DAY

MORNING

04:00: Meet your Vietnam Tourist guide at the Domestic Terminal of Tan Son Nhat International Airport for check-in before your flight to Noi Bai International Airport.

07:30: Upon arrival in Hanoi, you will be welcomed by the Vietnam Tourist Hanoi Branch guide and transferred to a local restaurant for breakfast.

09:00: Depart for Moc Chau. Along the way, stop at Thung Khe Pass (White Stone Pass) in Mai Chau, one of Northwest Vietnam's most scenic mountain passes, where you can enjoy spectacular panoramic views and take memorable photos.

LUNCH

11:30: Arrive in Mai Chau and enjoy lunch featuring authentic Northwest Vietnamese specialties.

AFTERNOON

12:30: Continue your journey to Moc Chau.

14:30: Visit the famous Heart Tea Hill, also known as Taiwan Tea Hill, where endless rows of vibrant green tea bushes are shaped into heart patterns. Enjoy the fresh mountain air, take stunning photos, and experience one of Moc Chau's most iconic landscapes.

15:30: Continue to Na Ka Plum Valley, renowned for its breathtaking white plum blossoms in spring and delicious ripe plums during harvest season. Stroll through the picturesque valley, enjoy the peaceful atmosphere, and, when in season, pick and taste fresh plums straight from the orchard.

17:00: Check in to your hotel and relax.

18:30: Enjoy dinner at a local restaurant.

DAI YEM WATERFALL – LOVE GLASS BRIDGE – BACH LONG GLASS BRIDGE – HAPPY LAND MOC CHAU – BAT CAVE – BAN ANG PINE FOREST (Meals: Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner)

MORNING

07:00: Enjoy breakfast at the hotel.

08:00: Depart for Dai Yem Waterfall, one of Moc Chau's most beautiful natural attractions. Admire the cascading waterfall surrounded by lush mountains and forests.

08:30: Continue to the Love Glass Bridge, Vietnam's first glass bridge, featuring a giant heart-shaped structure and breathtaking panoramic views of the surrounding landscape.

09:30: Visit Happy Land Moc Chau, a colorful flower park and entertainment complex. Enjoy free time to explore vibrant flower gardens, scenic photo spots, and a variety of optional cultural and recreational activities. Complimentary electric shuttle service is available within the park.

LUNCH

12:00: Enjoy lunch at a local restaurant.

AFTERNOON

13:00: Visit the famous Bach Long Glass Bridge, one of the world's longest glass-bottom bridges. Walk above the valley, admire spectacular mountain views, and experience the thrilling Glass Skywalk (entrance ticket at your own expense).

14:30: Continue to Ban Ang Pine Forest, a peaceful destination known for its tranquil lake, lush pine trees, and charming scenery, often referred to as the "Da Lat of Northwest Vietnam."

MOC CHAU – MAI CHAU VALLEY – LAC VILLAGE – HO CHI MINH CITY (Meals: Breakfast & Lunch)

07:00: Enjoy breakfast at the hotel and check out.

08:00: Depart for Mai Chau.

10:30: Arrive at Mai Chau Valley and visit Lac Village, where you will discover the unique culture and traditions of the Thai and Muong ethnic communities. Explore traditional stilt houses, learn about local brocade weaving, and enjoy the peaceful mountain scenery.

LUNCH

12:00: Enjoy lunch at a local restaurant.

AFTERNOON

13:00: Depart for Noi Bai International Airport. Along the way, you may stop at a local rest area to purchase specialties from Hoa Binh Province as souvenirs.

17:30: Arrive at Noi Bai International Airport for your flight back to Ho Chi Minh City.

TOUR INCLUDES

1. Transportation: Round-trip airfare between Ho Chi Minh City and Hanoi with VietJet Air (7 kg carry-on baggage + 20 kg checked baggage).

Modern air-conditioned tourist vehicle throughout the tour.

2. Accommodation: Comfortable 3-star hotel with modern amenities (2–3 guests per room).

3. Meals:

Breakfast: Daily buffet breakfasts at the hotel.

Main Meals: 5 set-menu meals (VND 150,000 per person per meal), featuring a variety of dishes with different menus each day.

4. Entrance Fees: All sightseeing and admission fees as specified in the itinerary.

5. Travel Insurance: Coverage of up to VND 30,000,000 per person per case.

6. Tour Guide: Professional, experienced, and friendly English-speaking tour guide throughout the tour.

7. Complimentary Gifts: Vietnam Tourist travel hat. One 500 ml bottle of drinking water per person per day and Cold towels.

