17:00: Vietnam Tourist’s tour guide and coach will pick you up at the designated meeting point for departure on the Quy Nhon – Hoi An – Da Nang 4-Day 4-Night Tour by comfortable sleeper bus.

Pick-up points:

18:00: Tan Hung Thuan Gas Station (2309 National Highway 1A, Tan Hung Thuan Ward, District 12) – An Suong Intersection.

18:30: Petrolimex No. 12 Gas Station (2841 National Highway 1A, An Phu Dong Ward, District 12) – Nga Tu Ga Intersection.

18:45: Nhon Hoa Gas Station (520 National Highway 13, Hiep Binh Phuoc Ward) – National Highway 13.

19:00: Tam Binh 2 Gas Station (140 National Highway 1A) – Binh Phuoc Intersection.

19:30: Saigon Hi-Tech Park Gate.

The coach will continue picking up guests along National Highway 1A. If there are no additional pick-ups along the route, the coach will take the expressway to shorten the travel time.

During the journey, your tour guide will introduce the tour program and organize light onboard activities. The coach will make several rest stops, allowing you to take a break and use the restroom.

DAY

TUY HOA – NHAN TOWERS – MANG LANG CHURCH – GANH DA DIA – QUY NHON (Meals: Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner)

MORNING

06:00: Arrive in Tuy Hoa, where the coach stops at a local restaurant for you to freshen up and enjoy breakfast.

07:00: Visit Nghinh Phong Twin Towers, one of Phu Yen’s newest tourism icons. Inspired by the legend of Lac Long Quan and Au Co, the twin towers feature a striking design influenced by the unique basalt formations of Ganh Da Dia, making them a popular photo spot for visitors.

08:00: Continue to Mang Lang Church, one of the oldest churches in Vietnam, built in 1892. Designed in the elegant Gothic architectural style, the church is home to the country's first Vietnamese-language catechism, Phép Giảng Tám Ngày, written by missionary Alexandre de Rhodes. It is also a favorite destination for photography enthusiasts.

09:00: Visit the spectacular Ganh Da Dia, a National Scenic Site renowned for its extraordinary basalt rock formations. Thousands of hexagonal and cylindrical stone columns rise naturally from the coastline, creating one of Vietnam’s most remarkable geological landscapes. Enjoy the fresh sea breeze, stroll along the shore, and capture memorable photos. Your tour guide will arrange the entrance tickets. From the entrance, you may either walk or take an electric shuttle to the rock area (optional, approximately VND 10,000 per ride).

10:30: Depart for Quy Nhon.

LUNCH

12:00: Arrive in Quy Nhon and enjoy lunch at a local restaurant.

After lunch, transfer to the hotel for check-in and time to relax.

AFTERNOON

16:00: Visit Poet Hill (Doi Thi Nhan), the final resting place of the renowned Vietnamese poet Han Mac Tu. Perched on a hillside overlooking the sea, this peaceful site offers breathtaking panoramic views of Ghenh Rang – Tien Sa, where mountains and ocean blend into a picturesque landscape.

Afterward, enjoy free time to relax and swim at the beach.

QUY NHON – DA NANG – HOI AN ANCIENT TOWN – SILK VILLAGE BUFFET EXPERIENCE (Meals: Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner)

07:00: Enjoy breakfast at the hotel before checking out.

08:00: Depart for Hoi An.

LUNCH

12:00: Arrive in Da Nang and enjoy lunch at a local restaurant.

After lunch, transfer to the hotel for check-in and time to relax.

AFTERNOON

15:00: Discover the charming Hoi An Ancient Town, a UNESCO World Heritage Site that has preserved its unique character for centuries. Wander through its lantern-lined streets, historic merchant houses, ancient assembly halls, temples, family chapels, and traditional wells while experiencing the rich cultural heritage and timeless atmosphere of this enchanting town.

19:30: Return to Da Nang by coach.

DA NANG – BA NA HILLS – GOLDEN BRIDGE (GIANT HANDS BRIDGE) – MY KHE BEACH (Meals: Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner)

MORNING

07:00: Check out of the hotel and enjoy a buffet breakfast.

08:00: Depart for Ba Na Hills, a famous mountain resort originally established by the French in the early 20th century at an altitude of 1,487 meters above sea level. Experience the unique sensation of enjoying four seasons in a single day as you ascend by one of the world's longest cable car systems.

Explore the scenic highlights of Ba Na Hills, including Linh Ung Pagoda, the Shakyamuni Buddha Statue, Moon Viewing Hill, the former French horse stables, tranquil gardens, and panoramic viewpoints overlooking the surrounding mountains.

Continue your journey to the summit, where you can admire breathtaking views of Da Nang and Quang Nam from above.

Enjoy free time at Fantasy Park, one of Vietnam's largest indoor amusement parks, offering a wide variety of exciting rides and entertainment suitable for all ages.

LUNCH

12:00: Enjoy a buffet lunch at a restaurant in Ba Na Hills.

