DAY

HO CHI MINH CITY – PHU QUOC PEARL ISLAND – 5-STAR VINPEARL RESORT – GRAND WORLD – THE COLORS OF VENICE WATER SHOW

MORNING

09:00: Arrive at Tan Son Nhat Airport to check in for your flight to Phu Quoc departing at 10:15.

11:15: Arrive in Phu Quoc. The hotel's shuttle bus will pick you up and transfer you to Vinpearl Phu Quoc Resort for check-in and relaxation.

AFTERNOON

- Enjoy your free time to relax, swim in the hotel pool, or unwind on the private beach.

17:30: Take a complimentary hotel electric cart to explore Grand World Phu Quoc – the "Sleepless City" known as a miniature Europe. Immerse yourself in world-class architecture, vibrant shopping, and endless entertainment:

07:00: Enjoy breakfast at the hotel and spend the remaining time at leisure.

11:00: Check out of the hotel. The resort shuttle will transfer you to Phu Quoc International Airport for your flight back to Ho Chi Minh City (scheduled departure at 12:50). Your 3 Days 2 Nights Phu Quoc Resort Package comes to an end. Thank you for traveling with us, and we look forward to welcoming you on your next adventure.

CHILDREN POLICY

Infants (Under 2 Years Old)

- Surcharge: VND 300,000 per child.

- Two adults may accompany one infant free of charge.

- A second infant sharing the same room will be charged 70% of the adult rate.

- Includes a separate seat on the transfer vehicle and one adult meal portion.

Children (2 – Under 10 Years Old)

- Charged at 85% of the adult rate.

- Includes all tour services and a separate seat on the transfer vehicle.

- Two adults may accompany one child at this rate.

- The second child will be charged the full adult rate.

Children (From 11 Years Old)

- Charged at 100% of the adult tour price.

IMPORTANT NOTES

- For safety reasons, pregnant guests from 6 months onwards are not permitted to join the tour.

- No refunds will be provided for any unused services or sightseeing activities included in the itinerary.

- Guests aged from 70 to under 75 years old are required to sign a Health Declaration and Liability Waiver prior to departure.

- Vietnam Tourist shall not be held responsible for changes, delays, or cancellations of sightseeing activities due to force majeure events, including but not limited to natural disasters such as storms, floods, droughts, earthquakes, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

Bước 1: Qúy khách đến trực tiếp văn phòng của Vietnam Tourist để được tư vấn & đăng kí tour.

Bước 2: Qúy khách đặt tour trực tiếp với nhân viên tại văn phòng Vietnam Tourist, quý khách lựa chọn ngày đi và cung cấp các thông tin cá nhân như sau:

- Họ và tên

- Số điện thoại đăng kí tour

- Danh sách các thành viên tham gia tour ( Gồm họ & tên; ngày tháng năm sinh, số căn cước công dân )

Bước 3: Quý khách đặt cọc trước 70% tổng số tiền tour theo quy định, với 30% còn lại quý khách sẽ thành toán cho hướng dẫn viên khi lên tour.

Bước 4: Hoàn tất quy trình đặt tour, quý khách nhận phiếu xác nhận đăng kí tour. Trước ngày khởi hành tour. hướng dẫn viên Vietnam Tourist sẽ liên hệ với quý khách để cung cấp số điện thoại hướng dẫn viên, xác nhận thời gian và địa điểm đón khách.

2. Đặt dịch vụ trực tuyến (online):

Bước 1: Qúy khách đặt tour trực tiếp trên trang website: ww.vietnamtouristvn.com (trong phần ô có chữ "đặt tour" của từng tour cụ thê) hoặc liên hệ qua các cổng thông tin như hotline, Fanpage Vietnam Tourist, Zalo page Vietnam Tourist nằm ở trang web này để được nhân viên Vietnam Tourist tư vấn chu đáo tận tình.

Bước 2: Qúy khách sẽ gửi thông tin đăng kí tour cho nhân viên đang tư vấn. Quý khách lựa chọn ngày đi và cung cấp các thông tin cá nhân như sau:

- Họ và tên

- Số điện thoại đăng kí tour

- Danh sách các thành viên tham gia tour ( Gồm họ & tên; ngày tháng năm sinh, số căn cước công dân )

Bước 3: Quý khách chuyển cọc trước 70% tổng số tiền tour theo quy định, với 30% còn lại quý khách sẽ thành toán cho hướng dẫn viên khi lên tour.

Lưu ý: Khi chuyển khoản quý khách vui lòng ghi rõ nội dung chuyển khoản như sau: Tên người đăng kí + Số điện thoại...Sau khi chuyển khoản thành công, quý khách vui lòng thông báo cho nhân viên đang phụ trách để kiểm tra.

Bước 4: Sau khi nhận được tiền, nhân viên Vietnam Tourist sẽ gửi phiếu xác nhận đặt tour qua zalo hoặc mail cho quý khách. Hoàn tất quy trình đặt tour. Trước ngày khởi hành tour. hướng dẫn viên Vietnam Tourist sẽ liên hệ với quý khách để cung cấp số điện thoại hướng dẫn viên, xác nhận thời gian và địa điểm đón khách. Quý khách nhận xác nhận qua Mail hoặc điện thoại.

Bước 3: Sau khi nhận được tiền cọc, bộ phận kế toán sẽ liên hệ quý khách để gửi phiếu xác nhận qua mail hoặc zalo, facebook.

II. ĐỐI VỚI KHÁCH ĐOÀN ( CÔNG TY/ ĐƠN VỊ/ TỔ CHỨC/...)

Bước 1: Qúy khách đặt tour với nhân viên tư vấn của Vietnam Tourist (Có thể đặt trực tiếp hoặc online)

Bước 2: Sau khi chọn được tour theo ý muốn, quý khách vui lòng cung cấp các thông tin sau cho nhân viên Vietnam Tourist:

- Thông tin công ty gồm: Địa chỉ công ty, mã số thuế, người đại diện và chức vụ

- Họ tên & số điện thoại trưởng đoàn ( người phụ trách chính của tour)

- Danh sách các thành viên tham gia tour ( Gồm họ & tên; ngày tháng năm sinh, số căn cước công dân )

Bước 3: Nhân viên Vietnam Tourist sẽ lên hợp đồng và gửi cho quý khách kiểm tra. Sau khi hai bên cùng đồng thuận thống nhất với hợp đồng, chúng tôi sẽ in ra và ký tên đóng dấu hai bản hợp đồng gửi cho quý khách. Khi nhận được hợp đồng, quý khách sẽ ký tên đóng dấu và gửi lại chúng tôi 01 bản hợp đồng.

Bước 4: Sau khi nhận được hợp đồng, quý khách vui lòng thanh toán theo quy trình ghi trên hợp đồng:

- Quý khách chuyển cọc trước 70% tổng số tiền tour theo quy định của hợp đồng.

- Qúy khách sẽ thanh toán 30% còn lại trong vòng 3 ngày sau khi hai bên kí kết biên bản nghiệm thu và thanh lý hợp đồng ( nếu có phát sinh sau tour) và quý khách nhận được hóa đơn VAT từ Vietnam Tourist.

Bước 4: Vietnam Tourist nhận được phần thanh toán còn lại từ quý khách, hợp đồng tour kết thúc!