TOUR EXCLUDES

Personal expenses such as laundry, beverages, meals not specified in the itinerary, freshwater shower fees at sightseeing attractions, and other personal expenditures.

Optional entrance fees, including: Bach Long Glass Bridge admission ticket (VND 650,000 per person).

CHILDREN POLICY

Children under 2 years old: Airfare is not included. Other tour services are provided free of charge when sharing services with their parents. Any additional expenses are the responsibility of the parents. Every two adults may accompany one child free of charge; a second child will be charged 50% of the adult tour price.

Children from 2 to under 6 years old: Includes round-trip airfare. Other tour services are provided free of charge when sharing services with their parents. Any additional expenses are the responsibility of the parents. Every two adults may accompany one child at this rate; a second child will be charged 85% of the adult tour price.

Children from 6 to under 11 years old: Charged 85% of the adult tour price, including airfare, meals, entrance fees, and a separate seat on the vehicle. Accommodation is based on sharing a bed with accompanying adults. Every two adults may accompany one child at this rate; a second child will be charged the full adult rate.

Children aged 11 and above: Charged at the adult rate.

BOOKING & PAYMENT

A 70% deposit is required at the time of booking, together with a copy of your passport, ID card, or birth certificate.

The remaining balance is payable to the tour guide at the beginning of the tour.

CANCELLATION POLICY

This tour is non-refundable and non-changeable. Any cancellation after booking will result in the forfeiture of 100% of the deposit.

IMPORTANT NOTES

Guests aged 70 to under 75 are required to sign a health declaration. Guests aged 75 and above must provide a medical certificate confirming they are fit to travel, sign a health declaration, and be accompanied by a healthy companion under the age of 60. Guests aged 80 and above are not accepted.

Pregnant guests are requested to inform our sales team at the time of booking. For safety reasons, guests who are 5 months pregnant or more cannot join the tour.

Vietnamese citizens: Guests aged 14 and above must carry a valid original ID card or passport. Children under 14 must present an original or notarized copy of their birth certificate.

Foreign nationals and overseas Vietnamese: A valid original passport and all required visa/travel documents must be presented for check-in.

Guests are responsible for any fees resulting from incorrect personal information, late arrival, ticket changes, or ticket reissuance in accordance with the airline's policy.

After receiving your boarding pass, please keep it safe and arrive at the boarding gate on time. Vietnam Tourist is not responsible for lost boarding passes or missed flights.

Baggage allowance: Carry-on baggage up to 7 kg (maximum size: 56 × 36 × 23 cm). Checked baggage can be purchased separately according to your travel needs.

Guests are responsible for arranging their own transportation to Tan Son Nhat International Airport and should arrive 2 hours before departure (2.5 hours during public holidays and peak travel periods).

Please read the tour itinerary, pricing, inclusions, exclusions, booking conditions, and cancellation policy carefully before confirming your reservation.

Hotel check-in is from 2:00 PM, and check-out is before 12:00 PM.

Hotel room locations, floor levels, and bed configurations are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed.

Solo travelers are required to pay a single supplement. If a same-gender roommate is available, the single supplement will be refunded.

Groups of three adults will be accommodated in one triple room with one double bed and one extra bed or mattress.

Flight schedules are subject to change without prior notice due to airline operations.

The order of sightseeing may be adjusted depending on actual conditions while ensuring all scheduled attractions are included.

Vietnam Tourist is not responsible for itinerary changes or cancellations caused by force majeure, including natural disasters, security incidents, or airline operational issues such as delays, cancellations, or schedule changes.

Bước 1: Qúy khách đến trực tiếp văn phòng của Vietnam Tourist để được tư vấn & đăng kí tour.

Bước 2: Qúy khách đặt tour trực tiếp với nhân viên tại văn phòng Vietnam Tourist, quý khách lựa chọn ngày đi và cung cấp các thông tin cá nhân như sau:

- Họ và tên

- Số điện thoại đăng kí tour

- Danh sách các thành viên tham gia tour ( Gồm họ & tên; ngày tháng năm sinh, số căn cước công dân )

Bước 3: Quý khách đặt cọc trước 70% tổng số tiền tour theo quy định, với 30% còn lại quý khách sẽ thành toán cho hướng dẫn viên khi lên tour.

