DAY

DONG HOI CITY – PARADISE CAVE – OZO PARK (Meal: Lunch)

MORNING

07:00: Your Vietnam Tourist guide and driver will pick you up in Dong Hoi City (hotel, railway station, or airport) and depart for the Paradise Cave – Ozo Park Full-Day Tour.

07:30: Travel to Phong Nha–Ke Bang National Park, home to the spectacular Paradise Cave, often referred to as the "Underground Royal Palace."

08:30: Located approximately 65 km northwest of Dong Hoi City along the western branch of the Ho Chi Minh Highway, Paradise Cave lies hidden beneath a lush primary forest and majestic limestone mountains. Discovered in 2005 by the British Cave Research Association, it is recognized as Asia's longest dry cave and one of the world's most magnificent natural wonders. Its breathtaking stalactites and stalagmites have earned it the nickname "The Underground Royal Palace."

09:00: Take an electric shuttle from the parking area to the foot of the mountain, covering a distance of approximately 2 km.

09:10: Enjoy a pleasant walk along a forest trail leading to the cave entrance. Surrounded by pristine tropical forest, you will be immersed in fresh mountain air, birdsong, and the soothing sounds of nature.

10:00: Enter Paradise Cave through its modest entrance and discover an astonishing underground world. Inside, the cave opens into vast chambers with soaring ceilings adorned by spectacular stalactites and stalagmites. Marvel at fascinating natural formations resembling the Heavenly Palace, the Milky Way Waterfall, the Gathering of Immortals, the Lotus Tower, terraced rice fields, elegant Champa towers, the Goddess of Mercy, the Three Gods of Fortune, Prosperity and Longevity, and even the traditional communal houses of Vietnam's Central Highlands.

LUNCH

12:00: Enjoy a delicious lunch featuring local Quang Binh specialties at a nearby restaurant.

AFTERNOON

13:30: Continue to Ozo Park, an eco-adventure park nestled within Phong Nha–Ke Bang National Park. Covering more than 5 hectares of pristine limestone forest, the park offers Vietnam's longest tree-top adventure course along with a variety of exciting outdoor activities. Wander across suspended wooden bridges, immerse yourself in the lush natural surroundings, capture stunning photos, or cool off with a refreshing swim in the crystal-clear stream.

16:30: Depart Ozo Park and return to Dong Hoi City.

17:30: Arrive back in Dong Hoi City, where you will be dropped off at your original pick-up point. Your Vietnam Tourist guide bids you farewell, marking the end of the Paradise Cave – Ozo Park Full-Day Tour. We look forward to welcoming you on your next adventure.

TOUR EXCLUDES

Personal expenses, including laundry, beverages, meals not specified in the itinerary, and freshwater shower fees at sightseeing attractions.

Optional tours, activities, and entrance fees not included in the itinerary.

CHILD POLICY

Children under 1.0m: Free of charge for tour services and sharing all services with their parents. Any additional expenses incurred will be the responsibility of the parents. Each booking of 02 adults may accompany 01 child under this policy. A second child will be charged at the rate applicable to children from 1.0m to under 1.3m.

Children from 1.0m to under 1.3m: Charged 70% of the adult tour price, including all tour services and a separate seat on the vehicle. Each booking of 02 adults may accompany 01 child under this policy. A second child will be charged at the adult rate.

Children from 1.3m and above: Charged 100% of the adult tour price.

BOOKING & PAYMENT

A 70% deposit is required at the time of booking. Please provide a copy of your ID Card, Passport, or Birth Certificate (for children).

The remaining balance shall be paid according to the tour agreement.

CANCELLATION POLICY

After payment has been made, if you wish to change or cancel your tour, please bring your Tour Registration Form to the Vietnam Tourist office where you registered to complete the required procedures. Cancellation fees will be applied in accordance with Vietnam Tourist's cancellation policy.

For tour change or cancellation requests made by phone or email, you are required to submit your Tour Registration Form to the registration office within 24 hours from the time we receive your request. This policy applies only to requests submitted at least 12 days prior to the departure date.

Cancellation periods are calculated based on working days only, excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays.

30 days or more before departure: No cancellation or tour change fee.

21–29 days before departure: A cancellation/tour change fee equivalent to 50% of the tour deposit will apply.

13–20 days before departure: A cancellation/tour change fee equivalent to 100% of the tour deposit (or 50% of the total tour price) will apply.

IMPORTANT NOTES

Guests aged 70 to under 75 years old are required to sign a Health Declaration with Vietnam Tourist. Guests aged 75 years and above must provide a medical certificate issued by a licensed physician confirming they are fit for international travel, together with a Health Declaration signed with the Company. In addition, they must be accompanied by a healthy relative under 60 years of age. We regret that we are unable to accept bookings for guests aged 80 and above.

Pregnant guests are kindly requested to inform our sales staff at the time of booking for further advice. For safety reasons, we are unable to accept bookings from guests who are 5 months pregnant or more.

Before confirming your booking, please carefully review the itinerary, tour price, inclusions, exclusions, and cancellation policy stated on the payment receipt. If your booking is made by another person on your behalf, please ensure you fully understand all tour details and conditions from the person making the reservation.

The order of sightseeing may be adjusted due to operational or local conditions. However, all attractions included in the itinerary will still be visited whenever possible.

