HO CHI MINH CITY - RACH GIA
RACH GIA – NAM DU ARCHIPELAGO – CORAL SNORKELING – SEAFOOD BBQ DINNER (Meals: Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner)
MORNING
04:30: Arrive in Rach Gia. Freshen up, enjoy breakfast, and take a short rest before continuing your journey.
05:30: Transfer to Rach Gia Ferry Terminal and board the high-speed ferry to the Nam Du Archipelago. During the approximately two-hour journey, you may relax on the outdoor deck, enjoy the sea breeze, admire the coastal scenery, and take photos. Along the way, the ferry passes Hon Tre Island and Hon Son Island, two beautiful islands renowned for their pristine landscapes and tranquil atmosphere.
08:50: Arrive at Hon Cu Tron (Lon Island), the largest island in the Nam Du Archipelago. Your tour guide will escort you to the guesthouse for check-in and a short rest.
LUNCH
11:00: Enjoy a delicious lunch featuring freshly caught local seafood, prepared in the traditional style of Nam Du Island.
Lunch menu may vary depending on seasonal availability.
AFTERNOON
13:00: Bring your swimwear and a change of clothes before boarding a sightseeing boat for your island-hopping adventure.
13:30: Depart from the harbor and begin exploring the breathtaking Nam Du Archipelago, often referred to as the "Ha Long Bay of Southern Vietnam."
14:00: Arrive at Hai Bo Dap Islet, one of the archipelago's most beautiful snorkeling destinations. This small island features two rocky hills connected by a natural stone formation, creating a unique landscape surrounded by crystal-clear turquoise waters. With its rich marine ecosystem and shallow coral reefs, Hai Bo Dap is an ideal place for snorkeling, swimming, fishing, or simply relaxing on the boat while enjoying the stunning scenery.
15:00: Continue to Hon Mau Island, famous for its beautiful beaches, including Bai Chuong, Bai Nam, Black Rock Beach, and White Rock Beach. Enjoy free time to swim, relax, or explore the island's unspoiled coastline.
17:00: Return by boat to the guesthouse. On the way back, savor a bowl of sea urchin porridge, one of Nam Du's signature local delicacies, freshly prepared onboard by the boat crew.
18:00: Enjoy a memorable seafood BBQ dinner by the beach, featuring a selection of fresh local seafood such as blue swimming crab, squid, shellfish, fish, sea urchin, and other seasonal specialties.
BBQ menu may vary depending on seasonal availability.
EVENING
Spend the evening at your leisure exploring Hon Cu Tron (Lon Island), or join an optional night squid fishing tour (at your own expense).
Overnight on Nam Du Island.

MORNING
Wake up early and enjoy the beautiful sunrise over the island before having breakfast.
07:00: Receive a motorbike (2 guests per bike) and begin your journey exploring Hon Cu Tron, the largest island in the Nam Du Archipelago.
Visit Ba Chua Xu Temple to offer incense and pray for good fortune.
Continue to Bai Cay Men, one of the most beautiful beaches on the island. Along the way, stop at scenic viewpoints for memorable photos.
Conquer the route to Nam Du Lighthouse. Please note that access to the lighthouse is currently restricted, so visitors can only travel halfway to a viewpoint known as Doc An Tinh, where you can still enjoy breathtaking panoramic views of Nam Du. (Please note: the road is very steep and challenging for motorbikes.)
Visit Bai Ngu and Gieng Ngu, historical sites where King Gia Long is believed to have taken refuge during his years in exile.
NOON
11:30: Pack your luggage and enjoy lunch.
11:45: Transfer to the pier, where your tour guide will assist with check-in for the high-speed ferry back to Rach Gia, bidding farewell to the beautiful Nam Du Archipelago.
AFTERNOON
15:30: Board the coach and depart for Ho Chi Minh City. On the way, stop at a local rest area for refreshments, a short break, or to purchase local specialties such as palm products and fermented pork rolls (at your own expense).
22:00: Arrive back at the original pick-up point. Your Vietnam Tourist tour guide will bid you farewell and look forward to welcoming you on your next adventure.

