Detailed tour schedule PHU QUOC EAST ISLAND EXPLORATION – FULL DAY TOUR

DAY

MORNING

07:00: Enjoy breakfast at your hotel.

08:30: The tour guide will pick you up at your hotel to begin an unforgettable journey exploring the beautiful Pearl Island:

- Tranh Stream: A stunning natural oasis surrounded by lush greenery. Enjoy free time to stroll along the forest paths or swim in the cool, refreshing stream.

- Organic Bee Farm: Learn about the fascinating process of eco-friendly beekeeping and natural honey production.

- Local Farms Experience: Visit a vibrant pepper garden and the island's largest Sim Hill, home to a famous Sim wine production facility. Explore the gardens and enjoy complimentary tastings of Phu Quoc specialties like Sim wine and Sim honey.

LUNCH

12:00: Transfer to a local restaurant to enjoy a delicious lunch featuring authentic regional island cuisine.

AFTERNOON

13:30: Visit a traditional Phu Quoc Fish Sauce Factory to discover how the island's world-famous, high-quality fish sauce is crafted from fresh anchovies inside giant wooden vats.

15:00: Transfer to Phu Quoc Prison (Coconut Tree Prison). This profound historical landmark features realistic reconstructions and exhibits that reflect the heroic resilience and history of Vietnamese revolutionary soldiers.

16:00: Visit Ho Quoc Pagoda (Truc Lam Ho Quoc Zen Monastery), the largest spiritual complex on the island. Nestled between towering mountains and the open ocean, it offers a deeply peaceful ambiance, spectacular views, and a soothing blend of sea breeze and temple bells.

17:00: Arrive at Sao Beach (Bai Sao), legendary for its powdery white sands and crystal-clear turquoise waters. Enjoy free time to swim, relax under the palm trees, or savor fresh local seafood (Seafood at own expense).

EVENING

TOUR INCLUDES

TOUR EXCLUDES

CHILDREN POLICY

- Children from 2 to 5 years old: Subject to a surcharge for a bus seat. Other tour services are free of charge, sharing services with parents. Parents are responsible for any additional expenses incurred. Each 2 adults can accompany 1 child. The 2nd child will be charged 50% of the adult tour price.
- Children from 5 to 10 years old: 100% of the adult tour price.

CANCELLATION POLICY

NOTE: TOUR IS NON-REFUNDABLE AND NON-CANCELLABLE

OTHER NOTES / ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

- Pregnant guests from 6 months (24 weeks) and above are not accepted to join the tour for safety reasons. e of 500ml drinking water per person per day.
- No refunds will be given for guests who do n ot participate in scheduled sightseeing activities. Guests aged from 70 to under 75 years old are required to sign a health commitment with the company.
- Vietnam Tourist will not be responsible for guaranteeing sightseeing visits in cases of force majeure, including natural disasters such as storms, floods, droughts, earthquakes, etc.

- Guests from 70 to under 75 years old are required to sign a health commitment with the company. Guests from 75 years old and above must provide a medical certificate confirming sufficient health for international travel issued by a doctor, along with a health commitment form. A companion under 60 years old with full health is required. Guests aged 80 and above are not accepted.

- Pregnant guests are kindly requested to inform our sales staff at the time of booking for further consultation. We do not accept pregnant guests from 5 months of pregnancy and above for safety reasons.

- For Vietnamese passport holders: When joining the tour, guests aged 14 and above must bring their original valid ID card/Passport with clear photo (ID card must not exceed 15 years from issuance date) or original/b notarized copy of birth certificate for children under 14 years old.

- For foreign/overseas Vietnamese guests: A valid original passport is required, or a temporary residence card with visa and re-entry permit to Vietnam for flight procedures.

- When registering for a tour, please carefully read the itinerary, tour price, inclusions and exclusions, as well as cancellation terms stated on the payment receipt. If you do not register the tour in person, please ensure you fully understand the program through the person who registered on your behalf.

- Flight schedules are subject to airline changes; in some cases, flight times may be changed without prior notice.

- Depending on actual conditions, the order of sightseeing spots may be adjusted, but all destinations in the itinerary will remain unchanged.

Vietnam Tourist is not responsible for ensuring sightseeing in cases of:
     • Natural disasters: storms, floods, droughts, earthquakes, etc.
     • Security issues: terrorism, protests
     • Aviation issues: technical problems, security incidents, delays, cancellations, or rescheduling of flights.

- In such cases, Vietnam Tourist will consider refunding unused services where possible (after deducting services already used such as visa processing fees, etc.) and will not be responsible for any additional compensation.

I. ĐỐI VỚI KHÁCH LẺ GHÉP ĐOÀN:

1. Đặt dịch vụ trực tiếp tại văn phòng Vietnam Tourist

Bước 1: Qúy khách đến trực tiếp văn phòng của Vietnam Tourist để được tư vấn & đăng kí tour.

