Detailed tour schedule BEN TRE - MY THO 1 DAY TOUR

DAY1

HO CHI MINH CITY – MY THO – THOI SON ISLAND – PHUNG ISLAND – BEN TRE ( Breakfast + Lunch)

05:00: The tour guide from Vietnam Tourist will pick up guests at the meeting point and depart for the Ben Tre – My Tho full day tour. During the journey, guests can enjoy light activities with the tour guide and relax on the bus.

Note: For this pick-up point, the drop-off on the return trip will be at Ben Thanh Market.

07:30: The group stops at a rest station for breakfast, then continues the journey to My Tho.

09:00: Depart to My Tho Tourist Pier. Board a motorized boat for a cruise along the Tien River. Enjoy the scenic views of local floating fish farms, the majestic Rach Mieu Bridge, and the four famous islands: Dragon, Unicorn, Turtle, and Phoenix.

09:30:The boat stops at Thoi Son Islet, where guests take a walk along village paths, visit local homes and fruit orchards, and enjoy seasonal tropical fruits while listening to Southern Vietnamese folk music (Don Ca Tai Tu). Then continues with a stop at a local honey bee farm to taste honey lemon tea.

10:00: Enjoy a rowing boat ride through narrow canals, passing under lush rows of nipa palm trees and admiring the simple, peaceful beauty of the Mekong countryside. This is a great chance to experience local river life up close.

The group stops at a local home to enjoy a cup of honey tea, then continues walking along village paths. The visit also includes a stop at a coconut candy workshop – a signature specialty of Ben Tre Province – and a traditional rice paper making workshop.

LUNCH:

12:00: Enjoy lunch at a riverside restaurant along the Tien River, featuring local specialties of the Mekong Delta.

AFTERNOON:

13:00: The group boards the boat and continues cruising along the Tien River to Phung Islet (also known as Coconut Religion Islet).

Here, You willl visit and learn about the unique architectural works of the Coconut Religion, explore the exhibition area featuring historical photos and cultural heritage sites of Ben Tre Province.

The visit also includes the Coconut Museum, showcasing artifacts and daily life of local people, a traditional coconut handicraft workshop, a coconut candy production facility – the famous specialty of Ben Tre, and a calligraphy house.

14:00: Continue visiting CoCo Island – a riverside eco-tourism complex featuring scenic riverside accommodation areas, the “Heaven Staircase,” and the Coconut Wharf along the riverbank.

You can also explore the crocodile farm and enjoy various optional activities such as crocodile fishing, recreational fishing, koi fish foot massage, water zorbing, and other fun experiences.

Adventure activities are also available at the water playground area, including balance bridges, cycling across wooden planks, zipline, and rope walking over the lake (optional activities at personal expense).

14:30: Depart for Ho Chi Minh City.

17:00: Arrive in Ho Chi Minh City. The bus will transfer you back to the original pick-up point. The tour Ben Tre – My Tho 1 Day comes to end .

TOUR INCLUDES

1.Transportation: New air-conditioned coach with seats, meeting tourism service standards.

2.Accommodation: 3–4 star hotel with full amenities, based on 2–4 guests per room.

3.Meals:

1 set meal (noodles + drink) and 1 buffet breakfast at the hotel.

Main meals: 1 set-menu meals (140,000 VND/person/meal)

4.Entrance fees: All entrance tickets included as per itinerary. No refund will be given for any unused services or skipped attractions.

5.Insurance: Travel insurance coverage up to 30,000,000 VND per person per case.

6.Tour guide: Enthusiastic, experienced, and attentive English-speaking tour guide service.

7.Gifts: Vietnam Tourist travel hat, 500ml bottled water per day, and cold towels.

8.VAT 8%: VAT invoice available upon request. Please provide details to our sales staff.

TOUR EXCLUDES

Personal expenses : Laundry, meals outside the program, and freshwater shower services at sightseeing spots.

Attractions: Entrance fees for any attractions not included in the itinerary.

CHLIDREN POLICY

Children under 5 years old: Seat surcharge on the coach: 243,000 VND/seat. Parents or accompanying adults are responsible for all expenses such as meals, accommodation, and sightseeing (if any) for the child. Each two adults may accompany only one child under 5 years old. The second child (and above) under 5 years old must purchase 50% of the tour price. Coach seat surcharge: 30% of the tour price per child (if requested by parents).

Children from 5 to under 10 years old: 70% of the tour price, including meals, coach seat, and shared bed with family. Each two adults may accompany only one child in this age group; the second child (and above) must purchase an adult ticket.

Children aged 11 years and above: Full adult ticket, with the same services and standards as adults.

IMPORTANT NOTES

Surcharge will apply for tours during public holidays and Tet (Lunar New Year).

The itinerary order may be changed, but the number of activities remains the same.

Guests must be present at the pick-up point at least 15 minutes before departure. Late arrivals after the coach has departed or cancellations without prior notice will be charged as a “no-show on departure day.”

Children must be accompanied by their parents or must have a written authorization letter from a guardian. A birth certificate or passport is required when participating in the tour.

Guests are responsible for managing their own money and personal belongings during the trip.

Upon booking, guests are required to provide full details including full name, year of birth, ID/Passport number, date of issue, and place of issue.

The tour program serves as a binding agreement between the customer and the company. Any inquiries or complaints will be resolved based on the program terms and payment receipt.

Pregnant guests of 6 months or more are not accepted on tours for safety reasons.

Guests aged from 70 to under 75 years old are required to sign a health commitment with the company.

