DAY

HO CHI MINH CITY – VINH HY BAY (Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner)

MORNING

05:00: Vietnam Tourist's tour guide and vehicle will pick you up at the designated meeting point and depart for the 2-Day, 1-Night Vinh Hy Bay – Co Thach Tour.

Pick-up Points:

05:00: Vietnam Tourist Office – 54 D9 Street, Tay Thanh Ward, Tan Phu District.

05:15: Vietnam Tourist Office – 208 Hoang Van Thu Street, Ward 4, Tan Binh District.

05:30: Youth Cultural House, 6 Pham Ngoc Thach Street, District 1.

05:40: ACB Bank, 278 Xo Viet Nghe Tinh Street, Binh Thanh District.

06:00: Thu Duc Intersection – District 9 Police Station, Hanoi Highway.

Guests may also be picked up along National Highway 1A en route to Dau Giay Junction, subject to prior arrangement.

07:00: Stop at a local restaurant for breakfast before continuing the journey to Vinh Hy Bay.

11:30: Arrive at Vinh Hy Bay and transfer to a local restaurant.

LUNCH

12:00: Enjoy lunch featuring fresh local seafood and regional specialties.

AFTERNOON

13:00: Check in to the hotel and enjoy some time to relax.

14:30: Board a sightseeing boat (included in the tour price) to explore the spectacular Vinh Hy Bay, one of Vietnam's most beautiful natural bays.

Cruise past the unique Round Rock Beach, Yen Cave, and Dang Lagoon while admiring the bay's breathtaking coastal scenery. Continue aboard a glass-bottom boat to observe vibrant coral reefs and colorful marine life beneath the crystal-clear waters.

The boat will stop at Ba Dien Beach and Bai Coc Beach, where you will have free time to swim or simply relax by the sea.

Guests may also choose to join optional activities such as snorkeling or enjoy fresh seafood including half-dried squid, giant clams, oysters, snails, shellfish, and other local specialties at floating seafood restaurants (at your own expense).

16:30: Return by boat to the mainland.

EVENING

18:00: Enjoy dinner at a local restaurant.

After dinner, you are free to explore Vinh Hy Bay at night or relax at your own leisure.

Overnight in Vinh Hy Bay or Ninh Chu.

DAY2

VINH HY BAY – HANG RAI – NINH THUAN GRAPE GARDEN – TANYOLI MONGOLIAN VILLAGE – HO CHI MINH CITY (Meals: Breakfast & Lunch)

MORNING

06:00: Wake up early to admire the beautiful sunrise over Vinh Hy Bay and enjoy the peaceful morning atmosphere.

07:30: Enjoy breakfast at the hotel and relax before checking out.

09:00: Check out of the hotel and depart for Hang Rai, one of Ninh Thuan's most spectacular natural attractions. Discover its fascinating ancient coral reef, dramatic rocky coastline, and unique natural tidal pools, often referred to as "Mars on the Sea." Capture stunning photographs while enjoying the breathtaking coastal scenery.

10:30: Continue to a Ninh Thuan Grape Garden, where you can stroll beneath lush vineyards, admire clusters of ripe grapes, and sample complimentary grape juice and local grape wine. During the harvest season, guests may also experience picking fresh grapes directly from the vines and enjoy countless photo opportunities in this picturesque vineyard.

LUNCH

12:00: Enjoy lunch at a local restaurant featuring regional specialties.

AFTERNOON

13:30: Visit Tanyoli Mongolian Village, a unique eco-tourism destination inspired by the traditional Mongolian nomadic lifestyle. Located near Mui Dinh, where mountains, sand dunes, grasslands, and the sea meet, Tanyoli offers spectacular natural scenery and excellent photo opportunities.

Guests may also participate in optional adventure activities such as UTV off-road driving, ziplining, horse riding, archery, and sand sliding (at your own expense).

15:30: Depart for Ho Chi Minh City.

EVENING

19:30: Arrive in Ho Chi Minh City. Drop-off at the original pick-up points.

