23:00: Vietnam Tourist's vehicle and tour guide will pick you up at the designated meeting point to begin your Cu Lao Cau 2 Days 2 Nights Tour. Along the way, your tour guide will host fun activities, provide useful information, and you can relax on the coach.

Pick-up Points:

Point 1: VIETNAM TOURIST TAN PHU Office – 54 D9 Street, Tay Thanh Ward, Tan Phu District (22:30)

Point 2: VIETNAM TOURIST TAN BINH Office – 208 Hoang Van Thu Street, Ward 4, Tan Binh District, Ho Chi Minh City (23:00)

Point 3: Youth Cultural House – 6 Pham Ngoc Thach Street, District 1 (23:30)

Point 4: ACB Bank – 278 Xo Viet Nghe Tinh Street, Ward 21, Binh Thanh District, Ho Chi Minh City (23:45)

The coach can also pick you up along National Highway 1A on the way to Dau Day Junction.

DAY

CU LAO CAU – BBQ DINNER – SUP PADDLING (Meals: Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner)

MORNING

05:00: Arrive in Binh Thuan, where the coach will stop at a local restaurant for you to freshen up and enjoy breakfast.

06:00: Transfer to the pier. Your tour guide will assist with boarding the boat for the journey to Cu Lao Cau.

07:30: Arrive at Cu Lao Cau Island. Proceed to the restaurant area to store your luggage.

08:00: Explore the island's highlights with your tour guide, including Hang Yen, Bai Tam Tien (the island's most beautiful beach), Mieu Ong, Khe Sung Suong, Bai Da Rua, and more. Admire the island's spectacular natural "stone wall," formed by uniquely shaped rock formations surrounding the island.

10:30: Return to the coral beach for swimming and snorkeling. Discover the island's pristine coral ecosystem, home to nearly 234 coral species, a wide variety of colorful tropical fish, sea urchins, and other marine life.

Enjoy SUP paddling and capture beautiful photos with your paddleboard.

Free time to swim or snorkel directly from the shore.

NOON

12:30: Enjoy lunch at a restaurant on the island.

After lunch, check in to your room and relax.

AFTERNOON

16:00: Free time to swim and enjoy the beach.

18:00: Gather for a delicious BBQ dinner by the sea.

EVENING

After the BBQ dinner, relax and enjoy the peaceful atmosphere of Cu Lao Cau Island, preparing to wake up early the next morning to admire the island's breathtaking sunrise.

06:00: Enjoy free time to swim and relax on the beach while taking in the peaceful morning atmosphere of Cu Lao Cau Island.

07:00: Enjoy breakfast.

08:00: Check out, pack your luggage, and board the boat back to the mainland.

10:00: Arrive on the mainland, concluding your Cu Lao Cau Island exploration.

14:00: Arrive back in Ho Chi Minh City. The coach will transfer you to your original pick-up point, marking the end of the Cu Lao Cau 2 Days 2 Nights Tour. Your Vietnam Tourist tour guide thanks you for traveling with us and looks forward to welcoming you on your next adventure.

CHILD POLICY

Children aged 11 years and above: Charged 100% of the adult tour price.

Children from 5 to 10 years old: Charged 70% of the adult tour price, including 01 meal, 01 seat on the vehicle, and sharing a bed with their parents.

Children under 5 years old: Free of charge. Every 02 adults may accompany 01 child free of charge. From the second child onward, 70% of the adult tour price applies.

NOTES

A surcharge applies during public holidays and Tet.

The order of the itinerary may be adjusted, but all activities and attractions will remain unchanged.

Please arrive at the pick-up point at least 15 minutes before departure. Guests arriving after the vehicle has departed or cancelling without prior notice will be charged according to the same-day cancellation policy.

You must bring the original National ID Card or Passport. (Guests without valid identification will not be permitted to travel to the island.) Please travel with light luggage.

Children must travel with their parents or a legal guardian and must present a Birth Certificate or Passport.

Please take care of your personal belongings throughout the tour.

At the time of booking, please provide your full name, year of birth, National ID number, date of issue, and place of issue.

The tour itinerary serves as an agreement between the customer and Vietnam Tourist. Any questions or complaints will be resolved based on the itinerary and payment receipt.

For safety reasons, guests who are more than 6 months pregnant are not accepted on this tour.

Guests aged 70 to under 75 years old are required to sign a health declaration with Vietnam Tourist.

CANCELLATION POLICY

(Not applicable during public holidays. Saturdays and Sundays are not counted.)

If you cancel the tour, the following cancellation fees will apply:

Cancellation after booking: 30% of the tour price.

Cancellation 07 days before departure: 50% of the tour price.

Cancellation 03 days before departure: 70% of the tour price.

Cancellation within 24 hours before departure: 100% of the tour price.

Bước 1: Qúy khách đến trực tiếp văn phòng của Vietnam Tourist để được tư vấn & đăng kí tour.