AFTERNOON

13:00: Take the cable car to visit the iconic Golden Bridge (Giant Hands Bridge). Suspended over 1,400 meters above sea level, this world-famous architectural masterpiece appears to be held aloft by two giant stone hands and offers spectacular panoramic views of the surrounding mountains and clouds.

Enjoy time to stroll across the bridge and capture unforgettable photographs.

14:30: Depart Ba Na Hills and descend to the cable car station.

15:30: Return to Da Nang.

16:00: Relax at My Khe Beach, widely recognized as one of the world's most beautiful beaches. Enjoy free time to swim or simply unwind along its soft white sands.

06:00: Stop at a local restaurant where you can freshen up and enjoy breakfast at your own expense.

08:00: Visit Dragon Bridge, one of Da Nang's most iconic landmarks. Continue to Love Bridge, a popular riverside attraction, and admire the impressive Carp Turning into a Dragon Statue, a symbol of prosperity, ambition, and the city's dynamic spirit. Enjoy a leisurely stroll along the Han River and take memorable photos.

09:30: Depart for Son Tra Peninsula, located about 10 km northeast of Da Nang city center. Rising 693 meters above sea level, this lush peninsula is renowned for its breathtaking natural scenery and panoramic coastal views. Visit Linh Ung Pagoda, home to Vietnam's tallest Lady Buddha Statue, where you can enjoy a peaceful atmosphere overlooking the East Sea.

11:00: Lunch at a local restaurant.

12:00: Depart for Ho Chi Minh City.

EVENING

19:00: Stop in Tuy Hoa for dinner at a local restaurant.

20:00: Continue the journey back to Ho Chi Minh City.

05:00 (the following morning): Arrive in Ho Chi Minh City, where your tour guide will drop you off at the original pick-up points.

1. Transportation: Modern air-conditioned tourist vehicle throughout the tour.

2. Accommodation: Comfortable 3-star hotel with modern amenities (2–3 guests per room).

3. Meals:

Breakfast: 1 local breakfast (noodle dish & drink) and 3 hotel buffet breakfasts.

Main Meals: 6 set-menu meals (VND 170,000 per person per meal), 1 buffet dinner at Silk Village Restaurant (VND 300,000 per person), and 1 buffet lunch at the summit of Ba Na Hills. Menus are varied daily and feature a selection of local and regional specialties.

4. Entrance Fees: All sightseeing and admission fees as specified in the itinerary.

5. Travel Insurance: Coverage of up to VND 30,000,000 per person per case.

6. Tour Guide: Professional, experienced, and friendly English-speaking tour guide throughout the tour.

7. Complimentary Gifts: Vietnam Tourist travel hat. One 500 ml bottle of drinking water per person per day and Cold towels.

8. VAT: 8% Value Added Tax (VAT).

TOUR EXCLUDES

Personal expenses such as laundry, beverages, meals not specified in the itinerary, freshwater shower fees at sightseeing attractions, and other personal expenditures.

CHILD POLICY

Children under 5 years old: A tour fee of VND 1,300,000 per child applies, including a separate seat on the sleeper bus. Parents or accompanying adults are responsible for the child's meals, accommodation, entrance fees, and any other personal expenses. Every two adults may accompany one child under 5 years old. A second child will be charged 70% of the adult tour price.

Children from 5 to 10 years old: Charged 70% of the adult tour price, including meals, a separate seat on the vehicle, and shared accommodation with their parents. Every two adults may accompany one child in this age group. A second child will be charged the full adult tour price.

Children aged 11 years and above: Charged 100% of the adult tour price and receive the same services as adults.

BOOKING & PAYMENT

At the time of booking: A deposit of 85% of the total tour price is required. Please provide a copy of your Passport, ID Card, or Birth Certificate (for children).

Remaining balance: The outstanding balance is payable to the tour guide at the beginning of the tour.

IMPORTANT NOTES

A holiday surcharge applies during public holidays and the Lunar New Year.

The itinerary may be adjusted due to operational conditions; however, all scheduled attractions will remain included.

Please arrive at the designated meeting point at least 15 minutes before departure. Guests who arrive late after the tour has departed or cancel without prior notice will be subject to the same cancellation policy as a no-show on the departure date.

Children must travel with their parents or an authorized guardian and must carry a valid Birth Certificate or Passport.

Guests are responsible for safeguarding their personal belongings and valuables throughout the tour.

At the time of booking, please provide your full name, year of birth, ID/Passport number, date of issue, and place of issue.

The confirmed itinerary serves as the agreement between the guest and Vietnam Tourist. Any inquiries or complaints will be resolved based on the confirmed itinerary and payment receipt.

For safety reasons, the tour is not available for pregnant women who are 6 months or more into their pregnancy.

Guests aged 70 to under 75 years are required to sign a health declaration before joining the tour.

Cancellation Policy

(Not applicable during public holidays. Saturdays and Sundays are excluded from the cancellation notice period.)

Cancellation after booking confirmation: 30% of the total tour price will be charged.

Cancellation 7 days before departure: 50% of the total tour price will be charged.

Cancellation 3 days before departure: 70% of the total tour price will be charged.

Cancellation within 24 hours of departure or failure to join the tour: 100% of the total tour price will be charged.

