DAY

HANOI – SAPA – MOANA SAPA – SAPA NIGHT MARKET (Meals: Lunch & Dinner)

Morning

07:00: Meet your Vietnam Tourist guide at the designated meeting point in Hanoi and depart for Sapa. During the journey, the bus will make two rest stops for your convenience.

Lunch

12:30: Arrive in Sapa Town. Transfer to the hotel to freshen up and store your luggage before enjoying lunch at a local restaurant.

Afternoon

14:00: Check in to the hotel and relax.

15:30: Visit Moana Sapa, one of Sapa's most popular photo destinations, covering more than 10,000 m² with spectacular views of the Hoang Lien Son Mountain Range and Fansipan Peak.

Enjoy free time to explore and take photos at its iconic attractions, including: Bali Heaven Gate, Moana Statue, Infinity Lake,Golden Hand, Sky Swing, Lonely Tree, Panorama Coffee with breathtaking mountain views

17:00: Transfer to a local restaurant for dinner.

Evening

Enjoy free time to explore Sapa Night Market, stroll through the charming mountain town, and sample Northwest Vietnamese specialties at your own leisure.

DAY2

CAT CAT VILLAGE – FANSIPAN PEAK – O QUY HO PASS SUNSET (Meals: Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner)

Morning

07:00: Enjoy breakfast at the hotel.

08:00: Visit Cat Cat Village, located at the foot of the Hoang Lien Son Mountain Range and home to the H'Mong ethnic community. Renowned as one of the most beautiful ancient villages in Northwest Vietnam, Cat Cat Village offers a fascinating glimpse into local culture, traditional wooden houses, picturesque terraced fields, and breathtaking mountain scenery.

Lunch

11:00: Enjoy lunch at a local restaurant.

Afternoon

12:00: Continue your journey to Fansipan Peak, the "Roof of Indochina." To reach the Hoang Lien Cable Car Station, you may choose one of the following options:

Option 1: Travel directly to the cable car station by the tour vehicle.

Option 2: Take the Muong Hoa Mountain Train to enjoy panoramic views of Muong Hoa Valley on the way to the cable car station (train ticket at your own expense).

12:30: Arrive at Hoang Lien Cable Car Station and board the cable car (cable car ticket at your own expense). Enjoy one of the world's most advanced three-rope cable car systems as you ascend to Fansipan Peak (3,143 m), taking in spectacular views of the Hoang Lien Son Mountain Range, Muong Hoa Valley, and the spiritual complex of Sun World Fansipan Legend.

Guests who choose not to take the cable car may spend their free time exploring the beautifully landscaped gardens around the cable car station.

15:30: Meet your guide at Hoang Lien Cable Car Station before continuing to O Quy Ho Pass Tourist Area, one of the highest and most scenic mountain passes in Vietnam. Admire panoramic views of the Hoang Lien Son Mountains, floating clouds, and the spectacular sunset over Northwest Vietnam.

17:30: Return to Sapa Town.

18:30: Enjoy dinner at a local restaurant.

Evening

Spend your free time exploring Sapa Night Market, strolling through the charming mountain town, and sampling Northwest Vietnamese specialties at your own leisure.

SAPA – HANOI (Meals: Breakfast & Lunch)

09:00: Visit the historic Sapa Stone Church, a well-preserved French colonial landmark built in 1895 and one of Sapa's most iconic attractions.

09:30: Continue to Sun Plaza Sapa, a European-style architectural landmark famous for its iconic clock tower and spectacular mountain views.

10:00: Enjoy free time to explore Sapa Town and shop for local specialties and souvenirs.

11:30: Check out of the hotel.

Lunch

12:00: Enjoy lunch at a local restaurant.

13:00: Depart for Hanoi by tourist vehicle. During the journey, the bus will make two rest stops for your convenience.

18:00: Arrive in Hanoi. Drop-off is available at Noi Bai International Airport and the designated point in Hanoi City Center.

CHILD POLICY

Children under 2 years old: A surcharge of VND 500,000 applies. Other tour services are complimentary, and the child shares all services with accompanying parents. Any additional expenses incurred for the child are the parents' responsibility. Each booking of two adults may accompany one child under this policy. A second child will be charged 30% of the adult tour price.

