DAY1

HO CHI MINH CITY – NAM CAT TIEN NATIONAL PARK (Meals: Breakfast & Lunch)

MORNING

05:00: Guests are picked up at the designated meeting point and depart for Nam Cat Tien National Park, one of Vietnam’s most important nature reserves and biodiversity hotspots.

Along the way, you can relax, participate in onboard activities, and enjoy interesting stories and insights about the destinations shared by the tour guide.

07:00: Stop at a local restaurant for breakfast before continuing the journey to Nam Cat Tien National Park.

09:00: Arrive at Nam Cat Tien National Park. You will take a ferry across the Dong Nai River and enter one of Vietnam’s most important biosphere reserves.

Option 1: Forest Discovery by Special-Purpose Vehicle

You will travel by the National Park’s specialized vehicle and begin an exciting journey through the tropical rainforest, following the route: Ancient Tung Tree – Ben Cu Rapids – Bac Dong Rosewood Tree – Loc Giao Banyan Tree – Hundred-Trunk Fig Tree.

Accompanied by an experienced guide, you will discover some of the park’s most remarkable natural treasures:

Ancient Tung Tree – Approximately 400 years old, standing proudly in the heart of the forest and symbolizing the resilience of nature.

Bac Dong Rosewood Tree – Over 700 years old, one of the oldest and most valuable rosewood trees in the region.

Loc Giao Banyan Tree – Famous for its extraordinary root system that tightly embraces the host tree, creating a unique natural phenomenon often referred to as the “Strangling Banyan”.

Ben Cu Rapids – One of the park’s most impressive natural attractions, where rushing waters flow through a pristine and untouched landscape.

Hundred-Trunk Fig Tree – More than 400 years old, featuring a spectacular network of roots spreading in all directions. Nearby, a crystal-clear stream originating from the core of the primary forest creates a peaceful setting where guests can relax, breathe in the fresh air, listen to the sounds of nature, and admire the unspoiled beauty of Nam Cat Tien National Park.

Option 2: Forest Bathing by Bicycle

You will receive a bicycle and begin a cycling journey through the pristine forest of Nam Cat Tien National Park.

Cycle along the Heaven Waterfall Trail and through the beautiful Da Co Lagerstroemia Forest.

Admire the unspoiled natural scenery, wildflowers, forest mushrooms, and the stunning purple blooms of lagerstroemia trees during the flowering season.

Enjoy the fresh air, peaceful surroundings, and relaxing sounds of nature in the heart of the rainforest.

NOON

12:00: Enjoy lunch at a local restaurant and take a short break before departure.

AFTERNOON

14:00: Depart for Ho Chi Minh City.

17:00: Arrive in Ho Chi Minh City and transfer back to the original meeting point. End of the Nam Cat Tien Day Tour.

TOUR INLUDES

1.Transportation:

Travel by modern air-conditioned tourist vehicle.

2.Meals:

- Breakfast: 01 local breakfast (noodle soup & drink).

- Main Meal: 01 set menu lunch (VND 150,000 per person).

3.Entrance fees: All entrance fees as included in the itinerary.

No refund will be provided for unused services or skipped attractions.

4.Insurance: Travel insurance coverage up to 30,000,000 VND per person per case.

5.Tour guide: Enthusiastic, experienced, and attentive English-speaking tour guide service.

6.Gifts: Vietnam Tourist travel hat, 500ml bottled water per day, and cold towels.

7.VAT 8%: VAT invoice available upon request. Please provide details to our sales staff.

TOUR EXCLUDES

Personal expenses : Laundry, meals outside the program, and freshwater shower services at sightseeing spots.

Attractions: Entrance fees for any attractions not included in the itinerary.

CHILD POLICY

Children from 5 years old : Purchase 1 ticket.

Children under 5 years old: Seat surcharge on the coach: 262,000 VND per seat.

Each two adults may accompany only one child under 5 years old free of charge. From the second child onward, children under 5 years old will be charged 70% of the tour price.

IMPORTANT NOTES

Surcharge will apply for tours during public holidays and Tet (Lunar New Year).

The itinerary order may be changed, but the number of activities remains the same.

Guests must be present at the pick-up point at least 15 minutes before departure. Late arrivals after the coach has departed or cancellations without prior notice will be charged as a “no-show on departure day.”

Children must be accompanied by their parents or must have a written authorization letter from a guardian. A birth certificate or passport is required when participating in the tour.

Guests are responsible for managing their own money and personal belongings during the trip.

Upon booking, guests are required to provide full details including full name, year of birth, ID/Passport number, date of issue, and place of issue.

The tour program serves as a binding agreement between the customer and the company. Any inquiries or complaints will be resolved based on the program terms and payment receipt.

Pregnant guests of 6 months or more are not accepted on tours for safety reasons.

Guests aged from 70 to under 75 years old are required to sign a health commitment with the company.

CACELLATION POLICY:

- Not applicable for cancellations on public holidays. Saturdays and Sundays are not counted.

In case of tour cancellation, the following cancellation fees will apply:

If the ticket is cancelled after purchase: 30% of the tour price.

If cancelled 07 days before departure: 50% of the tour price.

