MORNING

03:30: Meet your Vietnam Tourist guide at Tan Son Nhat Airport for check-in and your flight to Noi Bai Airport, Hanoi (departure at 05:00). Your airfare includes 7 kg of carry-on baggage and 20 kg of checked baggage.

07:30: Upon arrival at Noi Bai Airport, meet your local guide and depart for Sapa, one of Northern Vietnam's most picturesque mountain destinations. Enjoy the scenic drive through the breathtaking landscapes of the Northwest Highlands.

LUNCH

12:30: Arrive in Sapa Town. Store your luggage at the hotel before enjoying lunch at a local restaurant.

AFTERNOON

14:00: Check in to your hotel and take some time to relax.

15:30: Visit Moana Sapa, a popular attraction famous for its spectacular mountain views and Instagram-worthy photo spots. Covering more than 10,000 m², the complex overlooks the majestic Hoang Lien Son Range and Fansipan Peak, offering countless opportunities to capture unforgettable memories.

17:00: Enjoy dinner at a local restaurant.

Spend the evening at your leisure exploring Sapa Night Market, where you can experience the vibrant atmosphere, browse local handicrafts, and sample the unique flavors of Northwest Vietnamese cuisine.

SAPA – CAT CAT VILLAGE – FANSIPAN PEAK – O QUY HO SKY GATE (Breakfast, Lunch , Dinner

MORNING

07:00: Enjoy breakfast at the hotel.

08:00: Depart for Cat Cat Village, a charming H'Mong ethnic village nestled at the foot of the Hoang Lien Son Mountain Range, just a few kilometers from Sapa Town. Renowned as one of the most beautiful traditional villages in Northwest Vietnam, Cat Cat captivates visitors with its peaceful atmosphere, wooden houses, terraced fields, waterfalls, and rich cultural heritage. Take time to stroll through the village, admire the spectacular scenery, and discover the daily life and traditional handicrafts of the local H'Mong people.

LUNCH

11:00: Enjoy lunch at a local restaurant.

AFTERNOON

12:00: Continue your journey to Fansipan Peak, the "Roof of Indochina" at an elevation of 3,143 meters.

You may choose one of the following options to reach the Hoang Lien Cable Car Station:

Option 1: Travel by the tour vehicle directly to the cable car station.

Option 2: Ride the scenic Muong Hoa Mountain Train through the picturesque Muong Hoa Valley before arriving at the cable car station (train ticket not included).

Board the world-class Fansipan Cable Car (ticket not included) and enjoy an unforgettable ride above lush forests, deep valleys, and the magnificent Hoang Lien Son Range. At the summit, explore the spiritual complex, admire the national flag tower, and take in breathtaking panoramic views stretching across the mountains of Northwest Vietnam.

Guests who choose not to take the cable car may relax around the cable car station, where beautifully landscaped gardens and colorful flower displays provide excellent photo opportunities.

15:30: Meet at the Hoang Lien Cable Car Station before continuing to O Quy Ho Sky Gate, one of the highest mountain viewpoints in Vietnam at over 2,000 meters above sea level. From this spectacular vantage point, admire the endless mountain ranges, rolling clouds, and dramatic landscapes of the Northwest Highlands. If weather permits, witness a breathtaking sunset as the sun slowly disappears behind the majestic peaks.

17:30: Return to Sapa Town.

EVENING

18:30: Enjoy dinner at a local restaurant.

Spend the rest of the evening exploring Sapa Night Market, where you can browse local handicrafts and savor the unique flavors of Northwest Vietnamese cuisine.

SAPA - HA NOI - HO CHI MINH CITY (Breakfast, Lunch)

MORNING

07:00: Enjoy breakfast at the hotel.

09:00: Visit the historic Sapa Stone Church, a beautiful Gothic-style landmark built by the French in 1895. As one of the best-preserved colonial buildings in Sapa, the church remains an iconic symbol of the town's rich cultural heritage.

09:30: Continue to Sun Plaza Sapa, an elegant European-inspired architectural masterpiece located in the heart of Sapa. Admire its distinctive yellow façade and iconic clock tower while capturing memorable photos against the spectacular backdrop of the surrounding mountains.

10:00: Enjoy free time to explore Sapa Town, browse local markets, or shop for regional specialties and souvenirs.

11:30: Check out of the hotel.

LUNCH

12:00: Enjoy lunch at a local restaurant.

AFTERNOON

14:00: Depart for Hanoi. Along the journey, the coach will make several comfort stops, allowing you to stretch, refresh, and purchase local snacks or souvenirs.

20:00: Arrive at Noi Bai International Airport, where your guide will assist you with check-in for your evening flight to Ho Chi Minh City (departure at 22:45).

Transportation:

- Round-trip domestic airfare between Ho Chi Minh City and Hanoi with Vietjet Air (7 kg carry-on baggage and 20 kg checked baggage).