Children from 2 to under 5 years old: Airfare is charged according to the airline's policy. All other tour services are complimentary, and the child shares services with the parents. Any additional expenses are the parents' responsibility. Each booking of two adults may accompany one child under this policy. A second child will be charged 85% of the adult tour price.

Children from 5 to under 11 years old: Charged 85% of the adult tour price, including all tour services and a separate seat on the vehicle. Hotel accommodation is not included; the child shares a bed with the parents. Each booking of two adults may accompany one child under this policy. A second child will be charged the full adult tour price.

Children aged 11 years and above: Charged 100% of the adult tour price.

IMPORTANT NOTES

Health Requirements: Guests aged 70 to under 75 years old are required to sign a health declaration before departure. Guests aged 75 to under 80 years old must provide a medical certificate confirming they are fit to travel, sign a health declaration, and be accompanied by a companion under 60 years old in good health. Guests aged 80 years and above are not eligible to join the tour.

Pregnant Guests: Please inform our sales team at the time of booking if you are pregnant. For safety reasons, the tour is not available to guests who are over five months pregnant.

Travel Documents:

Vietnamese citizens: Guests aged 14 and above must carry a valid original National ID or passport. Children under 14 must present an original or certified copy of their birth certificate.

Foreign nationals and overseas Vietnamese: A valid passport, together with any required visa, residence permit, or re-entry documents, must be presented for airline check-in and travel.

Flight Information: Guests are responsible for ensuring that all personal information provided at the time of booking is accurate. Any costs arising from incorrect passenger information, late arrival at the airport, ticket changes, or reissuance will be borne by the guest in accordance with the airline's regulations.

After completing airline check-in, please keep your boarding pass safe and arrive at the boarding gate on time. Vietnam Tourist is not responsible for lost boarding passes or missed flights due to late boarding.

Baggage Allowance: The tour includes 7kg of carry-on baggage per guest (maximum dimensions: 56 × 36 × 23 cm). Additional checked baggage may be purchased directly with the airline according to your travel needs.

Airport Meeting Point: Guests are requested to make their own way to Tan Son Nhat International Airport – Domestic Terminal, arriving at least 2 hours before departure on regular travel days and 2.5 hours before departure during public holidays and peak travel periods.

Hotel Check-in & Check-out: Hotel check-in is available from 2:00 PM, and check-out is before 12:00 PM. Room locations, floor levels, and bedding configurations are subject to hotel availability and cannot be guaranteed.

Room Arrangements: Guests traveling alone are required to pay a single supplement. If another solo traveler of the same gender is available and agrees to share a room, the single supplement will be refunded. Groups of three adults will be accommodated in one triple room, typically consisting of one double bed and one extra bed.

Itinerary: The order of sightseeing may be adjusted due to operational conditions, weather, or traffic; however, all scheduled attractions and services will be provided whenever possible.

Force Majeure: Vietnam Tourist shall not be held responsible for changes or interruptions caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, severe weather, civil unrest, security incidents, or airline delays, cancellations, and operational issues. In such cases, any refundable unused services will be considered where possible after deducting costs already incurred. No additional compensation shall apply.

By confirming your booking, you acknowledge that you have read and accepted the tour itinerary, inclusions, exclusions, booking conditions, and cancellation policy.

Bước 1: Qúy khách đến trực tiếp văn phòng của Vietnam Tourist để được tư vấn & đăng kí tour.

Bước 2: Qúy khách đặt tour trực tiếp với nhân viên tại văn phòng Vietnam Tourist, quý khách lựa chọn ngày đi và cung cấp các thông tin cá nhân như sau:

- Họ và tên

- Số điện thoại đăng kí tour

- Danh sách các thành viên tham gia tour ( Gồm họ & tên; ngày tháng năm sinh, số căn cước công dân )

Bước 3: Quý khách đặt cọc trước 70% tổng số tiền tour theo quy định, với 30% còn lại quý khách sẽ thành toán cho hướng dẫn viên khi lên tour.

