GUEST PICK UP - SOUTH PHU QUOC ISLAND HOPPING- CORAL PARK DISCOVERY - SUNSET AT MEDITERRANEAN (Meals:Lunch)

MORNING:

07:00: The tour guide will pick you up to begin your journey to explore South Phu Quoc Island. Upon arrival at An Thoi Harbor, you will board a speedboat to start discovering the the beautiful islands of Phu Quoc Pearl Island.

08:00: Join our guide for an exciting 3-island journey by speedboat to explore the top-rated marine destinations in Vietnam. You will have time for sightseeing, photography, and swimming at the most stunning islands in Phu Quoc:

• May Rut Island: A favorite destination for travelers, featuring the legendary "jungle swing," the leaning palm tree, and majestic rock formations—perfect for your "Instagrammable" photos.

• Mong Tay Island (or May Rut Ngoai): Enjoy relaxing beach activities and swimming in crystal-clear waters.

• Gam Ghi Island (or Buom Island): Experience Snorkeling to admire the vibrant and colorful coral reefs.

11:00: Enjoy lunch at a local restaurant, then continue the sightseeing program:

- Visit Ho Quoc Pagoda (also known as Truc Lam Ho Quoc Zen Monastery). With its stunning location, backed by mountains and facing the sea, the pagoda offers a peaceful atmosphere and breathtaking panoramic views, attracting many visitors from near and far.

- Visit Phu Quoc Prison, a historical site that vividly recreates the brutal torture methods used during the past “hell on earth,” offering deep insight into Vietnam’s history.

- Explore Sunset Town (Mediterranean Town) – where architecture, people, and nature blend into a perfect masterpiece. The purple sunset over Pearl Island creates a magical moment that captivates visitors from the very first glance. Sunset Town features Mediterranean-inspired architecture with nearly 60 iconic structures inspired by Italy, such as Roman Square, Kiss Bridge, Pompeii Ancient Town, Arc de Triomphe-style gate, Vortex Show, a 75m-high red brick clock tower, Seina Sun Shell Square, and many other stunning check-in spots.

18:30: The tour guide will take you to a restaurant to enjoy a delicious BBQ seafood buffet dinner, featuring a rich and diverse selection of fresh Phu Quoc seafood specialties.

20:00: Visit Vui Phet Night Market – a lively seaside market located in Sunset Town. This vibrant destination will surely make visitors feel excited and reluctant to leave. You will also enjoy a spectacular 7-minute fireworks display right beneath Kiss Bridge.

CHILDREN’S PRICING POLICY

- Children from 2 to 5 years old: Subject to a surcharge for a bus seat. Other tour services are free of charge, sharing services with parents. Parents are responsible for any additional expenses incurred. Each 2 adults can accompany 1 child. The 2nd child will be charged 50% of the adult tour price.

- Children from 5 to 10 years old: 100% of the adult tour price.

NOTES / IMPORTANT INFORMATION

- Pregnant guests from 6 months (24 weeks) and above are not accepted to join the tour for safety reasons. ild.

- No refunds will be given for guests who do not participate in scheduled sightseeing activities. Guests aged from 70 to under 75 years old are required to sign a health commitment with the company.

- Vietnam Tourist will not be responsible for guaranteeing sightseeing visits in cases of force majeure, including natural disasters such as storms, floods, droughts, earthquakes, etc..

OTHER NOTES / ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

- Guests from 70 to under 75 years old are required to sign a health commitment with the company. Guests from 75 years old and above must provide a medical certificate confirming sufficient health for international travel issued by a doctor, along with a health commitment form. A companion under 60 years old with full health is required. Guests aged 80 and above are not accepted.

- Pregnant guests are kindly requested to inform our sales staff at the time of booking for further consultation. We do not accept pregnant guests from 5 months of pregnancy and above for safety reasons.

- For Vietnamese passport holders: When joining the tour, guests aged 14 and above must bring their original valid ID card/Passport with clear photo (ID card must not exceed 15 years from issuance date) or original/b notarized copy of birth certificate for children under 14 years old.

- For foreign/overseas Vietnamese guests: A valid original passport is required, or a temporary residence card with visa and re-entry permit to Vietnam for flight procedures.

- When registering for a tour, please carefully read the itinerary, tour price, inclusions and exclusions, as well as cancellation terms stated on the payment receipt. If you do not register the tour in person, please ensure you fully understand the program through the person who registered on your behalf.

- Flight schedules are subject to airline changes; in some cases, flight times may be changed without prior notice.

- Depending on actual conditions, the order of sightseeing spots may be adjusted, but all destinations in the itinerary will remain unchanged.

- Vietnam Tourist is not responsible for ensuring sightseeing in cases of:
• Natural disasters: storms, floods, droughts, earthquakes, etc.
• Security issues: terrorism, protests
Aviation issues: technical problems, security incidents, delays, cancellations, or rescheduling of flights.

- In such cases, Vietnam Tourist will consider refunding unused services where possible (after deducting services already used such as visa processing fees, etc.) and will not be responsible for any additional compensation.

