MORNING

08:00: Meet your Vietnam Tourist tour guide and driver at the designated meeting point and depart for the Nhon Ly Fishing Village – Hon Kho Day Tour.

08:30: Arrive at Nhon Hai Fishing Village, where you will experience the peaceful atmosphere of a traditional coastal village. Admire the charming seaside houses and learn about the daily life and fishing traditions of the local community. Afterward, change into your swimwear, put on a life jacket, and get ready for your island adventure.

09:00: Board a speedboat to Hon Kho Island, a hidden gem renowned for its crystal-clear waters and unspoiled natural beauty. Enjoy the refreshing sea breeze while taking memorable photos at the famous sea-crossing pathway (seasonal) and the island's picturesque wooden bridge.

09:30: Continue by speedboat to the Hon Kho Coral Reef, one of the best snorkeling spots in Quy Nhon. Discover the vibrant underwater world as you snorkel among colorful coral reefs and tropical marine life using the provided snorkeling mask and life jacket. Guests may also enjoy optional water sports such as jet skiing (at their own expense).

11:00: Return to the mainland by speedboat. Freshen up and change at the restaurant's clean and comfortable shower facilities.

LUNCH

12:00: Enjoy a delicious seafood lunch featuring freshly caught local seafood prepared by the fishermen of the village.

The menu may vary depending on seasonal availability, weather conditions, and guest requests.

AFTERNOON

13:30: Return to Quy Nhon City.

TOUR INCLUDES

Modern air-conditioned tourist coach throughout the tour.

VAT (8%): If you require a VAT invoice, please provide your billing information to our sales representative before the tour.

TOUR EXCLUDES

Personal expenses such as laundry, beverages, snacks, and freshwater showers at the attractions.

Optional activities and attractions not mentioned in the itinerary.

CHILD POLICY

Children under 5 years old: Travel free of the tour fare when sharing services with their parents. Parents are responsible for the child's meals, entrance fees (if any), and other personal expenses. Every two adults may accompany one child under 5 years old. A second child will be charged 50% of the tour price. A separate coach seat is available upon request for a surcharge of 30% of the adult tour price.

Children from 5 to under 11 years old: Charged 70% of the adult tour price, including meals, sightseeing, and a separate seat on the coach. Every two adults may accompany one child in this age group. A second child will be charged the full adult rate.

Children aged 11 and above: Charged 100% of the adult tour price and receive the same services as adults.

IMPORTANT NOTES

A holiday surcharge applies during public holidays and Tet (Lunar New Year).

The itinerary may be adjusted due to operational conditions; however, all scheduled attractions and services will remain unchanged whenever possible.

Please arrive at the designated pick-up point at least 15 minutes before departure. Guests who arrive late after the tour has departed or cancel without prior notice will be subject to the same cancellation policy as a same-day cancellation.

Children must travel with their parents or a legal guardian. If traveling with another accompanying adult, a signed authorization letter is required. Please bring the child's birth certificate or passport for verification.

Guests are responsible for safeguarding their personal belongings and valuables throughout the tour.

When booking, please provide your full name, date of birth, passport or ID number, date of issue, and place of issue.

The tour itinerary serves as the agreement between the guest and Vietnam Tourist. Any inquiries or complaints will be resolved based on the confirmed itinerary and payment receipt.

For safety reasons, the tour is not available for pregnant guests from six months of pregnancy onward.

Guests aged 70 to under 75 are required to sign a health declaration before joining the tour.

CANCELLATION POLICY

The following policy does not apply during public holidays or Tet. Saturdays and Sundays are not counted as business days.

Cancellation after booking confirmation: 30% of the total tour price.

Cancellation 7 days or more before departure: 50% of the total tour price.

Cancellation 3 days before departure: 70% of the total tour price.

Cancellation within 24 hours before departure or failure to show: 100% of the total tour price.

1. Đặt dịch vụ trực tiếp tại văn phòng Vietnam Tourist

Bước 1: Qúy khách đến trực tiếp văn phòng của Vietnam Tourist để được tư vấn & đăng kí tour.

Bước 2: Qúy khách đặt tour trực tiếp với nhân viên tại văn phòng Vietnam Tourist, quý khách lựa chọn ngày đi và cung cấp các thông tin cá nhân như sau:

- Họ và tên

- Số điện thoại đăng kí tour

- Danh sách các thành viên tham gia tour ( Gồm họ & tên; ngày tháng năm sinh, số căn cước công dân )

Bước 3: Quý khách đặt cọc trước 70% tổng số tiền tour theo quy định, với 30% còn lại quý khách sẽ thành toán cho hướng dẫn viên khi lên tour.