TOUR INCLUDES

1.Transportation: Modern air-conditioned tourist vehicle with comfortable seating.

Boat transportation for sightseeing and island excursions.

2.Accommodation: Stay at a 3-star hotel with full amenities. Room occupancy is based on 2–4 guests per room.

01 set-menu breakfast (Vietnamese noodle soup, fish noodle soup, thick noodle soup, etc.) valued at VND 50,000 per person.

5.Travel Insurance: Coverage of up to VND 30,000,000 per person per case.

6.Tour Guide: Professional, experienced, and friendly English-speaking tour guide throughout the tour.

7.Complimentary Gifts: Vietnam Tourist travel hat. One 500 ml bottle of drinking water per person per day and Cold towels.

8.VAT: 8% Value Added Tax (VAT).

TOUR EXCLUDES

Personal expenses such as laundry, beverages, meals not specified in the itinerary, freshwater shower fees at sightseeing attractions, and other personal expenditures.

CHILD POLICY

Children under 5 years old: Parents or guardians are responsible for all expenses related to meals, accommodation, and entrance fees (if applicable). Each two adults may accompany one child under 5 years old free of the tour fare. From the second child onward, a charge of 50% of the adult tour price applies.

Children from 5 to under 10 years old: Charged 70% of the adult tour price, including meals, a seat on the vehicle, and sharing a bed with their parents. Each two adults may accompany one child in this age group. From the second child onward, the full adult tour price applies.

Children aged 11 years and above: Charged 100% of the adult tour price and entitled to the same services as an adult.

TOUR EXCLUDES

A surcharge applies during public holidays and the Lunar New Year (Tet Holiday).

The itinerary may be adjusted due to operational conditions; however, all scheduled attractions and services will remain unchanged.

Please arrive at the designated pick-up point at least 15 minutes before departure. Guests who arrive after the vehicle has departed or cancel the tour without prior notice will be subject to the same cancellation policy as a cancellation on the departure date.

Children must travel with their parents or a legal guardian. If traveling with relatives, a parental authorization letter is required. Please bring the child's birth certificate or passport for verification.

Guests are responsible for safeguarding their own cash, valuables, and personal belongings throughout the tour.

When booking, please provide your full name, year of birth, ID/Passport number, date of issue, and place of issue.

The tour itinerary serves as a mutual agreement between the customer and the company. Any inquiries or complaints will be resolved based on the tour itinerary and the official payment receipt.

For safety reasons, pregnant women from 6 months onward are not permitted to join the tour.

Guests from 70 to under 75 years old are required to sign a Health Declaration and Liability Waiver before joining the tour.

CANCELLATION POLICY

(Not applicable during public holidays or Tet Holiday. Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays are not counted when calculating cancellation deadlines.)

After booking confirmation: 30% of the total tour price.
07 days or more before departure: 50% of the total tour price.
03 days before departure: 70% of the total tour price.
Within 24 hours of departure or in case of no-show: 100% of the total tour price.

1. Đặt dịch vụ trực tiếp tại văn phòng Vietnam Tourist

Bước 1: Qúy khách đến trực tiếp văn phòng của Vietnam Tourist để được tư vấn & đăng kí tour.

Bước 2: Qúy khách đặt tour trực tiếp với nhân viên tại văn phòng Vietnam Tourist, quý khách lựa chọn ngày đi và cung cấp các thông tin cá nhân như sau:

- Họ và tên

- Số điện thoại đăng kí tour

- Danh sách các thành viên tham gia tour ( Gồm họ & tên; ngày tháng năm sinh, số căn cước công dân )

Bước 3: Quý khách đặt cọc trước 70% tổng số tiền tour theo quy định, với 30% còn lại quý khách sẽ thành toán cho hướng dẫn viên khi lên tour.

Bước 4: Hoàn tất quy trình đặt tour, quý khách nhận phiếu xác nhận đăng kí tour. Trước ngày khởi hành tour. hướng dẫn viên Vietnam Tourist sẽ liên hệ với quý khách để cung cấp số điện thoại hướng dẫn viên, xác nhận thời gian và địa điểm đón khách.