CACELLATION POLICY:

- Not applicable for cancellations on public holidays. Saturdays and Sundays are not counted.

In case of tour cancellation, the following cancellation fees will apply:

If the ticket is cancelled after purchase: 30% of the tour price.

If cancelled 07 days before departure: 50% of the tour price.

If cancelled 03 days before departure: 70% of the tour price.

If cancelled within 24 hours before departure: 100% of the tour price

Bước 1: Qúy khách đến trực tiếp văn phòng của Vietnam Tourist để được tư vấn & đăng kí tour.

Bước 2: Qúy khách đặt tour trực tiếp với nhân viên tại văn phòng Vietnam Tourist, quý khách lựa chọn ngày đi và cung cấp các thông tin cá nhân như sau:

- Họ và tên

- Số điện thoại đăng kí tour

- Danh sách các thành viên tham gia tour ( Gồm họ & tên; ngày tháng năm sinh, số căn cước công dân )

Bước 3: Quý khách đặt cọc trước 70% tổng số tiền tour theo quy định, với 30% còn lại quý khách sẽ thành toán cho hướng dẫn viên khi lên tour.

Bước 4: Hoàn tất quy trình đặt tour, quý khách nhận phiếu xác nhận đăng kí tour. Trước ngày khởi hành tour. hướng dẫn viên Vietnam Tourist sẽ liên hệ với quý khách để cung cấp số điện thoại hướng dẫn viên, xác nhận thời gian và địa điểm đón khách.

2. Đặt dịch vụ trực tuyến (online):

Bước 1: Qúy khách đặt tour trực tiếp trên trang website: ww.vietnamtouristvn.com (trong phần ô có chữ "đặt tour" của từng tour cụ thê) hoặc liên hệ qua các cổng thông tin như hotline, Fanpage Vietnam Tourist, Zalo page Vietnam Tourist nằm ở trang web này để được nhân viên Vietnam Tourist tư vấn chu đáo tận tình.

Bước 2: Qúy khách sẽ gửi thông tin đăng kí tour cho nhân viên đang tư vấn. Quý khách lựa chọn ngày đi và cung cấp các thông tin cá nhân như sau:

- Họ và tên

- Số điện thoại đăng kí tour

- Danh sách các thành viên tham gia tour ( Gồm họ & tên; ngày tháng năm sinh, số căn cước công dân )

Bước 3: Quý khách chuyển cọc trước 70% tổng số tiền tour theo quy định, với 30% còn lại quý khách sẽ thành toán cho hướng dẫn viên khi lên tour.

Lưu ý: Khi chuyển khoản quý khách vui lòng ghi rõ nội dung chuyển khoản như sau: Tên người đăng kí + Số điện thoại...Sau khi chuyển khoản thành công, quý khách vui lòng thông báo cho nhân viên đang phụ trách để kiểm tra.

Bước 4: Sau khi nhận được tiền, nhân viên Vietnam Tourist sẽ gửi phiếu xác nhận đặt tour qua zalo hoặc mail cho quý khách. Hoàn tất quy trình đặt tour. Trước ngày khởi hành tour. hướng dẫn viên Vietnam Tourist sẽ liên hệ với quý khách để cung cấp số điện thoại hướng dẫn viên, xác nhận thời gian và địa điểm đón khách. Quý khách nhận xác nhận qua Mail hoặc điện thoại.

Bước 3: Sau khi nhận được tiền cọc, bộ phận kế toán sẽ liên hệ quý khách để gửi phiếu xác nhận qua mail hoặc zalo, facebook.

II. ĐỐI VỚI KHÁCH ĐOÀN ( CÔNG TY/ ĐƠN VỊ/ TỔ CHỨC/...)

Bước 1: Qúy khách đặt tour với nhân viên tư vấn của Vietnam Tourist (Có thể đặt trực tiếp hoặc online)

Bước 2: Sau khi chọn được tour theo ý muốn, quý khách vui lòng cung cấp các thông tin sau cho nhân viên Vietnam Tourist:

- Thông tin công ty gồm: Địa chỉ công ty, mã số thuế, người đại diện và chức vụ

- Họ tên & số điện thoại trưởng đoàn ( người phụ trách chính của tour)

- Danh sách các thành viên tham gia tour ( Gồm họ & tên; ngày tháng năm sinh, số căn cước công dân )

Bước 3: Nhân viên Vietnam Tourist sẽ lên hợp đồng và gửi cho quý khách kiểm tra. Sau khi hai bên cùng đồng thuận thống nhất với hợp đồng, chúng tôi sẽ in ra và ký tên đóng dấu hai bản hợp đồng gửi cho quý khách. Khi nhận được hợp đồng, quý khách sẽ ký tên đóng dấu và gửi lại chúng tôi 01 bản hợp đồng.

Bước 4: Sau khi nhận được hợp đồng, quý khách vui lòng thanh toán theo quy trình ghi trên hợp đồng:

- Quý khách chuyển cọc trước 70% tổng số tiền tour theo quy định của hợp đồng.

- Qúy khách sẽ thanh toán 30% còn lại trong vòng 3 ngày sau khi hai bên kí kết biên bản nghiệm thu và thanh lý hợp đồng ( nếu có phát sinh sau tour) và quý khách nhận được hóa đơn VAT từ Vietnam Tourist.

Bước 4: Vietnam Tourist nhận được phần thanh toán còn lại từ quý khách, hợp đồng tour kết thúc!