If cancelled 03 days before departure: 70% of the tour price.

If cancelled within 24 hours before departure: 100% of the tour price.

Bước 1: Qúy khách đến trực tiếp văn phòng của Vietnam Tourist để được tư vấn & đăng kí tour.

Bước 2: Qúy khách đặt tour trực tiếp với nhân viên tại văn phòng Vietnam Tourist, quý khách lựa chọn ngày đi và cung cấp các thông tin cá nhân như sau:

- Họ và tên

- Số điện thoại đăng kí tour

- Danh sách các thành viên tham gia tour ( Gồm họ & tên; ngày tháng năm sinh, số căn cước công dân )

Bước 3: Quý khách đặt cọc trước 70% tổng số tiền tour theo quy định, với 30% còn lại quý khách sẽ thành toán cho hướng dẫn viên khi lên tour.

Bước 4: Hoàn tất quy trình đặt tour, quý khách nhận phiếu xác nhận đăng kí tour. Trước ngày khởi hành tour. hướng dẫn viên Vietnam Tourist sẽ liên hệ với quý khách để cung cấp số điện thoại hướng dẫn viên, xác nhận thời gian và địa điểm đón khách.

2. Đặt dịch vụ trực tuyến (online):

Bước 1: Qúy khách đặt tour trực tiếp trên trang website: ww.vietnamtouristvn.com (trong phần ô có chữ "đặt tour" của từng tour cụ thê) hoặc liên hệ qua các cổng thông tin như hotline, Fanpage Vietnam Tourist, Zalo page Vietnam Tourist nằm ở trang web này để được nhân viên Vietnam Tourist tư vấn chu đáo tận tình.

Bước 2: Qúy khách sẽ gửi thông tin đăng kí tour cho nhân viên đang tư vấn. Quý khách lựa chọn ngày đi và cung cấp các thông tin cá nhân như sau:

- Họ và tên

- Số điện thoại đăng kí tour

- Danh sách các thành viên tham gia tour ( Gồm họ & tên; ngày tháng năm sinh, số căn cước công dân )

Bước 3: Quý khách chuyển cọc trước 70% tổng số tiền tour theo quy định, với 30% còn lại quý khách sẽ thành toán cho hướng dẫn viên khi lên tour.

Lưu ý: Khi chuyển khoản quý khách vui lòng ghi rõ nội dung chuyển khoản như sau: Tên người đăng kí + Số điện thoại...Sau khi chuyển khoản thành công, quý khách vui lòng thông báo cho nhân viên đang phụ trách để kiểm tra.

Bước 4: Sau khi nhận được tiền, nhân viên Vietnam Tourist sẽ gửi phiếu xác nhận đặt tour qua zalo hoặc mail cho quý khách. Hoàn tất quy trình đặt tour. Trước ngày khởi hành tour. hướng dẫn viên Vietnam Tourist sẽ liên hệ với quý khách để cung cấp số điện thoại hướng dẫn viên, xác nhận thời gian và địa điểm đón khách. Quý khách nhận xác nhận qua Mail hoặc điện thoại.

Bước 3: Sau khi nhận được tiền cọc, bộ phận kế toán sẽ liên hệ quý khách để gửi phiếu xác nhận qua mail hoặc zalo, facebook.

II. ĐỐI VỚI KHÁCH ĐOÀN ( CÔNG TY/ ĐƠN VỊ/ TỔ CHỨC/...)

Bước 1: Qúy khách đặt tour với nhân viên tư vấn của Vietnam Tourist (Có thể đặt trực tiếp hoặc online)

Bước 2: Sau khi chọn được tour theo ý muốn, quý khách vui lòng cung cấp các thông tin sau cho nhân viên Vietnam Tourist:

- Thông tin công ty gồm: Địa chỉ công ty, mã số thuế, người đại diện và chức vụ

- Họ tên & số điện thoại trưởng đoàn ( người phụ trách chính của tour)

- Danh sách các thành viên tham gia tour ( Gồm họ & tên; ngày tháng năm sinh, số căn cước công dân )

Bước 3: Nhân viên Vietnam Tourist sẽ lên hợp đồng và gửi cho quý khách kiểm tra. Sau khi hai bên cùng đồng thuận thống nhất với hợp đồng, chúng tôi sẽ in ra và ký tên đóng dấu hai bản hợp đồng gửi cho quý khách. Khi nhận được hợp đồng, quý khách sẽ ký tên đóng dấu và gửi lại chúng tôi 01 bản hợp đồng.

Bước 4: Sau khi nhận được hợp đồng, quý khách vui lòng thanh toán theo quy trình ghi trên hợp đồng:

- Quý khách chuyển cọc trước 70% tổng số tiền tour theo quy định của hợp đồng.

- Qúy khách sẽ thanh toán 30% còn lại trong vòng 3 ngày sau khi hai bên kí kết biên bản nghiệm thu và thanh lý hợp đồng ( nếu có phát sinh sau tour) và quý khách nhận được hóa đơn VAT từ Vietnam Tourist.

Bước 4: Vietnam Tourist nhận được phần thanh toán còn lại từ quý khách, hợp đồng tour kết thúc!