Vietnam Tourist shall not be held responsible for any changes to the itinerary or the inability to provide scheduled sightseeing due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to:

Natural disasters (such as typhoons, floods, droughts, earthquakes, etc.)
Security-related incidents (such as terrorism or public demonstrations)
Airline disruptions (including technical issues, security concerns, flight delays, cancellations, or schedule changes)

In the event of the above circumstances, Vietnam Tourist will consider refunding the cost of any unused sightseeing services where possible, after deducting expenses already incurred (such as visa processing fees or other completed services). No additional compensation or liability shall be assumed for any other expenses or losses.

I. ĐỐI VỚI KHÁCH LẺ GHÉP ĐOÀN:

1. Đặt dịch vụ trực tiếp tại văn phòng Vietnam Tourist

Bước 1: Qúy khách đến trực tiếp văn phòng của Vietnam Tourist để được tư vấn & đăng kí tour.

Bước 2: Qúy khách đặt tour trực tiếp với nhân viên tại văn phòng Vietnam Tourist, quý khách lựa chọn ngày đi và cung cấp các thông tin cá nhân như sau:

- Họ và tên

- Số điện thoại đăng kí tour

- Danh sách các thành viên tham gia tour ( Gồm họ & tên; ngày tháng năm sinh, số căn cước công dân )

Bước 3: Quý khách đặt cọc trước 70% tổng số tiền tour theo quy định, với 30% còn lại quý khách sẽ thành toán cho hướng dẫn viên khi lên tour.

Bước 4: Hoàn tất quy trình đặt tour, quý khách nhận phiếu xác nhận đăng kí tour. Trước ngày khởi hành tour. hướng dẫn viên Vietnam Tourist sẽ liên hệ với quý khách để cung cấp số điện thoại hướng dẫn viên, xác nhận thời gian và địa điểm đón khách.

2. Đặt dịch vụ trực tuyến (online):

Bước 1: Qúy khách đặt tour trực tiếp trên trang website: ww.vietnamtouristvn.com (trong phần ô có chữ "đặt tour" của từng tour cụ thê) hoặc liên hệ qua các cổng thông tin như hotline, Fanpage Vietnam Tourist, Zalo page Vietnam Tourist nằm ở trang web này để được nhân viên Vietnam Tourist tư vấn chu đáo tận tình.

Bước 2: Qúy khách sẽ gửi thông tin đăng kí tour cho nhân viên đang tư vấn. Quý khách lựa chọn ngày đi và cung cấp các thông tin cá nhân như sau:

- Họ và tên

- Số điện thoại đăng kí tour

- Danh sách các thành viên tham gia tour ( Gồm họ & tên; ngày tháng năm sinh, số căn cước công dân )

Bước 3: Quý khách chuyển cọc trước 70% tổng số tiền tour theo quy định, với 30% còn lại quý khách sẽ thành toán cho hướng dẫn viên khi lên tour.

Lưu ý: Khi chuyển khoản quý khách vui lòng ghi rõ nội dung chuyển khoản như sau: Tên người đăng kí + Số điện thoại...Sau khi chuyển khoản thành công, quý khách vui lòng thông báo cho nhân viên đang phụ trách để kiểm tra.

Bước 4: Sau khi nhận được tiền, nhân viên Vietnam Tourist sẽ gửi phiếu xác nhận đặt tour qua zalo hoặc mail cho quý khách. Hoàn tất quy trình đặt tour. Trước ngày khởi hành tour. hướng dẫn viên Vietnam Tourist sẽ liên hệ với quý khách để cung cấp số điện thoại hướng dẫn viên, xác nhận thời gian và địa điểm đón khách. Quý khách nhận xác nhận qua Mail hoặc điện thoại.

Bước 3: Sau khi nhận được tiền cọc, bộ phận kế toán sẽ liên hệ quý khách để gửi phiếu xác nhận qua mail hoặc zalo, facebook.

II. ĐỐI VỚI KHÁCH ĐOÀN ( CÔNG TY/ ĐƠN VỊ/ TỔ CHỨC/...)

Bước 1: Qúy khách đặt tour với nhân viên tư vấn của Vietnam Tourist (Có thể đặt trực tiếp hoặc online)

Bước 2: Sau khi chọn được tour theo ý muốn, quý khách vui lòng cung cấp các thông tin sau cho nhân viên Vietnam Tourist:

- Thông tin công ty gồm: Địa chỉ công ty, mã số thuế, người đại diện và chức vụ

- Họ tên & số điện thoại trưởng đoàn ( người phụ trách chính của tour)

- Danh sách các thành viên tham gia tour ( Gồm họ & tên; ngày tháng năm sinh, số căn cước công dân )

Bước 3: Nhân viên Vietnam Tourist sẽ lên hợp đồng và gửi cho quý khách kiểm tra. Sau khi hai bên cùng đồng thuận thống nhất với hợp đồng, chúng tôi sẽ in ra và ký tên đóng dấu hai bản hợp đồng gửi cho quý khách. Khi nhận được hợp đồng, quý khách sẽ ký tên đóng dấu và gửi lại chúng tôi 01 bản hợp đồng.

Bước 4: Sau khi nhận được hợp đồng, quý khách vui lòng thanh toán theo quy trình ghi trên hợp đồng:

- Quý khách chuyển cọc trước 70% tổng số tiền tour theo quy định của hợp đồng.

- Qúy khách sẽ thanh toán 30% còn lại trong vòng 3 ngày sau khi hai bên kí kết biên bản nghiệm thu và thanh lý hợp đồng ( nếu có phát sinh sau tour) và quý khách nhận được hóa đơn VAT từ Vietnam Tourist.

Bước 4: Vietnam Tourist nhận được phần thanh toán còn lại từ quý khách, hợp đồng tour kết thúc!