- Tourist coach or sleeper cabin bus for transfers between Hanoi and Sapa (round trip).

Accommodation: 3-star hotel accommodation with standard amenities. Twin or triple-sharing rooms (2–3 guests per room).

Meals:

Breakfast: 2 hotel buffet breakfasts.

Main Meals: 5 set-menu lunches/dinners (VND 160,000 per meal) and 1 buffet lunch on a 4-star cruise. Menus are varied and change daily.

Entrance Fees: All sightseeing and admission fees as specified in the itinerary.

Travel Insurance: Coverage of up to VND 30,000,000 per person per case.

Tour Guide: Professional, experienced, and friendly English-speaking tour guide throughout the tour.

TOUR EXCLUDES

Personal expenses such as laundry, beverages, meals not specified in the itinerary, freshwater shower fees at sightseeing attractions, and other personal expenditures.

Optional entrance fees, including:

Fansipan Cable Car Ticket (VND 800,000 per person).

Muong Hoa Mountain Train and Fansipan Funicular Train tickets.

CHILD POLICY

Children under 2 years old: A surcharge of VND 500,000 applies. Other tour services are complimentary, and the child shares all services with accompanying parents. Any additional expenses incurred for the child are the parents' responsibility. Each booking of two adults may accompany one child under this policy. A second child will be charged 30% of the adult tour price.

Children from 2 to under 5 years old: Airfare is charged according to the airline's policy. All other tour services are complimentary, and the child shares services with the parents. Any additional expenses are the parents' responsibility. Each booking of two adults may accompany one child under this policy. A second child will be charged 85% of the adult tour price.

Children from 5 to under 11 years old: Charged 85% of the adult tour price, including all tour services and a separate seat on the vehicle. Hotel accommodation is not included; the child shares a bed with the parents. Each booking of two adults may accompany one child under this policy. A second child will be charged the full adult tour price.

Children aged 11 years and above: Charged 100% of the adult tour price.

IMPORTANT NOTES

Health Requirements: Guests aged 70 to under 75 years old are required to sign a health declaration before departure. Guests aged 75 to under 80 years old must provide a medical certificate confirming they are fit to travel, sign a health declaration, and be accompanied by a companion under 60 years old in good health. Guests aged 80 years and above are not eligible to join the tour.

Pregnant Guests: Please inform our sales team at the time of booking if you are pregnant. For safety reasons, the tour is not available to guests who are over five months pregnant.

Travel Documents:

Vietnamese citizens: Guests aged 14 and above must carry a valid original National ID or passport. Children under 14 must present an original or certified copy of their birth certificate.

Foreign nationals and overseas Vietnamese: A valid passport, together with any required visa, residence permit, or re-entry documents, must be presented for airline check-in and travel.

Flight Information: Guests are responsible for ensuring that all personal information provided at the time of booking is accurate. Any costs arising from incorrect passenger information, late arrival at the airport, ticket changes, or reissuance will be borne by the guest in accordance with the airline's regulations.

After completing airline check-in, please keep your boarding pass safe and arrive at the boarding gate on time. Vietnam Tourist is not responsible for lost boarding passes or missed flights due to late boarding.

Baggage Allowance: The tour includes 7kg of carry-on baggage per guest (maximum dimensions: 56 × 36 × 23 cm). Additional checked baggage may be purchased directly with the airline according to your travel needs.

Airport Meeting Point: Guests are requested to make their own way to Tan Son Nhat International Airport – Domestic Terminal, arriving at least 2 hours before departure on regular travel days and 2.5 hours before departure during public holidays and peak travel periods.

Hotel Check-in & Check-out: Hotel check-in is available from 2:00 PM, and check-out is before 12:00 PM. Room locations, floor levels, and bedding configurations are subject to hotel availability and cannot be guaranteed.

Room Arrangements: Guests traveling alone are required to pay a single supplement. If another solo traveler of the same gender is available and agrees to share a room, the single supplement will be refunded. Groups of three adults will be accommodated in one triple room, typically consisting of one double bed and one extra bed.

Itinerary: The order of sightseeing may be adjusted due to operational conditions, weather, or traffic; however, all scheduled attractions and services will be provided whenever possible.

Force Majeure: Vietnam Tourist shall not be held responsible for changes or interruptions caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, severe weather, civil unrest, security incidents, or airline delays, cancellations, and operational issues. In such cases, any refundable unused services will be considered where possible after deducting costs already incurred. No additional compensation shall apply.

By confirming your booking, you acknowledge that you have read and accepted the tour itinerary, inclusions, exclusions, booking conditions, and cancellation policy.

Bước 1: Qúy khách đến trực tiếp văn phòng của Vietnam Tourist để được tư vấn & đăng kí tour.

