Tourist Office – 208 Hoang Van Thu Street, Ward 4, Tan Binh District, Ho Chi Minh City.

05:20: Youth Cultural House – 6 Pham Ngoc Thach Street, District 1.

05:40: Thuan Kieu Plaza – 190 Hong Bang Street, Ward 12, District 5.

06:00: Mien Tay Bus Station – Comeco Petrol Station (opposite Trieu An Hospital).

07:00: Stop at a rest station for breakfast and a short break.

08:00: Continue the journey to Ca Mau Cape via the newly opened Can Tho – Ca Mau Expressway.

11:00: Arrive in Ca Mau City and visit Ngoc Hien Square, the city's newest landmark, for sightseeing and photo opportunities.

LUNCH

11:30: Enjoy lunch at a local restaurant.

AFTERNOON

12:30: Continue the journey to Nam Can.

14:30: Arrive in Nam Can and check in to your hotel.

15:30: Board a canoe for an exciting ride through the Ca Mau National Mangrove Forest, where you'll experience the unique ecosystem and admire the spectacular sunset at Vietnam's southernmost point—often described as the land where "the land expands, the forest moves, and the sea flourishes."

17:30: Return to the hotel and relax.

18:30: Experience authentic local activities in Ca Mau:

Check traditional crab traps (fresh crabs are available for purchase if desired).

Join a night mangrove crab hunting experience by hand.

Enjoy freshly grilled fish and mangrove crabs caught during the activity.

19:30: Savor a BBQ dinner and enjoy an evening of cultural exchange and entertainment.

Overnight: Stay at Ca Mau Cape.

NAM CAN – CAO VAN LAU THEATER – BAC LIEU PRINCE'S HOUSE – HO CHI MINH CITY (Meals: Breakfast & Lunch)

MORNING

07:00: Check out of the hotel and enjoy breakfast.

08:00: Depart for Bac Lieu.

10:00: Check in at Cao Van Lau Theater (the iconic "Three Conical Hats") and the Moon Lute Monument at Hung Vuong Square, one of Bac Lieu's most recognizable landmarks.

10:30: Visit the famous Bac Lieu Prince's House, a magnificent French-style mansion built between 1917 and 1919. Alternatively, guests may explore Bac Lieu Market for local shopping.

LUNCH

11:30: Enjoy lunch at a local restaurant.

AFTERNOON

12:30: Depart for Soc Trang.

13:30: Visit Som Rong Pagoda (Wat Pătum Wôngsa Som Rông), a beautiful Khmer temple renowned for its impressive architecture and Vietnam's giant reclining Buddha.

14:30: Stop at Tan Hue Vien Bakery, famous for its traditional pia cakes, unique architecture, and beautiful photo spots.

15:00: Depart for Ho Chi Minh City.

20:00: Arrive in Ho Chi Minh City. Drop-off at the original pick-up points. End of the 2-Day, 1-Night Ca Mau Tour.

1.Transportation: Modern tourist bus with air conditioning, comfortable seating, and fully equipped to tourism standards.

2. Accommodation: Homestay with full amenities, based on 2–4 guests per room.

3. Meals:

Breakfast: 02 breakfasts (Vietnamese noodle soup and a drink).

Main Meals:

01 set menu lunch/dinner valued at VND 160,000 per person.

01 special meal featuring Ca Mau Crab, valued at VND 200,000 per person.

4. Entrance Fees: All sightseeing and admission fees as specified in the itinerary.

5. Travel Insurance: Coverage of up to VND 30,000,000 per person per case.

7. Complimentary Gifts: Vietnam Tourist travel hat. One 500 ml bottle of drinking water per person per day and Cold towels.

8. VAT: 8% Value Added Tax (VAT).

TOUR EXCLUDES

Personal expenses such as laundry, beverages, meals not specified in the itinerary, freshwater shower fees at sightseeing attractions, and other personal expenditures.

CHILD POLICY

Children under 5 years old: A surcharge of VND 300,000 per child applies for a seat on the vehicle. Children share meals and bedding with their parents. Each two adults may accompany one child under 5 free of the tour fare (except for the seat surcharge). From the second child onward, a charge of 70% of the adult tour price applies.

Children from 5 to under 10 years old: Charged 70% of the adult tour price, including meals, a seat on the vehicle, and sharing a bed with their parents. Each two adults may accompany one child in this age group. From the second child onward, the full adult tour price applies.

Children aged 11 and above: Charged 100% of the adult tour price and entitled to the same services as an adult.

IMPORTANT NOTES

A surcharge applies during public holidays and the Lunar New Year (Tet Holiday).

The itinerary may be adjusted due to operational conditions; however, all scheduled attractions and services will remain unchanged.

Please arrive at the designated pick-up point at least 15 minutes before departure. Guests who arrive late after the vehicle has departed or cancel the tour without prior notice will be subject to the same cancellation policy as a cancellation on the departure date.

Children must travel with their parents or a legal guardian. If traveling with relatives, a parental authorization letter is required. Please bring the child's birth certificate or passport for verification.

Guests are responsible for safeguarding their own cash, valuables, and personal belongings throughout the tour.

When booking, please provide your full name, year of birth, ID/Passport number, date of issue, and place of issue.

The tour program serves as a mutual agreement between the customer and the company. Any inquiries or complaints will be resolved based on the itinerary and the official payment receipt.

For safety reasons, pregnant women from 6 months onward are not permitted to join the tour.

Guests from 70 to under 75 years old are required to sign a Health Declaration and Liability Waiver before joining the tour.