2. Đặt dịch vụ trực tuyến (online):

Bước 1: Qúy khách đặt tour trực tiếp trên trang website: ww.vietnamtouristvn.com (trong phần ô có chữ "đặt tour" của từng tour cụ thê) hoặc liên hệ qua các cổng thông tin như hotline, Fanpage Vietnam Tourist, Zalo page Vietnam Tourist nằm ở trang web này để được nhân viên Vietnam Tourist tư vấn chu đáo tận tình.

Bước 2: Qúy khách sẽ gửi thông tin đăng kí tour cho nhân viên đang tư vấn. Quý khách lựa chọn ngày đi và cung cấp các thông tin cá nhân như sau:

- Họ và tên

- Số điện thoại đăng kí tour

- Danh sách các thành viên tham gia tour ( Gồm họ & tên; ngày tháng năm sinh, số căn cước công dân )

Bước 3: Quý khách chuyển cọc trước 70% tổng số tiền tour theo quy định, với 30% còn lại quý khách sẽ thành toán cho hướng dẫn viên khi lên tour.

Lưu ý: Khi chuyển khoản quý khách vui lòng ghi rõ nội dung chuyển khoản như sau: Tên người đăng kí + Số điện thoại...Sau khi chuyển khoản thành công, quý khách vui lòng thông báo cho nhân viên đang phụ trách để kiểm tra.

Bước 4: Sau khi nhận được tiền, nhân viên Vietnam Tourist sẽ gửi phiếu xác nhận đặt tour qua zalo hoặc mail cho quý khách. Hoàn tất quy trình đặt tour. Trước ngày khởi hành tour. hướng dẫn viên Vietnam Tourist sẽ liên hệ với quý khách để cung cấp số điện thoại hướng dẫn viên, xác nhận thời gian và địa điểm đón khách. Quý khách nhận xác nhận qua Mail hoặc điện thoại.

Bước 3: Sau khi nhận được tiền cọc, bộ phận kế toán sẽ liên hệ quý khách để gửi phiếu xác nhận qua mail hoặc zalo, facebook.

II. ĐỐI VỚI KHÁCH ĐOÀN ( CÔNG TY/ ĐƠN VỊ/ TỔ CHỨC/...)

Bước 1: Qúy khách đặt tour với nhân viên tư vấn của Vietnam Tourist (Có thể đặt trực tiếp hoặc online)

Bước 2: Sau khi chọn được tour theo ý muốn, quý khách vui lòng cung cấp các thông tin sau cho nhân viên Vietnam Tourist:

- Thông tin công ty gồm: Địa chỉ công ty, mã số thuế, người đại diện và chức vụ

- Họ tên & số điện thoại trưởng đoàn ( người phụ trách chính của tour)

- Danh sách các thành viên tham gia tour ( Gồm họ & tên; ngày tháng năm sinh, số căn cước công dân )

Bước 3: Nhân viên Vietnam Tourist sẽ lên hợp đồng và gửi cho quý khách kiểm tra. Sau khi hai bên cùng đồng thuận thống nhất với hợp đồng, chúng tôi sẽ in ra và ký tên đóng dấu hai bản hợp đồng gửi cho quý khách. Khi nhận được hợp đồng, quý khách sẽ ký tên đóng dấu và gửi lại chúng tôi 01 bản hợp đồng.

Bước 4: Sau khi nhận được hợp đồng, quý khách vui lòng thanh toán theo quy trình ghi trên hợp đồng:

- Quý khách chuyển cọc trước 70% tổng số tiền tour theo quy định của hợp đồng.

- Qúy khách sẽ thanh toán 30% còn lại trong vòng 3 ngày sau khi hai bên kí kết biên bản nghiệm thu và thanh lý hợp đồng ( nếu có phát sinh sau tour) và quý khách nhận được hóa đơn VAT từ Vietnam Tourist.

Bước 4: Vietnam Tourist nhận được phần thanh toán còn lại từ quý khách, hợp đồng tour kết thúc!