Bước 2: Qúy khách đặt tour trực tiếp với nhân viên tại văn phòng Vietnam Tourist, quý khách lựa chọn ngày đi và cung cấp các thông tin cá nhân như sau:

- Họ và tên

- Số điện thoại đăng kí tour

- Danh sách các thành viên tham gia tour ( Gồm họ & tên; ngày tháng năm sinh, số căn cước công dân )

Bước 3: Quý khách đặt cọc trước 70% tổng số tiền tour theo quy định, với 30% còn lại quý khách sẽ thành toán cho hướng dẫn viên khi lên tour.

Bước 4: Hoàn tất quy trình đặt tour, quý khách nhận phiếu xác nhận đăng kí tour. Trước ngày khởi hành tour. hướng dẫn viên Vietnam Tourist sẽ liên hệ với quý khách để cung cấp số điện thoại hướng dẫn viên, xác nhận thời gian và địa điểm đón khách.

2. Đặt dịch vụ trực tuyến (online):

Bước 1: Qúy khách đặt tour trực tiếp trên trang website: ww.vietnamtouristvn.com (trong phần ô có chữ "đặt tour" của từng tour cụ thê) hoặc liên hệ qua các cổng thông tin như hotline, Fanpage Vietnam Tourist, Zalo page Vietnam Tourist nằm ở trang web này để được nhân viên Vietnam Tourist tư vấn chu đáo tận tình.

Bước 2: Qúy khách sẽ gửi thông tin đăng kí tour cho nhân viên đang tư vấn. Quý khách lựa chọn ngày đi và cung cấp các thông tin cá nhân như sau:

- Họ và tên

- Số điện thoại đăng kí tour

- Danh sách các thành viên tham gia tour ( Gồm họ & tên; ngày tháng năm sinh, số căn cước công dân )

Bước 3: Quý khách chuyển cọc trước 70% tổng số tiền tour theo quy định, với 30% còn lại quý khách sẽ thành toán cho hướng dẫn viên khi lên tour.

Lưu ý: Khi chuyển khoản quý khách vui lòng ghi rõ nội dung chuyển khoản như sau: Tên người đăng kí + Số điện thoại...Sau khi chuyển khoản thành công, quý khách vui lòng thông báo cho nhân viên đang phụ trách để kiểm tra.

Bước 4: Sau khi nhận được tiền, nhân viên Vietnam Tourist sẽ gửi phiếu xác nhận đặt tour qua zalo hoặc mail cho quý khách. Hoàn tất quy trình đặt tour. Trước ngày khởi hành tour. hướng dẫn viên Vietnam Tourist sẽ liên hệ với quý khách để cung cấp số điện thoại hướng dẫn viên, xác nhận thời gian và địa điểm đón khách. Quý khách nhận xác nhận qua Mail hoặc điện thoại.

Bước 3: Sau khi nhận được tiền cọc, bộ phận kế toán sẽ liên hệ quý khách để gửi phiếu xác nhận qua mail hoặc zalo, facebook.

II. ĐỐI VỚI KHÁCH ĐOÀN ( CÔNG TY/ ĐƠN VỊ/ TỔ CHỨC/...)

Bước 1: Qúy khách đặt tour với nhân viên tư vấn của Vietnam Tourist (Có thể đặt trực tiếp hoặc online)

Bước 2: Sau khi chọn được tour theo ý muốn, quý khách vui lòng cung cấp các thông tin sau cho nhân viên Vietnam Tourist:

- Thông tin công ty gồm: Địa chỉ công ty, mã số thuế, người đại diện và chức vụ

- Họ tên & số điện thoại trưởng đoàn ( người phụ trách chính của tour)

- Danh sách các thành viên tham gia tour ( Gồm họ & tên; ngày tháng năm sinh, số căn cước công dân )

Bước 3: Nhân viên Vietnam Tourist sẽ lên hợp đồng và gửi cho quý khách kiểm tra. Sau khi hai bên cùng đồng thuận thống nhất với hợp đồng, chúng tôi sẽ in ra và ký tên đóng dấu hai bản hợp đồng gửi cho quý khách. Khi nhận được hợp đồng, quý khách sẽ ký tên đóng dấu và gửi lại chúng tôi 01 bản hợp đồng.

Bước 4: Sau khi nhận được hợp đồng, quý khách vui lòng thanh toán theo quy trình ghi trên hợp đồng:

- Quý khách chuyển cọc trước 70% tổng số tiền tour theo quy định của hợp đồng.

- Qúy khách sẽ thanh toán 30% còn lại trong vòng 3 ngày sau khi hai bên kí kết biên bản nghiệm thu và thanh lý hợp đồng ( nếu có phát sinh sau tour) và quý khách nhận được hóa đơn VAT từ Vietnam Tourist.

Bước 4: Vietnam Tourist nhận được phần thanh toán còn lại từ quý khách, hợp đồng tour kết thúc!
