Teddy Bear Museum – The Quintessence of Vietnam – Grand World Phu Quoc – Venice Color Show (Meal: Dinner)

AFTERNOON

15:00: Vietnam Tourist's tour guide and driver will pick you up from your hotel or designated meeting point. Depart for Grand World Phu Quoc, the island's vibrant entertainment complex, and begin your journey through the famous "Sleepless City."

15:30: Visit the Teddy Bear Museum, home to an impressive collection of teddy bears from around the world. Discover interactive exhibits and capture memorable photos in this charming attraction.

16:30: Explore The Quintessence of Vietnam, a cultural complex celebrating Vietnam's rich heritage through traditional architecture, artistic performances, and immersive cultural experiences.

17:30: Enjoy free time to explore Grand World at your own pace. Relax with a refreshing drink, stroll along the picturesque Venice-inspired canal, browse boutique shops, or simply soak up the lively atmosphere of this bustling entertainment destination.

18:30: Savor a delicious dinner featuring Bun Quay, Phu Quoc's famous local specialty and a must-try culinary experience.

EVENING

20:30: Continue exploring Grand World, where you can shop for souvenirs, take beautiful evening photographs, or enjoy the vibrant nightlife and street performances throughout the complex.

21:30: Experience the spectacular Venice Color Show, an impressive multimedia performance featuring music, dancing fountains, colorful lights, and captivating visual effects inspired by the romantic charm of Venice.

TOUR INCLUDES

3. Entrance Fees: All entrance tickets as per the itinerary are included. Please note: No refunds will be given for unused tickets if guests choose to skip any attraction.

4. Insurance: Compensation of 30,000,000 VND per person per case.

5. Guide: Friendly, experienced, and attentive guide to ensure a pleasant experience.

6. Gifts: Vietnam Tourist travel hat, 500ml bottled water per day, and cold towels.

7. TAX 8%: If guests require an invoice, please provide the necessary details to the sales staff.

TOUR EXCLUDES

Personal Expenses: Any personal costs such as shopping, souvenirs, etc.

Meals Not Listed: Any meals outside the scheduled lunch.

Tips for Guide and Driver: Tips for the guide and driver are not included ( 3$/pax)

CHILDREN POLICY

• Children under 5 years old: Parents or guardians are responsible for all costs related to meals, accommodation, and entrance fees (if applicable). Only one child under 5 years old is allowed per two adults. For the second child onward, a 50% tour fare applies. If parents request a seat on the bus for the child, there is an additional charge of 30% of the tour price per child.

• Children from 5 to 10 years old: 85% of the tour price, including meals, a seat on the bus, and sharing a bed with the family. Two adults are allowed to bring only one child in this age group. For the second child and beyond, full adult tickets must be purchased.

NOTES

- Prices for holidays and special events may include additional surcharges.

- The program sequence may change, but the total number of activities will remain the same.

- Guests must arrive at the pick-up point 15 minutes before the scheduled departure. Late arrivals after the vehicle has departed or cancellations without prior notice will incur a fee as if the tour was canceled on the departure day.

- Children must travel with their parents or provide a consent form to travel with relatives. They must bring a birth certificate or passport.

- Guests are responsible for managing their own money and personal belongings during the trip.

- When registering, guests must provide full details: full name, date of birth, ID number, issuance date, and place of issue.

- The tour program is considered an agreement between the customer and the company. Any complaints will be resolved based on the program details and receipt.

- Pregnant women beyond the 6th month are not allowed to join the tour for safety reasons.

- Guests aged 70 to 75 years old are required to sign a health declaration with the company

TOUR CANCELLATION

Cancellations are not accepted during public holidays. Saturdays and Sundays are excluded from the cancellation terms.

• If you cancel the tour, the following cancellation fees apply:

• If canceled after booking: 30% of the ticket price.

• If canceled 7 days before departure: 50% of the ticket price.

• If canceled 3 days before departure: 70% of the ticket price.

• If canceled within 24 hours before departure: 100% of the ticket price

I. ĐỐI VỚI KHÁCH LẺ GHÉP ĐOÀN:

1. Đặt dịch vụ trực tiếp tại văn phòng Vietnam Tourist

Bước 1: Qúy khách đến trực tiếp văn phòng của Vietnam Tourist để được tư vấn & đăng kí tour.

Bước 2: Qúy khách đặt tour trực tiếp với nhân viên tại văn phòng Vietnam Tourist, quý khách lựa chọn ngày đi và cung cấp các thông tin cá nhân như sau:

- Họ và tên

- Số điện thoại đăng kí tour

- Danh sách các thành viên tham gia tour ( Gồm họ & tên; ngày tháng năm sinh, số căn cước công dân )

Bước 3: Quý khách đặt cọc trước 70% tổng số tiền tour theo quy định, với 30% còn lại quý khách sẽ thành toán cho hướng dẫn viên khi lên tour.

