TOUR INCLUDES

1. Transportation

Round-trip airfare: Ho Chi Minh City – Chu Lai – Ho Chi Minh City (Vietnam Airlines, including 12 kg carry-on baggage and 23 kg checked baggage).

Air-conditioned vehicle for all sightseeing and transfers as per the itinerary.

Round-trip high-speed ferry tickets: Sa Ky Port – Ly Son Island.

Round-trip high-speed canoe transfer to An Binh Island (Be Island)

2. Accommodation: 2 nights at 3–4-star hotels with modern amenities. Twin/Triple shared rooms (2–3 guests per room).

3. Meals: buffet breakfasts at the hotel & 05 local cuisine meals (VND 150,000 per guest per meal).

4. Complimentary Gifts: Vietnam Tourist travel hat & 01 bottle of drinking water and 01 cold towel per guest per day.

5. Tour Guide: Professional, experienced, and enthusiastic English-speaking tour guide throughout the trip.

6. Travel Insurance: Travel insurance with a maximum coverage of VND 30,000,000 per case.

7. VAT: 8% Value Added Tax (VAT).

TOUR EXCLUDES

Personal expenses such as laundry, beverages, meals outside the tour itinerary, and freshwater shower fees at sightseeing attractions.

Optional sightseeing tickets and activities not mentioned in the itinerary.

10% VAT (applicable only upon request for a VAT invoice).

Snorkeling and coral reef viewing fees at An Binh Island (Be Island).

Tips for the tour guide and driver.

Surcharge for foreign passport holders and Overseas Vietnamese (Viet Kieu), if applicable.

CHILD POLICY

Children under 2 years old: Subject to the airline infant surcharge only. Tour services are free of charge. The child shares all services with parents, and any additional expenses incurred during the trip will be the responsibility of the family.

Children from 2 to under 5 years old: Tour services are free of charge, but 100% of the airfare (adult airfare) must be paid according to the airline's policy. Parents are responsible for all meals, accommodation, and entrance fees (if applicable) for the child. Every 02 adults may accompany 01 child under 5 years old. A second child (or more) will be charged 50% of the adult tour price.

Children from 5 to under 10 years old: Charged 80% of the adult tour price, plus applicable taxes. The child shares a bed with parents and is entitled to meals and a separate seat on the vehicle. Every 02 adults may accompany 01 child. A second child (or more) must purchase either a single bed supplement or one adult tour package.

IMPORTANT NOTES

A surcharge applies during public holidays and Tet (Lunar New Year).

The itinerary may be adjusted depending on actual conditions, while ensuring all scheduled attractions and services are provided.

Please arrive at the designated meeting point at least 15 minutes before departure. Guests arriving after the tour has departed or canceling without prior notice will be subject to the same cancellation policy as a no-show on the departure date.

Children must travel with their parents or an authorized guardian and must carry a valid Birth Certificate or Passport.

Guests are responsible for safeguarding their personal belongings and valuables throughout the trip.

At the time of booking, please provide your full name (as shown on your ID/Passport), date of birth, ID/Passport number, date of issue, and place of issue.

The tour itinerary serves as an agreement between the customer and Vietnam Tourist. Any inquiries or complaints will be handled based on the published itinerary and payment receipt.

For safety reasons, pregnant women from 6 months of pregnancy onwards are not accepted.

Guests aged 70 to under 75 years old are required to sign a Health Declaration and Liability Waiver before departure.

AIR TICKET TERM & CONDITIONS

Vietnam Airlines tickets are non-refundable, non-transferable, non-changeable, and routing changes are not permitted under any circumstances.

Flight schedules are subject to change by Vietnam Airlines without prior notice.

Baggage allowance: 12 kg carry-on baggage and 23 kg checked baggage.

Passengers must present one of the following valid documents for domestic flights:

National ID Card (issued within the last 15 years)

Passport

Birth Certificate (for children under 14 years old)

Children aged 14 years and above must present a valid National ID Card. If unavailable, an official Identity Confirmation Certificate issued by the local authorities is required.

Children traveling without their parents must provide a notarized or locally certified Letter of Authorization from their parents or legal guardians for airline check-in.

GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS

Vietnam Tourist is not responsible if a guest is denied boarding due to invalid personal information or travel documents. In such cases, no tour costs will be refunded.

As this is a join-in group tour, departures are guaranteed with a minimum of 10 adult guests. If the minimum number is not reached, Vietnam Tourist will arrange an alternative departure date and notify guests at least 15 working days in advance. If the new departure date is not suitable, the deposit will be fully refunded.

In the event that the tour cannot operate due to force majeure circumstances such as natural disasters, storms, floods, war, or similar events, Vietnam Tourist will arrange an alternative departure date. Any additional costs will be mutually agreed upon by both parties.

CANCELLATION POLICY

(Not applicable during public holidays and Tet. Saturdays and Sundays are not counted as working days.)

Cancellation more than 30 days before departure: Loss of the tour deposit.

Cancellation 20–30 days before departure: 50% of the total tour price will be charged.

Cancellation 15–20 days before departure: 70% of the total tour price will be charged.

Cancellation within 15 days before departure: 100% of the total tour price will be charged.