TOUR INCLUDES
1. Transportation:
Sleeper bus transfers between Ho Chi Minh City and Rach Gia.
Round-trip high-speed ferry tickets between Rach Gia and Nam Du Island.
Sightseeing boat for island hopping and coral snorkeling.
2. Accommodation:
Standard guesthouse accommodation on Nam Du Island.
Room occupancy: 2–4 guests per room.
Triple occupancy (2-bed room): VND 100,000 surcharge per room per night.
3. Meals:
Breakfast: 2 breakfasts (VND 60,000 per person per meal).
Lunch: 2 lunches (VND 150,000 per person per meal).
BBQ Dinner: 1 seafood BBQ dinner (VND 270,000 per person).
4. Entrance Fees: All sightseeing and admission fees as specified in the itinerary.
5. Travel Insurance: Coverage of up to VND 30,000,000 per person per case.
6. Tour Guide: Professional, experienced, and friendly English-speaking tour guide throughout the tour.
7. Complimentary Gifts: Vietnam Tourist travel hat. One 500 ml bottle of drinking water per person per day and Cold towels.
8. VAT: 8% Value Added Tax (VAT).
TOUR EXCLUDES
Personal expenses such as laundry, beverages, meals not specified in the itinerary, and freshwater showers at the attractions.
Optional activities and attractions not included in the tour program.
CHILD POLICY
Children under 5 years old: Travel free of the tour fare when sharing services with their parents. Parents are responsible for the child's meals, accommodation, entrance fees (if any), and other personal expenses. Every two adults may accompany one child under 5 years old. A second child will be charged 50% of the adult tour price. A separate seat on the sleeper bus is available upon request for a surcharge of 30% of the adult tour price.
Children from 5 to under 10 years old: Charged 70% of the adult tour price, including meals, a separate seat on the sleeper bus, and shared accommodation with their parents. Every two adults may accompany one child in this age group. A second child will be charged the full adult rate.
Children aged 10 and above: Charged 100% of the adult tour price and receive the same services as adults.

The itinerary may be adjusted due to operational conditions; however, all scheduled attractions will remain included.
Please arrive at the designated meeting point at least 15 minutes before departure. Guests who arrive late after the tour has departed or cancel without prior notice will be subject to the same cancellation policy as a no-show on the departure date.
Children must travel with their parents or an authorized guardian and must carry a valid birth certificate or passport.
Guests are responsible for their own personal belongings and valuables throughout the tour.
At the time of booking, please provide your full name, year of birth, ID/Passport number, date of issue, and place of issue.
The tour itinerary serves as the agreement between the guest and Vietnam Tourist. Any inquiries or complaints will be handled based on the confirmed itinerary and payment receipt.
For safety reasons, the tour is not available for pregnant women who are 6 months or more into their pregnancy.
Guests aged 70 to under 75 years are required to sign a health declaration before joining the tour.
CANCELLATION POLICY
(Not applicable during public holidays. Saturdays and Sundays are excluded from the cancellation notice period.)
Cancellation after booking confirmation: 30% of the total tour price will be charged.
Cancellation 7 days before departure: 50% of the total tour price will be charged.
Cancellation 3 days before departure: 70% of the total tour price will be charged.
Cancellation within 24 hours of departure or failure to join the tour: 100% of the total tour price will be charged.

Bước 1: Qúy khách đến trực tiếp văn phòng của Vietnam Tourist để được tư vấn & đăng kí tour.
Bước 2: Qúy khách đặt tour trực tiếp với nhân viên tại văn phòng Vietnam Tourist, quý khách lựa chọn ngày đi và cung cấp các thông tin cá nhân như sau:
- Họ và tên
- Số điện thoại đăng kí tour
- Danh sách các thành viên tham gia tour ( Gồm họ & tên; ngày tháng năm sinh, số căn cước công dân )
Bước 3: Quý khách đặt cọc trước 70% tổng số tiền tour theo quy định, với 30% còn lại quý khách sẽ thành toán cho hướng dẫn viên khi lên tour.
Bước 4: Hoàn tất quy trình đặt tour, quý khách nhận phiếu xác nhận đăng kí tour. Trước ngày khởi hành tour. hướng dẫn viên Vietnam Tourist sẽ liên hệ với quý khách để cung cấp số điện thoại hướng dẫn viên, xác nhận thời gian và địa điểm đón khách.