Bước 1: Qúy khách đến trực tiếp văn phòng của Vietnam Tourist để được tư vấn & đăng kí tour.

Bước 2: Qúy khách đặt tour trực tiếp với nhân viên tại văn phòng Vietnam Tourist, quý khách lựa chọn ngày đi và cung cấp các thông tin cá nhân như sau:

- Họ và tên

- Số điện thoại đăng kí tour

- Danh sách các thành viên tham gia tour ( Gồm họ & tên; ngày tháng năm sinh, số căn cước công dân )

Bước 3: Quý khách đặt cọc trước 70% tổng số tiền tour theo quy định, với 30% còn lại quý khách sẽ thành toán cho hướng dẫn viên khi lên tour.

Bước 4: Hoàn tất quy trình đặt tour, quý khách nhận phiếu xác nhận đăng kí tour. Trước ngày khởi hành tour. hướng dẫn viên Vietnam Tourist sẽ liên hệ với quý khách để cung cấp số điện thoại hướng dẫn viên, xác nhận thời gian và địa điểm đón khách.

2. Đặt dịch vụ trực tuyến (online):

Bước 1: Qúy khách đặt tour trực tiếp trên trang website: ww.vietnamtouristvn.com (trong phần ô có chữ "đặt tour" của từng tour cụ thê) hoặc liên hệ qua các cổng thông tin như hotline, Fanpage Vietnam Tourist, Zalo page Vietnam Tourist nằm ở trang web này để được nhân viên Vietnam Tourist tư vấn chu đáo tận tình.

Bước 2: Qúy khách sẽ gửi thông tin đăng kí tour cho nhân viên đang tư vấn. Quý khách lựa chọn ngày đi và cung cấp các thông tin cá nhân như sau:

- Họ và tên

- Số điện thoại đăng kí tour

- Danh sách các thành viên tham gia tour ( Gồm họ & tên; ngày tháng năm sinh, số căn cước công dân )

Bước 3: Quý khách chuyển cọc trước 70% tổng số tiền tour theo quy định, với 30% còn lại quý khách sẽ thành toán cho hướng dẫn viên khi lên tour.

Lưu ý: Khi chuyển khoản quý khách vui lòng ghi rõ nội dung chuyển khoản như sau: Tên người đăng kí + Số điện thoại...Sau khi chuyển khoản thành công, quý khách vui lòng thông báo cho nhân viên đang phụ trách để kiểm tra.

Bước 4: Sau khi nhận được tiền, nhân viên Vietnam Tourist sẽ gửi phiếu xác nhận đặt tour qua zalo hoặc mail cho quý khách. Hoàn tất quy trình đặt tour. Trước ngày khởi hành tour. hướng dẫn viên Vietnam Tourist sẽ liên hệ với quý khách để cung cấp số điện thoại hướng dẫn viên, xác nhận thời gian và địa điểm đón khách. Quý khách nhận xác nhận qua Mail hoặc điện thoại.

Bước 3: Sau khi nhận được tiền cọc, bộ phận kế toán sẽ liên hệ quý khách để gửi phiếu xác nhận qua mail hoặc zalo, facebook.

II. ĐỐI VỚI KHÁCH ĐOÀN ( CÔNG TY/ ĐƠN VỊ/ TỔ CHỨC/...)

Bước 1: Qúy khách đặt tour với nhân viên tư vấn của Vietnam Tourist (Có thể đặt trực tiếp hoặc online)

Bước 2: Sau khi chọn được tour theo ý muốn, quý khách vui lòng cung cấp các thông tin sau cho nhân viên Vietnam Tourist:

- Thông tin công ty gồm: Địa chỉ công ty, mã số thuế, người đại diện và chức vụ

- Họ tên & số điện thoại trưởng đoàn ( người phụ trách chính của tour)

- Danh sách các thành viên tham gia tour ( Gồm họ & tên; ngày tháng năm sinh, số căn cước công dân )

Bước 3: Nhân viên Vietnam Tourist sẽ lên hợp đồng và gửi cho quý khách kiểm tra. Sau khi hai bên cùng đồng thuận thống nhất với hợp đồng, chúng tôi sẽ in ra và ký tên đóng dấu hai bản hợp đồng gửi cho quý khách. Khi nhận được hợp đồng, quý khách sẽ ký tên đóng dấu và gửi lại chúng tôi 01 bản hợp đồng.

Bước 4: Sau khi nhận được hợp đồng, quý khách vui lòng thanh toán theo quy trình ghi trên hợp đồng:

- Quý khách chuyển cọc trước 70% tổng số tiền tour theo quy định của hợp đồng.

- Qúy khách sẽ thanh toán 30% còn lại trong vòng 3 ngày sau khi hai bên kí kết biên bản nghiệm thu và thanh lý hợp đồng ( nếu có phát sinh sau tour) và quý khách nhận được hóa đơn VAT từ Vietnam Tourist.

Bước 4: Vietnam Tourist nhận được phần thanh toán còn lại từ quý khách, hợp đồng tour kết thúc!