I. ĐỐI VỚI KHÁCH LẺ GHÉP ĐOÀN:

1. Đặt dịch vụ trực tiếp tại văn phòng Vietnam Tourist

Bước 1: Qúy khách đến trực tiếp văn phòng của Vietnam Tourist để được tư vấn & đăng kí tour.

Bước 2: Qúy khách đặt tour trực tiếp với nhân viên tại văn phòng Vietnam Tourist, quý khách lựa chọn ngày đi và cung cấp các thông tin cá nhân như sau:

- Họ và tên

- Số điện thoại đăng kí tour

- Danh sách các thành viên tham gia tour ( Gồm họ & tên; ngày tháng năm sinh, số căn cước công dân )

Bước 3: Quý khách đặt cọc trước 70% tổng số tiền tour theo quy định, với 30% còn lại quý khách sẽ thành toán cho hướng dẫn viên khi lên tour.

Bước 4: Hoàn tất quy trình đặt tour, quý khách nhận phiếu xác nhận đăng kí tour. Trước ngày khởi hành tour. hướng dẫn viên Vietnam Tourist sẽ liên hệ với quý khách để cung cấp số điện thoại hướng dẫn viên, xác nhận thời gian và địa điểm đón khách.

2. Đặt dịch vụ trực tuyến (online):

Bước 1: Qúy khách đặt tour trực tiếp trên trang website: ww.vietnamtouristvn.com (trong phần ô có chữ "đặt tour" của từng tour cụ thê) hoặc liên hệ qua các cổng thông tin như hotline, Fanpage Vietnam Tourist, Zalo page Vietnam Tourist nằm ở trang web này để được nhân viên Vietnam Tourist tư vấn chu đáo tận tình.

Bước 2: Qúy khách sẽ gửi thông tin đăng kí tour cho nhân viên đang tư vấn. Quý khách lựa chọn ngày đi và cung cấp các thông tin cá nhân như sau:

- Họ và tên

- Số điện thoại đăng kí tour

- Danh sách các thành viên tham gia tour ( Gồm họ & tên; ngày tháng năm sinh, số căn cước công dân )

Bước 3: Quý khách chuyển cọc trước 70% tổng số tiền tour theo quy định, với 30% còn lại quý khách sẽ thành toán cho hướng dẫn viên khi lên tour.

Lưu ý: Khi chuyển khoản quý khách vui lòng ghi rõ nội dung chuyển khoản như sau: Tên người đăng kí + Số điện thoại...Sau khi chuyển khoản thành công, quý khách vui lòng thông báo cho nhân viên đang phụ trách để kiểm tra.

Bước 4: Sau khi nhận được tiền, nhân viên Vietnam Tourist sẽ gửi phiếu xác nhận đặt tour qua zalo hoặc mail cho quý khách. Hoàn tất quy trình đặt tour. Trước ngày khởi hành tour. hướng dẫn viên Vietnam Tourist sẽ liên hệ với quý khách để cung cấp số điện thoại hướng dẫn viên, xác nhận thời gian và địa điểm đón khách. Quý khách nhận xác nhận qua Mail hoặc điện thoại.

Bước 3: Sau khi nhận được tiền cọc, bộ phận kế toán sẽ liên hệ quý khách để gửi phiếu xác nhận qua mail hoặc zalo, facebook.

II. ĐỐI VỚI KHÁCH ĐOÀN ( CÔNG TY/ ĐƠN VỊ/ TỔ CHỨC/...)

Bước 1: Qúy khách đặt tour với nhân viên tư vấn của Vietnam Tourist (Có thể đặt trực tiếp hoặc online)

Bước 2: Sau khi chọn được tour theo ý muốn, quý khách vui lòng cung cấp các thông tin sau cho nhân viên Vietnam Tourist:

- Thông tin công ty gồm: Địa chỉ công ty, mã số thuế, người đại diện và chức vụ

- Họ tên & số điện thoại trưởng đoàn ( người phụ trách chính của tour)

- Danh sách các thành viên tham gia tour ( Gồm họ & tên; ngày tháng năm sinh, số căn cước công dân )

Bước 3: Nhân viên Vietnam Tourist sẽ lên hợp đồng và gửi cho quý khách kiểm tra. Sau khi hai bên cùng đồng thuận thống nhất với hợp đồng, chúng tôi sẽ in ra và ký tên đóng dấu hai bản hợp đồng gửi cho quý khách. Khi nhận được hợp đồng, quý khách sẽ ký tên đóng dấu và gửi lại chúng tôi 01 bản hợp đồng.

Bước 4: Sau khi nhận được hợp đồng, quý khách vui lòng thanh toán theo quy trình ghi trên hợp đồng:

- Quý khách chuyển cọc trước 70% tổng số tiền tour theo quy định của hợp đồng.

- Qúy khách sẽ thanh toán 30% còn lại trong vòng 3 ngày sau khi hai bên kí kết biên bản nghiệm thu và thanh lý hợp đồng ( nếu có phát sinh sau tour) và quý khách nhận được hóa đơn VAT từ Vietnam Tourist.

Bước 4: Vietnam Tourist nhận được phần thanh toán còn lại từ quý khách, hợp đồng tour kết thúc!