CANCELLATION POLICY

This cancellation policy does not apply during public holidays or Tet Holiday.

Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays are not counted when calculating cancellation deadlines.

Cancellation charges are as follows:

After booking confirmation: 30% of the total tour price.

07 days or more before departure: 50% of the total tour price.

03 days before departure: 70% of the total tour price.

Within 24 hours of departure or in case of no-show: 100% of the total tour price.

1. Đặt dịch vụ trực tiếp tại văn phòng Vietnam Tourist

Bước 1: Qúy khách đến trực tiếp văn phòng của Vietnam Tourist để được tư vấn & đăng kí tour.

Bước 2: Qúy khách đặt tour trực tiếp với nhân viên tại văn phòng Vietnam Tourist, quý khách lựa chọn ngày đi và cung cấp các thông tin cá nhân như sau:

- Họ và tên

- Số điện thoại đăng kí tour

- Danh sách các thành viên tham gia tour ( Gồm họ & tên; ngày tháng năm sinh, số căn cước công dân )

Bước 3: Quý khách đặt cọc trước 70% tổng số tiền tour theo quy định, với 30% còn lại quý khách sẽ thành toán cho hướng dẫn viên khi lên tour.

Bước 4: Hoàn tất quy trình đặt tour, quý khách nhận phiếu xác nhận đăng kí tour. Trước ngày khởi hành tour. hướng dẫn viên Vietnam Tourist sẽ liên hệ với quý khách để cung cấp số điện thoại hướng dẫn viên, xác nhận thời gian và địa điểm đón khách.

2. Đặt dịch vụ trực tuyến (online):

Bước 1: Qúy khách đặt tour trực tiếp trên trang website: ww.vietnamtouristvn.com (trong phần ô có chữ "đặt tour" của từng tour cụ thê) hoặc liên hệ qua các cổng thông tin như hotline, Fanpage Vietnam Tourist, Zalo page Vietnam Tourist nằm ở trang web này để được nhân viên Vietnam Tourist tư vấn chu đáo tận tình.

Bước 2: Qúy khách sẽ gửi thông tin đăng kí tour cho nhân viên đang tư vấn. Quý khách lựa chọn ngày đi và cung cấp các thông tin cá nhân như sau:

- Họ và tên

- Số điện thoại đăng kí tour

- Danh sách các thành viên tham gia tour ( Gồm họ & tên; ngày tháng năm sinh, số căn cước công dân )

Bước 3: Quý khách chuyển cọc trước 70% tổng số tiền tour theo quy định, với 30% còn lại quý khách sẽ thành toán cho hướng dẫn viên khi lên tour.

Lưu ý: Khi chuyển khoản quý khách vui lòng ghi rõ nội dung chuyển khoản như sau: Tên người đăng kí + Số điện thoại...Sau khi chuyển khoản thành công, quý khách vui lòng thông báo cho nhân viên đang phụ trách để kiểm tra.

Bước 4: Sau khi nhận được tiền, nhân viên Vietnam Tourist sẽ gửi phiếu xác nhận đặt tour qua zalo hoặc mail cho quý khách. Hoàn tất quy trình đặt tour. Trước ngày khởi hành tour. hướng dẫn viên Vietnam Tourist sẽ liên hệ với quý khách để cung cấp số điện thoại hướng dẫn viên, xác nhận thời gian và địa điểm đón khách. Quý khách nhận xác nhận qua Mail hoặc điện thoại.

Bước 3: Sau khi nhận được tiền cọc, bộ phận kế toán sẽ liên hệ quý khách để gửi phiếu xác nhận qua mail hoặc zalo, facebook.

II. ĐỐI VỚI KHÁCH ĐOÀN ( CÔNG TY/ ĐƠN VỊ/ TỔ CHỨC/...)

Bước 1: Qúy khách đặt tour với nhân viên tư vấn của Vietnam Tourist (Có thể đặt trực tiếp hoặc online)

Bước 2: Sau khi chọn được tour theo ý muốn, quý khách vui lòng cung cấp các thông tin sau cho nhân viên Vietnam Tourist:

- Thông tin công ty gồm: Địa chỉ công ty, mã số thuế, người đại diện và chức vụ

- Họ tên & số điện thoại trưởng đoàn ( người phụ trách chính của tour)

- Danh sách các thành viên tham gia tour ( Gồm họ & tên; ngày tháng năm sinh, số căn cước công dân )

Bước 3: Nhân viên Vietnam Tourist sẽ lên hợp đồng và gửi cho quý khách kiểm tra. Sau khi hai bên cùng đồng thuận thống nhất với hợp đồng, chúng tôi sẽ in ra và ký tên đóng dấu hai bản hợp đồng gửi cho quý khách. Khi nhận được hợp đồng, quý khách sẽ ký tên đóng dấu và gửi lại chúng tôi 01 bản hợp đồng.

Bước 4: Sau khi nhận được hợp đồng, quý khách vui lòng thanh toán theo quy trình ghi trên hợp đồng:

- Quý khách chuyển cọc trước 70% tổng số tiền tour theo quy định của hợp đồng.

- Qúy khách sẽ thanh toán 30% còn lại trong vòng 3 ngày sau khi hai bên kí kết biên bản nghiệm thu và thanh lý hợp đồng ( nếu có phát sinh sau tour) và quý khách nhận được hóa đơn VAT từ Vietnam Tourist.

Bước 4: Vietnam Tourist nhận được phần thanh toán còn lại từ quý khách, hợp đồng tour kết thúc!
