Detailed tour schedule LAN VUONG – BEN TRE FULL DAY TOUR

DAY1

HO CHI MINH CITY – LAN VUONG TOURIST AREA (TEAMBUILDING) – BEN TRE CITY ( Breakfast + Lunch)

MORNING

05:00: The tour guide from VIETNAM TOURIST will welcome guests at the meeting point and depart for the Lan Vuong – Ben Tre full-day tour. During the journey, guests can participate in light onboard activities and relax on the coach.

06:30: The bus stops at a rest area for breakfast and a short break.

07:30: The group continues the journey to Ben Tre.

08:30: Arrival at Lan Vuong Tourist Area. Participants will change into traditional Ba Ba outfits (brown shirts and black pants).

09:00: Join exciting teambuilding and outdoor games at Lan Vuong Tourist Area.

Teams will be formed randomly depending on the group size through a number-drawing activity.

Warm-up session.

Team members will elect a team leader and create their own slogan.

The teams will then take part in a series of exciting challenges across 5 different stations:

Challenge 1: Cycling across a wooden bridge

Challenge 2: Blindfolded duck catching

Challenge 3: Catching fish in the mud canal (the fish caught will be grilled and served for lunch)

Challenge 4: Balance bridge challenge

Challenge 5: Rowing boat race

NOON

11:30: End of the teambuilding program. Participants can freshen up, change clothes, and enjoy lunch featuring Southern Vietnamese specialties.

AFTERNOON:

12:30: Enjoy lunch at restaurant.

Coconut heart salad with shrimp and pork

Vietnamese savory pancakes with baby clams, shrimp, pork, and coconut heart

Sour fish hotpot with catfish

Braised snakehead fish / goby fish served with steamed rice and boiled vegetables

14:30: Depart for Ho Chi Minh City. On the way back, the group will visit Vinh Trang Pagoda, known as one of the largest and most beautiful Vietnamese pagodas in Southern Vietnam.

Originally built in the 19th century and extensively restored in 1849, the pagoda features a unique blend of Asian and European architectural styles. The main hall resembles a stupa, while the side sections with tower-like roofs give the structure an appearance similar to Cambodia’s Angkor temples. One of the pagoda’s highlights is the intricate porcelain and ceramic mosaic artwork decorating the Tam Quan gates, illustrating stories from Buddhism.

17:00: Arrival in Ho Chi Minh City. The vehicle will transfer participants back to the original meeting point. End of the tour Lan Vuong – Ben Tre full day tour.

TOUR INCLUDES

1.Transportation: Modern air-conditioned coach with comfortable seating.

2.Meals:

Breakfast: 1 set breakfast with a drink

Main meal: Set menu: VND 130,000/pax

3.Entrance tickets: Traditional Ba Ba outfits and folk games, including mud fishing, cycling across a wooden bridge, the Southern swinging bridge challenge, rowing boats, blindfolded duck catching, and water cycling on the river.

4.Insurance: Travel insurance coverage up to 30,000,000 VND per person per case.

5.Tour guide: Enthusiastic, experienced, and attentive English-speaking tour guide service.

6.Gifts: Vietnam Tourist travel hat, 500ml bottled water per day, and cold towels.

7.VAT 8%: VAT invoice available upon request. Please provide details to our sales staff.

TOUR EXCLUDES

Personal expenses : Laundry, meals outside the program, and freshwater shower services at sightseeing spots.

Attractions: Entrance fees for any attractions not included in the itinerary.

CHILD POLICY

Children under 5 years old: Free of charge.

Children from 5 years old: Charged at adult rate with the same services as adults..

IMPORTANT NOTES

Surcharge will apply for tours during public holidays and Tet (Lunar New Year).

The itinerary order may be changed, but the number of activities remains the same.

Guests must be present at the pick-up point at least 15 minutes before departure. Late arrivals after the coach has departed or cancellations without prior notice will be charged as a “no-show on departure day.”

Children must be accompanied by their parents or must have a written authorization letter from a guardian. A birth certificate or passport is required when participating in the tour.

Guests are responsible for managing their own money and personal belongings during the trip.

Upon booking, guests are required to provide full details including full name, year of birth, ID/Passport number, date of issue, and place of issue.

The tour program serves as a binding agreement between the customer and the company. Any inquiries or complaints will be resolved based on the program terms and payment receipt.

Pregnant guests of 6 months or more are not accepted on tours for safety reasons.

Guests aged from 70 to under 75 years old are required to sign a health commitment with the company.

CACELLATION POLICY:

- Not applicable for cancellations on public holidays. Saturdays and Sundays are not counted.

In case of tour cancellation, the following cancellation fees will apply:

If the ticket is cancelled after purchase: 30% of the tour price.

If cancelled 07 days before departure: 50% of the tour price.

If cancelled 03 days before departure: 70% of the tour price.

If cancelled within 24 hours before departure: 100% of the tour price

Bước 1: Qúy khách đến trực tiếp văn phòng của Vietnam Tourist để được tư vấn & đăng kí tour.