Bước 2: Qúy khách đặt tour trực tiếp với nhân viên tại văn phòng Vietnam Tourist, quý khách lựa chọn ngày đi và cung cấp các thông tin cá nhân như sau:

- Họ và tên

- Số điện thoại đăng kí tour

- Danh sách các thành viên tham gia tour ( Gồm họ & tên; ngày tháng năm sinh, số căn cước công dân )

Bước 3: Quý khách đặt cọc trước 70% tổng số tiền tour theo quy định, với 30% còn lại quý khách sẽ thành toán cho hướng dẫn viên khi lên tour.

Bước 4: Hoàn tất quy trình đặt tour, quý khách nhận phiếu xác nhận đăng kí tour. Trước ngày khởi hành tour. hướng dẫn viên Vietnam Tourist sẽ liên hệ với quý khách để cung cấp số điện thoại hướng dẫn viên, xác nhận thời gian và địa điểm đón khách.

2. Đặt dịch vụ trực tuyến (online):

Bước 1: Qúy khách đặt tour trực tiếp trên trang website: ww.vietnamtouristvn.com (trong phần ô có chữ "đặt tour" của từng tour cụ thê) hoặc liên hệ qua các cổng thông tin như hotline, Fanpage Vietnam Tourist, Zalo page Vietnam Tourist nằm ở trang web này để được nhân viên Vietnam Tourist tư vấn chu đáo tận tình.

Bước 2: Qúy khách sẽ gửi thông tin đăng kí tour cho nhân viên đang tư vấn. Quý khách lựa chọn ngày đi và cung cấp các thông tin cá nhân như sau:

- Họ và tên

- Số điện thoại đăng kí tour

- Danh sách các thành viên tham gia tour ( Gồm họ & tên; ngày tháng năm sinh, số căn cước công dân )

Bước 3: Quý khách chuyển cọc trước 70% tổng số tiền tour theo quy định, với 30% còn lại quý khách sẽ thành toán cho hướng dẫn viên khi lên tour.

Lưu ý: Khi chuyển khoản quý khách vui lòng ghi rõ nội dung chuyển khoản như sau: Tên người đăng kí + Số điện thoại...Sau khi chuyển khoản thành công, quý khách vui lòng thông báo cho nhân viên đang phụ trách để kiểm tra.

Bước 4: Sau khi nhận được tiền, nhân viên Vietnam Tourist sẽ gửi phiếu xác nhận đặt tour qua zalo hoặc mail cho quý khách. Hoàn tất quy trình đặt tour. Trước ngày khởi hành tour. hướng dẫn viên Vietnam Tourist sẽ liên hệ với quý khách để cung cấp số điện thoại hướng dẫn viên, xác nhận thời gian và địa điểm đón khách. Quý khách nhận xác nhận qua Mail hoặc điện thoại.

Bước 3: Sau khi nhận được tiền cọc, bộ phận kế toán sẽ liên hệ quý khách để gửi phiếu xác nhận qua mail hoặc zalo, facebook.

II. ĐỐI VỚI KHÁCH ĐOÀN ( CÔNG TY/ ĐƠN VỊ/ TỔ CHỨC/...)

Bước 1: Qúy khách đặt tour với nhân viên tư vấn của Vietnam Tourist (Có thể đặt trực tiếp hoặc online)

Bước 2: Sau khi chọn được tour theo ý muốn, quý khách vui lòng cung cấp các thông tin sau cho nhân viên Vietnam Tourist:

- Thông tin công ty gồm: Địa chỉ công ty, mã số thuế, người đại diện và chức vụ

- Họ tên & số điện thoại trưởng đoàn ( người phụ trách chính của tour)

- Danh sách các thành viên tham gia tour ( Gồm họ & tên; ngày tháng năm sinh, số căn cước công dân )

Bước 3: Nhân viên Vietnam Tourist sẽ lên hợp đồng và gửi cho quý khách kiểm tra. Sau khi hai bên cùng đồng thuận thống nhất với hợp đồng, chúng tôi sẽ in ra và ký tên đóng dấu hai bản hợp đồng gửi cho quý khách. Khi nhận được hợp đồng, quý khách sẽ ký tên đóng dấu và gửi lại chúng tôi 01 bản hợp đồng.

Bước 4: Sau khi nhận được hợp đồng, quý khách vui lòng thanh toán theo quy trình ghi trên hợp đồng:

- Quý khách chuyển cọc trước 70% tổng số tiền tour theo quy định của hợp đồng.

- Qúy khách sẽ thanh toán 30% còn lại trong vòng 3 ngày sau khi hai bên kí kết biên bản nghiệm thu và thanh lý hợp đồng ( nếu có phát sinh sau tour) và quý khách nhận được hóa đơn VAT từ Vietnam Tourist.

Bước 4: Vietnam Tourist nhận được phần thanh toán còn lại từ quý khách, hợp đồng tour kết thúc!
