Buổi sáng:
07h00: The bus and guide Vietnam Tourist will pick up guests at the meeting point to depart for the half-day cu chi tunnels tour.
09h30: You will visit the Cu Chi Tunnels (Ben Dinh), an underground defense system located about 70 km northwest of Ho Chi Minh City. This tunnel network was dug by the National Front for the Liberation of South Vietnam during the First Indochina War and the Vietnam War.
During the tour, you will learn how Vietnamese guerrillas built, lived, and fought inside the tunnels. You will also watch valuable documentary films about the war and how the Vietnamese people defeated advanced modern weapons with strong national determination.
You will see homemade simple weapons, bamboo traps, crawl through the tunnels, and watch local people making rice paper and rice wine.
The group will enjoy a local specialty: cassava with salted sesame (Boiled cassava dipped in a mixture of salt and roasted sesame seeds) – and learn about the life of soldiers during the war.
Additionally, guests will have the chance to try shooting at the firing range inside the tunnels.
Afternoon:
12h00: we’ll transfer go to have lunch at local restaurant
Afternoon:
1:00 PM – The group returns to the original pickup point.
2:30 PM – Arrive at the original pickup point. End of the 1-day Cu Chi Tunnels tour.

1. Personal Expenses: Any personal costs such as shopping, souvenirs, etc.
2. Meals Not Listed: Any meals outside the scheduled lunch.
3. Tips for Guide and Driver: Tips for the guide and driver are not included ( 3$/pax)
4. Optional Activities or Services: Any optional activities or services not mentioned in the itinerary.
CHILDREN POLICY
- Children under 5 years old: Parents or guardians are responsible for all costs related to meals, accommodation, and entrance fees (if applicable). Only one child under 5 years old is allowed per two adults. For the second child onward, a 50% tour fare applies. If parents request a seat on the bus for the child, there is an additional charge of 30% of the tour price per child.
• Children from 5 to 10 years old: 70% of the tour price, including meals, a seat on the bus, and sharing a bed with the family. Two adults are allowed to bring only one child in this age group. For the second child and beyond, full adult tickets must be purchased.
NOTES
- Prices for holidays and special events may include additional surcharges.
- The program sequence may change, but the total number of activities will remain the same.
- Guests must arrive at the pick-up point 15 minutes before the scheduled departure. Late arrivals after the vehicle has departed or cancellations without prior notice will incur a fee as if the tour was canceled on the departure day.
- Children must travel with their parents or provide a consent form to travel with relatives. They must bring a birth certificate or passport.
- Guests are responsible for managing their own money and personal belongings during the trip.
- When registering, guests must provide full details: full name, date of birth, ID number, issuance date, and place of issue.
- The tour program is considered an agreement between the customer and the company. Any complaints will be resolved based on the program details and receipt.
- Pregnant women beyond the 6th month are not allowed to join the tour for safety reasons.
- Guests aged 70 to 75 years old are required to sign a health declaration with the company
TOUR CANCELLATION
Cancellations are not accepted during public holidays. Saturdays and Sundays are excluded from the cancellation terms.
• If you cancel the tour, the following cancellation fees apply:
• If canceled after booking: 30% of the ticket price.
• If canceled 7 days before departure: 50% of the ticket price.
• If canceled 3 days before departure: 70% of the ticket price.
• If canceled within 24 hours before departure: 100% of the ticket price

Bước 1: Qúy khách đến trực tiếp văn phòng của Vietnam Tourist để được tư vấn & đăng kí tour.
Bước 2: Qúy khách đặt tour trực tiếp với nhân viên tại văn phòng Vietnam Tourist, quý khách lựa chọn ngày đi và cung cấp các thông tin cá nhân như sau:
- Họ và tên
- Số điện thoại đăng kí tour
- Danh sách các thành viên tham gia tour ( Gồm họ & tên; ngày tháng năm sinh, số căn cước công dân )
Bước 3: Quý khách đặt cọc trước 70% tổng số tiền tour theo quy định, với 30% còn lại quý khách sẽ thành toán cho hướng dẫn viên khi lên tour.