Bước 2: Qúy khách đặt tour trực tiếp với nhân viên tại văn phòng Vietnam Tourist, quý khách lựa chọn ngày đi và cung cấp các thông tin cá nhân như sau:

- Họ và tên

- Số điện thoại đăng kí tour

- Danh sách các thành viên tham gia tour ( Gồm họ & tên; ngày tháng năm sinh, số căn cước công dân )

Bước 3: Quý khách đặt cọc trước 70% tổng số tiền tour theo quy định, với 30% còn lại quý khách sẽ thành toán cho hướng dẫn viên khi lên tour.

Bước 4: Hoàn tất quy trình đặt tour, quý khách nhận phiếu xác nhận đăng kí tour. Trước ngày khởi hành tour. hướng dẫn viên Vietnam Tourist sẽ liên hệ với quý khách để cung cấp số điện thoại hướng dẫn viên, xác nhận thời gian và địa điểm đón khách.

2. Đặt dịch vụ trực tuyến (online):

Bước 1: Qúy khách đặt tour trực tiếp trên trang website: ww.vietnamtouristvn.com (trong phần ô có chữ "đặt tour" của từng tour cụ thê) hoặc liên hệ qua các cổng thông tin như hotline, Fanpage Vietnam Tourist, Zalo page Vietnam Tourist nằm ở trang web này để được nhân viên Vietnam Tourist tư vấn chu đáo tận tình.

Bước 2: Qúy khách sẽ gửi thông tin đăng kí tour cho nhân viên đang tư vấn. Quý khách lựa chọn ngày đi và cung cấp các thông tin cá nhân như sau:

- Họ và tên

- Số điện thoại đăng kí tour

- Danh sách các thành viên tham gia tour ( Gồm họ & tên; ngày tháng năm sinh, số căn cước công dân )

Bước 3: Quý khách chuyển cọc trước 70% tổng số tiền tour theo quy định, với 30% còn lại quý khách sẽ thành toán cho hướng dẫn viên khi lên tour.

Lưu ý: Khi chuyển khoản quý khách vui lòng ghi rõ nội dung chuyển khoản như sau: Tên người đăng kí + Số điện thoại...Sau khi chuyển khoản thành công, quý khách vui lòng thông báo cho nhân viên đang phụ trách để kiểm tra.

Bước 4: Sau khi nhận được tiền, nhân viên Vietnam Tourist sẽ gửi phiếu xác nhận đặt tour qua zalo hoặc mail cho quý khách. Hoàn tất quy trình đặt tour. Trước ngày khởi hành tour. hướng dẫn viên Vietnam Tourist sẽ liên hệ với quý khách để cung cấp số điện thoại hướng dẫn viên, xác nhận thời gian và địa điểm đón khách. Quý khách nhận xác nhận qua Mail hoặc điện thoại.

Bước 3: Sau khi nhận được tiền cọc, bộ phận kế toán sẽ liên hệ quý khách để gửi phiếu xác nhận qua mail hoặc zalo, facebook.

II. ĐỐI VỚI KHÁCH ĐOÀN ( CÔNG TY/ ĐƠN VỊ/ TỔ CHỨC/...)

Bước 1: Qúy khách đặt tour với nhân viên tư vấn của Vietnam Tourist (Có thể đặt trực tiếp hoặc online)

Bước 2: Sau khi chọn được tour theo ý muốn, quý khách vui lòng cung cấp các thông tin sau cho nhân viên Vietnam Tourist:

- Thông tin công ty gồm: Địa chỉ công ty, mã số thuế, người đại diện và chức vụ

- Họ tên & số điện thoại trưởng đoàn ( người phụ trách chính của tour)

- Danh sách các thành viên tham gia tour ( Gồm họ & tên; ngày tháng năm sinh, số căn cước công dân )

Bước 3: Nhân viên Vietnam Tourist sẽ lên hợp đồng và gửi cho quý khách kiểm tra. Sau khi hai bên cùng đồng thuận thống nhất với hợp đồng, chúng tôi sẽ in ra và ký tên đóng dấu hai bản hợp đồng gửi cho quý khách. Khi nhận được hợp đồng, quý khách sẽ ký tên đóng dấu và gửi lại chúng tôi 01 bản hợp đồng.

Bước 4: Sau khi nhận được hợp đồng, quý khách vui lòng thanh toán theo quy trình ghi trên hợp đồng:

- Quý khách chuyển cọc trước 70% tổng số tiền tour theo quy định của hợp đồng.

- Qúy khách sẽ thanh toán 30% còn lại trong vòng 3 ngày sau khi hai bên kí kết biên bản nghiệm thu và thanh lý hợp đồng ( nếu có phát sinh sau tour) và quý khách nhận được hóa đơn VAT từ Vietnam Tourist.

Bước 4: Vietnam Tourist nhận được phần thanh toán còn lại từ quý khách, hợp đồng tour kết thúc!
