Detailed tour schedule MADAGUI 2 DAYS 1 NIGHT TOUR

DAY

HO CHI MINH CITY – MADAGUI TOURIST AREA – TEAMBUILDING – GALA DINNER – CAMPFIRE NIGHT. (Meals: Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner)

MORNING:

07:30: Meet your Vietnam Tourist guide and driver at the designated meeting point. Board the coach and depart for the exciting Madagui 2-Day 1-Night Tour.

09:00: Stop at a rest area along the way for a short break, breakfast, and personal refreshment.

10:00: Continue the journey to Madagui Forest City. Along the way, you can relax, participate in onboard activities, and interact with the tour guide.

NOON

11:30: Arrive at Madagui Forest City. Enjoy a delicious lunch at Muong Xanh Restaurant, then proceed with the resort check-in process and relax.

AFTERNOON

14:30: Begin exploring Madagui Forest Tourist Area on foot.

Visit Thien Phuc Son Cave (Bat Cave) and admire its unique stone sculptures, including Nhat Nguu (One Buffalo), Song Tuong (Two Elephants), Tam Dai (Three Generations), and Tu Linh (Four Sacred Creatures).
Walk across the suspension bridge stretching through the forest canopy and enjoy the natural beauty of the surrounding landscape.
Visit the Bamboo Collection Garden, featuring a variety of bamboo species gathered from different regions.

You can also enjoy a range of exciting outdoor activities:

16:30: Cool off, relax, and unwind at the unique three-level forest swimming pool.

Free time at your own leisure to explore the serene forest surroundings at night. You can grab a drink at the cozy Forest Café, take a peaceful night walk, or relax in your tent/room.

MADAGUI TOURIST AREA – HO CHI MINH CITY (Meals: Breakfast & Lunch)

MORNING

06:00: Enjoy breakfast at the resort and take in the fresh atmosphere of Madagui Forest City.

08:00: Continue exploring Madagui Forest City and enjoy a variety of exciting outdoor activities.

You may choose from a variety of exciting outdoor activities and nature experiences, including:

- Exploring Bat Cave, Animal Cave, and the Forest Maze

- Kayaking across the lake and experiencing the thrilling ziplin

- Taking photos at scenic viewpoints overlooking the pristine forest and suspension bridge

Note: Recreational activities are available at an additional cost. You may choose activity packages according to their preferences.

11:00: Check out of the resort and prepare for the return journey.

NOON

12:00: Enjoy lunch at the restaurant and take a short break before departure.

AFTERNOON

14:00: Depart for Ho Chi Minh City. Along the way, you can relax and enjoy the beautiful scenery of the Central Highlands foothills.

17:00: Arrive in Ho Chi Minh City and transfer back to the original meeting point. End of the Madagui 2 Days 1 Night Tour.

TOUR INCLUDES

1.Transportation: Modern air-conditioned tourist vehicle meeting tourism service standards.

2.Accommodation: Choice of Camping Tent, Dormitory Room, or Premium Bungalow, depending on guests' preferences and selected package.

3.Meals:

Breakfast: 01 local breakfast (noodle soup & drink).
Main Meals: 02 set menu meals (VND 160,000 per person per meal).
BBQ Dinner: 01 BBQ meal (VND 250,000 per person).

4.Entrance Fees:

All entrance fees as specified in the itinerary.
No refunds will be provided for unused services or skipped attractions.

5.Travel Insurance: Coverage up to VND 30,000,000 per person per case.

6.Tour Guide: Professional, experienced, and friendly tour guide throughout the trip.

7.Complimentary Gifts: Vietnam Tourist travel hat, 500ml bottled water per day, and cold towel.

8.VAT (8%): If an invoice is required, please provide your billing information to our sales staff in advance.

TOUR EXCLUDES

Personal expenses : Laundry, meals outside the program, and freshwater shower services at sightseeing spots.
Attractions: Entrance fees for any attractions not included in the itinerary.

CHILDREN POLICY

Children under 5 years old: Parents or guardians are responsible for all additional expenses, including meals, accommodation, and entrance fees (if any). Two adults may accompany one child under 5 free of charge. From the second child onward, a charge of 50% of the adult tour price will apply. An optional seat on the coach is available at 30% of the adult tour price per child upon request.
Children from 5 to under 10 years old: Charged 70% of the adult tour price, including meals, a seat on the coach, and shared accommodation with parents using existing bedding. Two adults may accompany one child in this age group. From the second child onward, the full adult tour price will apply.
Children 11 years old and above: Charged 100% of the adult tour price and receive all services as an adult.

IMPORTANT NOTES

- Surcharge will apply for tours during public holidays and Tet (Lunar New Year).

- The itinerary order may be changed, but the number of activities remains the same.

- Guests must be present at the pick-up point at least 15 minutes before departure. Late arrivals after the coach has departed or cancellations without prior notice will be charged as a “no-show on departure day.”

- Children must be accompanied by their parents or must have a written authorization letter from a guardian. A birth certificate or passport is required when participating in the tour.

- Guests are responsible for managing their own money and personal belongings during the trip.

- Upon booking, guests are required to provide full details including full name, year of birth, ID/Passport number, date of issue, and place of issue.

- The tour program serves as a binding agreement between the customer and the company. Any inquiries or complaints will be resolved based on the program terms and payment receipt.

- Pregnant guests of 6 months or more are not accepted on tours for safety reasons.

- Guests aged from 70 to under 75 years old are required to sign a health commitment with the company.