Bước 2: Qúy khách đặt tour trực tiếp với nhân viên tại văn phòng Vietnam Tourist, quý khách lựa chọn ngày đi và cung cấp các thông tin cá nhân như sau:

- Họ và tên

- Số điện thoại đăng kí tour

- Danh sách các thành viên tham gia tour ( Gồm họ & tên; ngày tháng năm sinh, số căn cước công dân )

Bước 3: Quý khách đặt cọc trước 70% tổng số tiền tour theo quy định, với 30% còn lại quý khách sẽ thành toán cho hướng dẫn viên khi lên tour.

Bước 4: Hoàn tất quy trình đặt tour, quý khách nhận phiếu xác nhận đăng kí tour. Trước ngày khởi hành tour. hướng dẫn viên Vietnam Tourist sẽ liên hệ với quý khách để cung cấp số điện thoại hướng dẫn viên, xác nhận thời gian và địa điểm đón khách.

2. Đặt dịch vụ trực tuyến (online):

Bước 1: Qúy khách đặt tour trực tiếp trên trang website: ww.vietnamtouristvn.com (trong phần ô có chữ "đặt tour" của từng tour cụ thê) hoặc liên hệ qua các cổng thông tin như hotline, Fanpage Vietnam Tourist, Zalo page Vietnam Tourist nằm ở trang web này để được nhân viên Vietnam Tourist tư vấn chu đáo tận tình.

Bước 2: Qúy khách sẽ gửi thông tin đăng kí tour cho nhân viên đang tư vấn. Quý khách lựa chọn ngày đi và cung cấp các thông tin cá nhân như sau:

- Họ và tên

- Số điện thoại đăng kí tour

- Danh sách các thành viên tham gia tour ( Gồm họ & tên; ngày tháng năm sinh, số căn cước công dân )

Bước 3: Quý khách chuyển cọc trước 70% tổng số tiền tour theo quy định, với 30% còn lại quý khách sẽ thành toán cho hướng dẫn viên khi lên tour.

Lưu ý: Khi chuyển khoản quý khách vui lòng ghi rõ nội dung chuyển khoản như sau: Tên người đăng kí + Số điện thoại...Sau khi chuyển khoản thành công, quý khách vui lòng thông báo cho nhân viên đang phụ trách để kiểm tra.

Bước 4: Sau khi nhận được tiền, nhân viên Vietnam Tourist sẽ gửi phiếu xác nhận đặt tour qua zalo hoặc mail cho quý khách. Hoàn tất quy trình đặt tour. Trước ngày khởi hành tour. hướng dẫn viên Vietnam Tourist sẽ liên hệ với quý khách để cung cấp số điện thoại hướng dẫn viên, xác nhận thời gian và địa điểm đón khách. Quý khách nhận xác nhận qua Mail hoặc điện thoại.

Bước 3: Sau khi nhận được tiền cọc, bộ phận kế toán sẽ liên hệ quý khách để gửi phiếu xác nhận qua mail hoặc zalo, facebook.

II. ĐỐI VỚI KHÁCH ĐOÀN ( CÔNG TY/ ĐƠN VỊ/ TỔ CHỨC/...)

Bước 1: Qúy khách đặt tour với nhân viên tư vấn của Vietnam Tourist (Có thể đặt trực tiếp hoặc online)

Bước 2: Sau khi chọn được tour theo ý muốn, quý khách vui lòng cung cấp các thông tin sau cho nhân viên Vietnam Tourist:

- Thông tin công ty gồm: Địa chỉ công ty, mã số thuế, người đại diện và chức vụ

- Họ tên & số điện thoại trưởng đoàn ( người phụ trách chính của tour)

- Danh sách các thành viên tham gia tour ( Gồm họ & tên; ngày tháng năm sinh, số căn cước công dân )

Bước 3: Nhân viên Vietnam Tourist sẽ lên hợp đồng và gửi cho quý khách kiểm tra. Sau khi hai bên cùng đồng thuận thống nhất với hợp đồng, chúng tôi sẽ in ra và ký tên đóng dấu hai bản hợp đồng gửi cho quý khách. Khi nhận được hợp đồng, quý khách sẽ ký tên đóng dấu và gửi lại chúng tôi 01 bản hợp đồng.

Bước 4: Sau khi nhận được hợp đồng, quý khách vui lòng thanh toán theo quy trình ghi trên hợp đồng:

- Quý khách chuyển cọc trước 70% tổng số tiền tour theo quy định của hợp đồng.

- Qúy khách sẽ thanh toán 30% còn lại trong vòng 3 ngày sau khi hai bên kí kết biên bản nghiệm thu và thanh lý hợp đồng ( nếu có phát sinh sau tour) và quý khách nhận được hóa đơn VAT từ Vietnam Tourist.

Bước 4: Vietnam Tourist nhận được phần thanh toán còn lại từ quý khách, hợp đồng tour kết thúc!