Bước 4: Hoàn tất quy trình đặt tour, quý khách nhận phiếu xác nhận đăng kí tour. Trước ngày khởi hành tour. hướng dẫn viên Vietnam Tourist sẽ liên hệ với quý khách để cung cấp số điện thoại hướng dẫn viên, xác nhận thời gian và địa điểm đón khách.
2. Đặt dịch vụ trực tuyến (online):
Bước 1: Qúy khách đặt tour trực tiếp trên trang website: ww.vietnamtouristvn.com (trong phần ô có chữ "đặt tour" của từng tour cụ thê) hoặc liên hệ qua các cổng thông tin như hotline, Fanpage Vietnam Tourist, Zalo page Vietnam Tourist nằm ở trang web này để được nhân viên Vietnam Tourist tư vấn chu đáo tận tình.
Bước 2: Qúy khách sẽ gửi thông tin đăng kí tour cho nhân viên đang tư vấn. Quý khách lựa chọn ngày đi và cung cấp các thông tin cá nhân như sau:
- Họ và tên
- Số điện thoại đăng kí tour
- Danh sách các thành viên tham gia tour ( Gồm họ & tên; ngày tháng năm sinh, số căn cước công dân )
Bước 3: Quý khách chuyển cọc trước 70% tổng số tiền tour theo quy định, với 30% còn lại quý khách sẽ thành toán cho hướng dẫn viên khi lên tour.
Lưu ý: Khi chuyển khoản quý khách vui lòng ghi rõ nội dung chuyển khoản như sau: Tên người đăng kí + Số điện thoại...Sau khi chuyển khoản thành công, quý khách vui lòng thông báo cho nhân viên đang phụ trách để kiểm tra.
Bước 4: Sau khi nhận được tiền, nhân viên Vietnam Tourist sẽ gửi phiếu xác nhận đặt tour qua zalo hoặc mail cho quý khách. Hoàn tất quy trình đặt tour. Trước ngày khởi hành tour. hướng dẫn viên Vietnam Tourist sẽ liên hệ với quý khách để cung cấp số điện thoại hướng dẫn viên, xác nhận thời gian và địa điểm đón khách. Quý khách nhận xác nhận qua Mail hoặc điện thoại.
Bước 3: Sau khi nhận được tiền cọc, bộ phận kế toán sẽ liên hệ quý khách để gửi phiếu xác nhận qua mail hoặc zalo, facebook.
II. ĐỐI VỚI KHÁCH ĐOÀN ( CÔNG TY/ ĐƠN VỊ/ TỔ CHỨC/...)
Bước 1: Qúy khách đặt tour với nhân viên tư vấn của Vietnam Tourist (Có thể đặt trực tiếp hoặc online)
Bước 2: Sau khi chọn được tour theo ý muốn, quý khách vui lòng cung cấp các thông tin sau cho nhân viên Vietnam Tourist:
- Thông tin công ty gồm: Địa chỉ công ty, mã số thuế, người đại diện và chức vụ
- Họ tên & số điện thoại trưởng đoàn ( người phụ trách chính của tour)
- Danh sách các thành viên tham gia tour ( Gồm họ & tên; ngày tháng năm sinh, số căn cước công dân )
Bước 3: Nhân viên Vietnam Tourist sẽ lên hợp đồng và gửi cho quý khách kiểm tra. Sau khi hai bên cùng đồng thuận thống nhất với hợp đồng, chúng tôi sẽ in ra và ký tên đóng dấu hai bản hợp đồng gửi cho quý khách. Khi nhận được hợp đồng, quý khách sẽ ký tên đóng dấu và gửi lại chúng tôi 01 bản hợp đồng.
Bước 4: Sau khi nhận được hợp đồng, quý khách vui lòng thanh toán theo quy trình ghi trên hợp đồng:
- Quý khách chuyển cọc trước 70% tổng số tiền tour theo quy định của hợp đồng.
- Qúy khách sẽ thanh toán 30% còn lại trong vòng 3 ngày sau khi hai bên kí kết biên bản nghiệm thu và thanh lý hợp đồng ( nếu có phát sinh sau tour) và quý khách nhận được hóa đơn VAT từ Vietnam Tourist.
Bước 4: Vietnam Tourist nhận được phần thanh toán còn lại từ quý khách, hợp đồng tour kết thúc!