Bước 4: Hoàn tất quy trình đặt tour, quý khách nhận phiếu xác nhận đăng kí tour. Trước ngày khởi hành tour. hướng dẫn viên Vietnam Tourist sẽ liên hệ với quý khách để cung cấp số điện thoại hướng dẫn viên, xác nhận thời gian và địa điểm đón khách.

2. Đặt dịch vụ trực tuyến (online):

Bước 1: Qúy khách đặt tour trực tiếp trên trang website: ww.vietnamtouristvn.com (trong phần ô có chữ "đặt tour" của từng tour cụ thê) hoặc liên hệ qua các cổng thông tin như hotline, Fanpage Vietnam Tourist, Zalo page Vietnam Tourist nằm ở trang web này để được nhân viên Vietnam Tourist tư vấn chu đáo tận tình.

Bước 2: Qúy khách sẽ gửi thông tin đăng kí tour cho nhân viên đang tư vấn. Quý khách lựa chọn ngày đi và cung cấp các thông tin cá nhân như sau:

- Họ và tên

- Số điện thoại đăng kí tour

- Danh sách các thành viên tham gia tour ( Gồm họ & tên; ngày tháng năm sinh, số căn cước công dân )

Bước 3: Quý khách chuyển cọc trước 70% tổng số tiền tour theo quy định, với 30% còn lại quý khách sẽ thành toán cho hướng dẫn viên khi lên tour.

Lưu ý: Khi chuyển khoản quý khách vui lòng ghi rõ nội dung chuyển khoản như sau: Tên người đăng kí + Số điện thoại...Sau khi chuyển khoản thành công, quý khách vui lòng thông báo cho nhân viên đang phụ trách để kiểm tra.

Bước 4: Sau khi nhận được tiền, nhân viên Vietnam Tourist sẽ gửi phiếu xác nhận đặt tour qua zalo hoặc mail cho quý khách. Hoàn tất quy trình đặt tour. Trước ngày khởi hành tour. hướng dẫn viên Vietnam Tourist sẽ liên hệ với quý khách để cung cấp số điện thoại hướng dẫn viên, xác nhận thời gian và địa điểm đón khách. Quý khách nhận xác nhận qua Mail hoặc điện thoại.

Bước 3: Sau khi nhận được tiền cọc, bộ phận kế toán sẽ liên hệ quý khách để gửi phiếu xác nhận qua mail hoặc zalo, facebook.

II. ĐỐI VỚI KHÁCH ĐOÀN ( CÔNG TY/ ĐƠN VỊ/ TỔ CHỨC/...)

Bước 1: Qúy khách đặt tour với nhân viên tư vấn của Vietnam Tourist (Có thể đặt trực tiếp hoặc online)

Bước 2: Sau khi chọn được tour theo ý muốn, quý khách vui lòng cung cấp các thông tin sau cho nhân viên Vietnam Tourist:

- Thông tin công ty gồm: Địa chỉ công ty, mã số thuế, người đại diện và chức vụ

- Họ tên & số điện thoại trưởng đoàn ( người phụ trách chính của tour)

- Danh sách các thành viên tham gia tour ( Gồm họ & tên; ngày tháng năm sinh, số căn cước công dân )

Bước 3: Nhân viên Vietnam Tourist sẽ lên hợp đồng và gửi cho quý khách kiểm tra. Sau khi hai bên cùng đồng thuận thống nhất với hợp đồng, chúng tôi sẽ in ra và ký tên đóng dấu hai bản hợp đồng gửi cho quý khách. Khi nhận được hợp đồng, quý khách sẽ ký tên đóng dấu và gửi lại chúng tôi 01 bản hợp đồng.

Bước 4: Sau khi nhận được hợp đồng, quý khách vui lòng thanh toán theo quy trình ghi trên hợp đồng:

- Quý khách chuyển cọc trước 70% tổng số tiền tour theo quy định của hợp đồng.

- Qúy khách sẽ thanh toán 30% còn lại trong vòng 3 ngày sau khi hai bên kí kết biên bản nghiệm thu và thanh lý hợp đồng ( nếu có phát sinh sau tour) và quý khách nhận được hóa đơn VAT từ Vietnam Tourist.

Bước 4: Vietnam Tourist nhận được phần thanh toán còn lại từ quý khách, hợp đồng tour kết thúc!