2. Đặt dịch vụ trực tuyến (online):
Bước 1: Qúy khách đặt tour trực tiếp trên trang website: ww.vietnamtouristvn.com (trong phần ô có chữ "đặt tour" của từng tour cụ thê) hoặc liên hệ qua các cổng thông tin như hotline, Fanpage Vietnam Tourist, Zalo page Vietnam Tourist nằm ở trang web này để được nhân viên Vietnam Tourist tư vấn chu đáo tận tình.
Bước 2: Qúy khách sẽ gửi thông tin đăng kí tour cho nhân viên đang tư vấn. Quý khách lựa chọn ngày đi và cung cấp các thông tin cá nhân như sau:
- Họ và tên
- Số điện thoại đăng kí tour
- Danh sách các thành viên tham gia tour ( Gồm họ & tên; ngày tháng năm sinh, số căn cước công dân )
Bước 3: Quý khách chuyển cọc trước 70% tổng số tiền tour theo quy định, với 30% còn lại quý khách sẽ thành toán cho hướng dẫn viên khi lên tour.
Lưu ý: Khi chuyển khoản quý khách vui lòng ghi rõ nội dung chuyển khoản như sau: Tên người đăng kí + Số điện thoại...Sau khi chuyển khoản thành công, quý khách vui lòng thông báo cho nhân viên đang phụ trách để kiểm tra.
Bước 4: Sau khi nhận được tiền, nhân viên Vietnam Tourist sẽ gửi phiếu xác nhận đặt tour qua zalo hoặc mail cho quý khách. Hoàn tất quy trình đặt tour. Trước ngày khởi hành tour. hướng dẫn viên Vietnam Tourist sẽ liên hệ với quý khách để cung cấp số điện thoại hướng dẫn viên, xác nhận thời gian và địa điểm đón khách. Quý khách nhận xác nhận qua Mail hoặc điện thoại.
Bước 3: Sau khi nhận được tiền cọc, bộ phận kế toán sẽ liên hệ quý khách để gửi phiếu xác nhận qua mail hoặc zalo, facebook.
II. ĐỐI VỚI KHÁCH ĐOÀN ( CÔNG TY/ ĐƠN VỊ/ TỔ CHỨC/...)
Bước 1: Qúy khách đặt tour với nhân viên tư vấn của Vietnam Tourist (Có thể đặt trực tiếp hoặc online)
Bước 2: Sau khi chọn được tour theo ý muốn, quý khách vui lòng cung cấp các thông tin sau cho nhân viên Vietnam Tourist:
- Thông tin công ty gồm: Địa chỉ công ty, mã số thuế, người đại diện và chức vụ
- Họ tên & số điện thoại trưởng đoàn ( người phụ trách chính của tour)
- Danh sách các thành viên tham gia tour ( Gồm họ & tên; ngày tháng năm sinh, số căn cước công dân )
Bước 3: Nhân viên Vietnam Tourist sẽ lên hợp đồng và gửi cho quý khách kiểm tra. Sau khi hai bên cùng đồng thuận thống nhất với hợp đồng, chúng tôi sẽ in ra và ký tên đóng dấu hai bản hợp đồng gửi cho quý khách. Khi nhận được hợp đồng, quý khách sẽ ký tên đóng dấu và gửi lại chúng tôi 01 bản hợp đồng.
Bước 4: Sau khi nhận được hợp đồng, quý khách vui lòng thanh toán theo quy trình ghi trên hợp đồng:
- Quý khách chuyển cọc trước 70% tổng số tiền tour theo quy định của hợp đồng.
- Qúy khách sẽ thanh toán 30% còn lại trong vòng 3 ngày sau khi hai bên kí kết biên bản nghiệm thu và thanh lý hợp đồng ( nếu có phát sinh sau tour) và quý khách nhận được hóa đơn VAT từ Vietnam Tourist.
Bước 4: Vietnam Tourist nhận được phần thanh toán còn lại từ quý khách, hợp đồng tour kết thúc!