Bước 4: Hoàn tất quy trình đặt tour, quý khách nhận phiếu xác nhận đăng kí tour. Trước ngày khởi hành tour. hướng dẫn viên Vietnam Tourist sẽ liên hệ với quý khách để cung cấp số điện thoại hướng dẫn viên, xác nhận thời gian và địa điểm đón khách.

2. Đặt dịch vụ trực tuyến (online):

Bước 1: Qúy khách đặt tour trực tiếp trên trang website: ww.vietnamtouristvn.com (trong phần ô có chữ "đặt tour" của từng tour cụ thê) hoặc liên hệ qua các cổng thông tin như hotline, Fanpage Vietnam Tourist, Zalo page Vietnam Tourist nằm ở trang web này để được nhân viên Vietnam Tourist tư vấn chu đáo tận tình.

Bước 2: Qúy khách sẽ gửi thông tin đăng kí tour cho nhân viên đang tư vấn. Quý khách lựa chọn ngày đi và cung cấp các thông tin cá nhân như sau:

- Họ và tên

- Số điện thoại đăng kí tour

- Danh sách các thành viên tham gia tour ( Gồm họ & tên; ngày tháng năm sinh, số căn cước công dân )

Bước 3: Quý khách chuyển cọc trước 70% tổng số tiền tour theo quy định, với 30% còn lại quý khách sẽ thành toán cho hướng dẫn viên khi lên tour.

Lưu ý: Khi chuyển khoản quý khách vui lòng ghi rõ nội dung chuyển khoản như sau: Tên người đăng kí + Số điện thoại...Sau khi chuyển khoản thành công, quý khách vui lòng thông báo cho nhân viên đang phụ trách để kiểm tra.

Bước 4: Sau khi nhận được tiền, nhân viên Vietnam Tourist sẽ gửi phiếu xác nhận đặt tour qua zalo hoặc mail cho quý khách. Hoàn tất quy trình đặt tour. Trước ngày khởi hành tour. hướng dẫn viên Vietnam Tourist sẽ liên hệ với quý khách để cung cấp số điện thoại hướng dẫn viên, xác nhận thời gian và địa điểm đón khách. Quý khách nhận xác nhận qua Mail hoặc điện thoại.

Bước 3: Sau khi nhận được tiền cọc, bộ phận kế toán sẽ liên hệ quý khách để gửi phiếu xác nhận qua mail hoặc zalo, facebook.

II. ĐỐI VỚI KHÁCH ĐOÀN ( CÔNG TY/ ĐƠN VỊ/ TỔ CHỨC/...)

Bước 1: Qúy khách đặt tour với nhân viên tư vấn của Vietnam Tourist (Có thể đặt trực tiếp hoặc online)

Bước 2: Sau khi chọn được tour theo ý muốn, quý khách vui lòng cung cấp các thông tin sau cho nhân viên Vietnam Tourist:

- Thông tin công ty gồm: Địa chỉ công ty, mã số thuế, người đại diện và chức vụ

- Họ tên & số điện thoại trưởng đoàn ( người phụ trách chính của tour)

- Danh sách các thành viên tham gia tour ( Gồm họ & tên; ngày tháng năm sinh, số căn cước công dân )

Bước 3: Nhân viên Vietnam Tourist sẽ lên hợp đồng và gửi cho quý khách kiểm tra. Sau khi hai bên cùng đồng thuận thống nhất với hợp đồng, chúng tôi sẽ in ra và ký tên đóng dấu hai bản hợp đồng gửi cho quý khách. Khi nhận được hợp đồng, quý khách sẽ ký tên đóng dấu và gửi lại chúng tôi 01 bản hợp đồng.

Bước 4: Sau khi nhận được hợp đồng, quý khách vui lòng thanh toán theo quy trình ghi trên hợp đồng:

- Quý khách chuyển cọc trước 70% tổng số tiền tour theo quy định của hợp đồng.

- Qúy khách sẽ thanh toán 30% còn lại trong vòng 3 ngày sau khi hai bên kí kết biên bản nghiệm thu và thanh lý hợp đồng ( nếu có phát sinh sau tour) và quý khách nhận được hóa đơn VAT từ Vietnam Tourist.

Bước 4: Vietnam Tourist nhận được phần thanh toán còn lại từ quý khách, hợp đồng tour kết thúc!