I. ĐỐI VỚI KHÁCH LẺ GHÉP ĐOÀN:

1. Đặt dịch vụ trực tiếp tại văn phòng Vietnam Tourist

Bước 1: Qúy khách đến trực tiếp văn phòng của Vietnam Tourist để được tư vấn & đăng kí tour.

Bước 2: Qúy khách đặt tour trực tiếp với nhân viên tại văn phòng Vietnam Tourist, quý khách lựa chọn ngày đi và cung cấp các thông tin cá nhân như sau:

- Họ và tên

- Số điện thoại đăng kí tour

- Danh sách các thành viên tham gia tour ( Gồm họ & tên; ngày tháng năm sinh, số căn cước công dân )

Bước 3: Quý khách đặt cọc trước 70% tổng số tiền tour theo quy định, với 30% còn lại quý khách sẽ thành toán cho hướng dẫn viên khi lên tour.

Bước 4: Hoàn tất quy trình đặt tour, quý khách nhận phiếu xác nhận đăng kí tour. Trước ngày khởi hành tour. hướng dẫn viên Vietnam Tourist sẽ liên hệ với quý khách để cung cấp số điện thoại hướng dẫn viên, xác nhận thời gian và địa điểm đón khách.

2. Đặt dịch vụ trực tuyến (online):

Bước 1: Qúy khách đặt tour trực tiếp trên trang website: ww.vietnamtouristvn.com (trong phần ô có chữ "đặt tour" của từng tour cụ thê) hoặc liên hệ qua các cổng thông tin như hotline, Fanpage Vietnam Tourist, Zalo page Vietnam Tourist nằm ở trang web này để được nhân viên Vietnam Tourist tư vấn chu đáo tận tình.

Bước 2: Qúy khách sẽ gửi thông tin đăng kí tour cho nhân viên đang tư vấn. Quý khách lựa chọn ngày đi và cung cấp các thông tin cá nhân như sau:

- Họ và tên

- Số điện thoại đăng kí tour

- Danh sách các thành viên tham gia tour ( Gồm họ & tên; ngày tháng năm sinh, số căn cước công dân )

Bước 3: Quý khách chuyển cọc trước 70% tổng số tiền tour theo quy định, với 30% còn lại quý khách sẽ thành toán cho hướng dẫn viên khi lên tour.

Lưu ý: Khi chuyển khoản quý khách vui lòng ghi rõ nội dung chuyển khoản như sau: Tên người đăng kí + Số điện thoại...Sau khi chuyển khoản thành công, quý khách vui lòng thông báo cho nhân viên đang phụ trách để kiểm tra.

Bước 4: Sau khi nhận được tiền, nhân viên Vietnam Tourist sẽ gửi phiếu xác nhận đặt tour qua zalo hoặc mail cho quý khách. Hoàn tất quy trình đặt tour. Trước ngày khởi hành tour. hướng dẫn viên Vietnam Tourist sẽ liên hệ với quý khách để cung cấp số điện thoại hướng dẫn viên, xác nhận thời gian và địa điểm đón khách. Quý khách nhận xác nhận qua Mail hoặc điện thoại.

Bước 3: Sau khi nhận được tiền cọc, bộ phận kế toán sẽ liên hệ quý khách để gửi phiếu xác nhận qua mail hoặc zalo, facebook.

II. ĐỐI VỚI KHÁCH ĐOÀN ( CÔNG TY/ ĐƠN VỊ/ TỔ CHỨC/...)

Bước 1: Qúy khách đặt tour với nhân viên tư vấn của Vietnam Tourist (Có thể đặt trực tiếp hoặc online)

Bước 2: Sau khi chọn được tour theo ý muốn, quý khách vui lòng cung cấp các thông tin sau cho nhân viên Vietnam Tourist:

- Thông tin công ty gồm: Địa chỉ công ty, mã số thuế, người đại diện và chức vụ

- Họ tên & số điện thoại trưởng đoàn ( người phụ trách chính của tour)

- Danh sách các thành viên tham gia tour ( Gồm họ & tên; ngày tháng năm sinh, số căn cước công dân )

Bước 3: Nhân viên Vietnam Tourist sẽ lên hợp đồng và gửi cho quý khách kiểm tra. Sau khi hai bên cùng đồng thuận thống nhất với hợp đồng, chúng tôi sẽ in ra và ký tên đóng dấu hai bản hợp đồng gửi cho quý khách. Khi nhận được hợp đồng, quý khách sẽ ký tên đóng dấu và gửi lại chúng tôi 01 bản hợp đồng.

Bước 4: Sau khi nhận được hợp đồng, quý khách vui lòng thanh toán theo quy trình ghi trên hợp đồng:

- Quý khách chuyển cọc trước 70% tổng số tiền tour theo quy định của hợp đồng.

- Qúy khách sẽ thanh toán 30% còn lại trong vòng 3 ngày sau khi hai bên kí kết biên bản nghiệm thu và thanh lý hợp đồng ( nếu có phát sinh sau tour) và quý khách nhận được hóa đơn VAT từ Vietnam Tourist.

Bước 4: Vietnam Tourist nhận được phần thanh toán còn lại từ quý khách, hợp đồng tour kết thúc!