CANCELLATION POLICY

- Not applicable for cancellations on public holidays. Saturdays and Sundays are not counted.

In case of tour cancellation, the following cancellation fees will apply:

If the ticket is cancelled after purchase: 30% of the tour price.
If cancelled 07 days before departure: 50% of the tour price.
If cancelled 03 days before departure: 70% of the tour price.
If cancelled within 24 hours before departure: 100% of the tour price.

1. Đặt dịch vụ trực tiếp tại văn phòng Vietnam Tourist

Bước 1: Qúy khách đến trực tiếp văn phòng của Vietnam Tourist để được tư vấn & đăng kí tour.

Bước 2: Qúy khách đặt tour trực tiếp với nhân viên tại văn phòng Vietnam Tourist, quý khách lựa chọn ngày đi và cung cấp các thông tin cá nhân như sau:

- Họ và tên

- Số điện thoại đăng kí tour

- Danh sách các thành viên tham gia tour ( Gồm họ & tên; ngày tháng năm sinh, số căn cước công dân )

Bước 3: Quý khách đặt cọc trước 70% tổng số tiền tour theo quy định, với 30% còn lại quý khách sẽ thành toán cho hướng dẫn viên khi lên tour.

Bước 4: Hoàn tất quy trình đặt tour, quý khách nhận phiếu xác nhận đăng kí tour. Trước ngày khởi hành tour. hướng dẫn viên Vietnam Tourist sẽ liên hệ với quý khách để cung cấp số điện thoại hướng dẫn viên, xác nhận thời gian và địa điểm đón khách.

2. Đặt dịch vụ trực tuyến (online):

Bước 1: Qúy khách đặt tour trực tiếp trên trang website: ww.vietnamtouristvn.com (trong phần ô có chữ "đặt tour" của từng tour cụ thê) hoặc liên hệ qua các cổng thông tin như hotline, Fanpage Vietnam Tourist, Zalo page Vietnam Tourist nằm ở trang web này để được nhân viên Vietnam Tourist tư vấn chu đáo tận tình.

Bước 2: Qúy khách sẽ gửi thông tin đăng kí tour cho nhân viên đang tư vấn. Quý khách lựa chọn ngày đi và cung cấp các thông tin cá nhân như sau:

- Họ và tên

- Số điện thoại đăng kí tour

- Danh sách các thành viên tham gia tour ( Gồm họ & tên; ngày tháng năm sinh, số căn cước công dân )

Bước 3: Quý khách chuyển cọc trước 70% tổng số tiền tour theo quy định, với 30% còn lại quý khách sẽ thành toán cho hướng dẫn viên khi lên tour.

Lưu ý: Khi chuyển khoản quý khách vui lòng ghi rõ nội dung chuyển khoản như sau: Tên người đăng kí + Số điện thoại...Sau khi chuyển khoản thành công, quý khách vui lòng thông báo cho nhân viên đang phụ trách để kiểm tra.

Bước 4: Sau khi nhận được tiền, nhân viên Vietnam Tourist sẽ gửi phiếu xác nhận đặt tour qua zalo hoặc mail cho quý khách. Hoàn tất quy trình đặt tour. Trước ngày khởi hành tour. hướng dẫn viên Vietnam Tourist sẽ liên hệ với quý khách để cung cấp số điện thoại hướng dẫn viên, xác nhận thời gian và địa điểm đón khách. Quý khách nhận xác nhận qua Mail hoặc điện thoại.

Bước 3: Sau khi nhận được tiền cọc, bộ phận kế toán sẽ liên hệ quý khách để gửi phiếu xác nhận qua mail hoặc zalo, facebook.

II. ĐỐI VỚI KHÁCH ĐOÀN ( CÔNG TY/ ĐƠN VỊ/ TỔ CHỨC/...)

Bước 1: Qúy khách đặt tour với nhân viên tư vấn của Vietnam Tourist (Có thể đặt trực tiếp hoặc online)

Bước 2: Sau khi chọn được tour theo ý muốn, quý khách vui lòng cung cấp các thông tin sau cho nhân viên Vietnam Tourist:

- Thông tin công ty gồm: Địa chỉ công ty, mã số thuế, người đại diện và chức vụ

- Họ tên & số điện thoại trưởng đoàn ( người phụ trách chính của tour)

- Danh sách các thành viên tham gia tour ( Gồm họ & tên; ngày tháng năm sinh, số căn cước công dân )

Bước 3: Nhân viên Vietnam Tourist sẽ lên hợp đồng và gửi cho quý khách kiểm tra. Sau khi hai bên cùng đồng thuận thống nhất với hợp đồng, chúng tôi sẽ in ra và ký tên đóng dấu hai bản hợp đồng gửi cho quý khách. Khi nhận được hợp đồng, quý khách sẽ ký tên đóng dấu và gửi lại chúng tôi 01 bản hợp đồng.

Bước 4: Sau khi nhận được hợp đồng, quý khách vui lòng thanh toán theo quy trình ghi trên hợp đồng:

- Quý khách chuyển cọc trước 70% tổng số tiền tour theo quy định của hợp đồng.

- Qúy khách sẽ thanh toán 30% còn lại trong vòng 3 ngày sau khi hai bên kí kết biên bản nghiệm thu và thanh lý hợp đồng ( nếu có phát sinh sau tour) và quý khách nhận được hóa đơn VAT từ Vietnam Tourist.

Bước 4: Vietnam Tourist nhận được phần thanh toán còn lại từ quý khách, hợp đồng tour kết thúc!