Bước 4: Hoàn tất quy trình đặt tour, quý khách nhận phiếu xác nhận đăng kí tour. Trước ngày khởi hành tour. hướng dẫn viên Vietnam Tourist sẽ liên hệ với quý khách để cung cấp số điện thoại hướng dẫn viên, xác nhận thời gian và địa điểm đón khách.

2. Đặt dịch vụ trực tuyến (online):

Bước 1: Qúy khách đặt tour trực tiếp trên trang website: ww.vietnamtouristvn.com (trong phần ô có chữ "đặt tour" của từng tour cụ thê) hoặc liên hệ qua các cổng thông tin như hotline, Fanpage Vietnam Tourist, Zalo page Vietnam Tourist nằm ở trang web này để được nhân viên Vietnam Tourist tư vấn chu đáo tận tình.

Bước 2: Qúy khách sẽ gửi thông tin đăng kí tour cho nhân viên đang tư vấn. Quý khách lựa chọn ngày đi và cung cấp các thông tin cá nhân như sau:

- Họ và tên

- Số điện thoại đăng kí tour

- Danh sách các thành viên tham gia tour ( Gồm họ & tên; ngày tháng năm sinh, số căn cước công dân )

Bước 3: Quý khách chuyển cọc trước 70% tổng số tiền tour theo quy định, với 30% còn lại quý khách sẽ thành toán cho hướng dẫn viên khi lên tour.

Lưu ý: Khi chuyển khoản quý khách vui lòng ghi rõ nội dung chuyển khoản như sau: Tên người đăng kí + Số điện thoại...Sau khi chuyển khoản thành công, quý khách vui lòng thông báo cho nhân viên đang phụ trách để kiểm tra.

Bước 4: Sau khi nhận được tiền, nhân viên Vietnam Tourist sẽ gửi phiếu xác nhận đặt tour qua zalo hoặc mail cho quý khách. Hoàn tất quy trình đặt tour. Trước ngày khởi hành tour. hướng dẫn viên Vietnam Tourist sẽ liên hệ với quý khách để cung cấp số điện thoại hướng dẫn viên, xác nhận thời gian và địa điểm đón khách. Quý khách nhận xác nhận qua Mail hoặc điện thoại.

Bước 3: Sau khi nhận được tiền cọc, bộ phận kế toán sẽ liên hệ quý khách để gửi phiếu xác nhận qua mail hoặc zalo, facebook.

II. ĐỐI VỚI KHÁCH ĐOÀN ( CÔNG TY/ ĐƠN VỊ/ TỔ CHỨC/...)

Bước 1: Qúy khách đặt tour với nhân viên tư vấn của Vietnam Tourist (Có thể đặt trực tiếp hoặc online)

Bước 2: Sau khi chọn được tour theo ý muốn, quý khách vui lòng cung cấp các thông tin sau cho nhân viên Vietnam Tourist:

- Thông tin công ty gồm: Địa chỉ công ty, mã số thuế, người đại diện và chức vụ

- Họ tên & số điện thoại trưởng đoàn ( người phụ trách chính của tour)

- Danh sách các thành viên tham gia tour ( Gồm họ & tên; ngày tháng năm sinh, số căn cước công dân )

Bước 3: Nhân viên Vietnam Tourist sẽ lên hợp đồng và gửi cho quý khách kiểm tra. Sau khi hai bên cùng đồng thuận thống nhất với hợp đồng, chúng tôi sẽ in ra và ký tên đóng dấu hai bản hợp đồng gửi cho quý khách. Khi nhận được hợp đồng, quý khách sẽ ký tên đóng dấu và gửi lại chúng tôi 01 bản hợp đồng.

Bước 4: Sau khi nhận được hợp đồng, quý khách vui lòng thanh toán theo quy trình ghi trên hợp đồng:

- Quý khách chuyển cọc trước 70% tổng số tiền tour theo quy định của hợp đồng.

- Qúy khách sẽ thanh toán 30% còn lại trong vòng 3 ngày sau khi hai bên kí kết biên bản nghiệm thu và thanh lý hợp đồng ( nếu có phát sinh sau tour) và quý khách nhận được hóa đơn VAT từ Vietnam Tourist.

Bước 4: Vietnam Tourist nhận được phần thanh toán còn lại từ quý khách, hợp đồng tour kết thúc!