Bước 4: Hoàn tất quy trình đặt tour, quý khách nhận phiếu xác nhận đăng kí tour. Trước ngày khởi hành tour. hướng dẫn viên Vietnam Tourist sẽ liên hệ với quý khách để cung cấp số điện thoại hướng dẫn viên, xác nhận thời gian và địa điểm đón khách.

2. Đặt dịch vụ trực tuyến (online):

Bước 1: Qúy khách đặt tour trực tiếp trên trang website: ww.vietnamtouristvn.com (trong phần ô có chữ "đặt tour" của từng tour cụ thê) hoặc liên hệ qua các cổng thông tin như hotline, Fanpage Vietnam Tourist, Zalo page Vietnam Tourist nằm ở trang web này để được nhân viên Vietnam Tourist tư vấn chu đáo tận tình.

Bước 2: Qúy khách sẽ gửi thông tin đăng kí tour cho nhân viên đang tư vấn. Quý khách lựa chọn ngày đi và cung cấp các thông tin cá nhân như sau:

- Họ và tên

- Số điện thoại đăng kí tour

- Danh sách các thành viên tham gia tour ( Gồm họ & tên; ngày tháng năm sinh, số căn cước công dân )

Bước 3: Quý khách chuyển cọc trước 70% tổng số tiền tour theo quy định, với 30% còn lại quý khách sẽ thành toán cho hướng dẫn viên khi lên tour.

Lưu ý: Khi chuyển khoản quý khách vui lòng ghi rõ nội dung chuyển khoản như sau: Tên người đăng kí + Số điện thoại...Sau khi chuyển khoản thành công, quý khách vui lòng thông báo cho nhân viên đang phụ trách để kiểm tra.

Bước 4: Sau khi nhận được tiền, nhân viên Vietnam Tourist sẽ gửi phiếu xác nhận đặt tour qua zalo hoặc mail cho quý khách. Hoàn tất quy trình đặt tour. Trước ngày khởi hành tour. hướng dẫn viên Vietnam Tourist sẽ liên hệ với quý khách để cung cấp số điện thoại hướng dẫn viên, xác nhận thời gian và địa điểm đón khách. Quý khách nhận xác nhận qua Mail hoặc điện thoại.

Bước 3: Sau khi nhận được tiền cọc, bộ phận kế toán sẽ liên hệ quý khách để gửi phiếu xác nhận qua mail hoặc zalo, facebook.

II. ĐỐI VỚI KHÁCH ĐOÀN ( CÔNG TY/ ĐƠN VỊ/ TỔ CHỨC/...)

Bước 1: Qúy khách đặt tour với nhân viên tư vấn của Vietnam Tourist (Có thể đặt trực tiếp hoặc online)

Bước 2: Sau khi chọn được tour theo ý muốn, quý khách vui lòng cung cấp các thông tin sau cho nhân viên Vietnam Tourist:

- Thông tin công ty gồm: Địa chỉ công ty, mã số thuế, người đại diện và chức vụ

- Họ tên & số điện thoại trưởng đoàn ( người phụ trách chính của tour)

- Danh sách các thành viên tham gia tour ( Gồm họ & tên; ngày tháng năm sinh, số căn cước công dân )

Bước 3: Nhân viên Vietnam Tourist sẽ lên hợp đồng và gửi cho quý khách kiểm tra. Sau khi hai bên cùng đồng thuận thống nhất với hợp đồng, chúng tôi sẽ in ra và ký tên đóng dấu hai bản hợp đồng gửi cho quý khách. Khi nhận được hợp đồng, quý khách sẽ ký tên đóng dấu và gửi lại chúng tôi 01 bản hợp đồng.

Bước 4: Sau khi nhận được hợp đồng, quý khách vui lòng thanh toán theo quy trình ghi trên hợp đồng:

- Quý khách chuyển cọc trước 70% tổng số tiền tour theo quy định của hợp đồng.

- Qúy khách sẽ thanh toán 30% còn lại trong vòng 3 ngày sau khi hai bên kí kết biên bản nghiệm thu và thanh lý hợp đồng ( nếu có phát sinh sau tour) và quý khách nhận được hóa đơn VAT từ Vietnam Tourist.

Bước 4: Vietnam Tourist nhận được phần thanh toán còn lại từ quý khách, hợp đồng tour kết thúc!
