MORNING

08:00: Vietnam Tourist's tour guide picks you up at the designated meeting point to begin your Hue City Day Tour.

09:00: Visit the magnificent Hue Imperial Citadel, one of the most significant historical sites within the Complex of Hue Monuments. Built during the Nguyen Dynasty, the Imperial Citadel served as the political and cultural center of Vietnam's last feudal dynasty. Explore the Imperial City, where royal ceremonies were held, and the Forbidden Purple City, once reserved exclusively for the emperor and the royal family. Admire remarkable architectural landmarks, including Thai Hoa Palace, Ngo Mon Gate, Can Chanh Palace, and many other well-preserved royal structures.

A highlight of the visit is Kien Trung Palace, which reopened to visitors after an extensive five-year restoration. As one of Hue's most popular attractions, the palace showcases a remarkable blend of Vietnamese and European architectural styles, offering visitors an impressive glimpse into Vietnam's royal heritage.

11:00: Continue to Thien Mu Pagoda, the oldest and most iconic pagoda in Hue, often referred to as the "First Ancient Pagoda" of the former imperial capital. Overlooking the tranquil Perfume River, the pagoda is admired for its elegant architecture, peaceful atmosphere, and historic significance. The sound of its ancient bell has long become a symbol of Hue, leaving a lasting impression on all who visit.

12:00: Enjoy lunch at a local restaurant.

AFTERNOON

13:30: Visit Tu Duc Tomb, widely regarded as the most beautiful royal mausoleum of the Nguyen Dynasty. Surrounded by lush pine forests and peaceful lakes, the tomb harmoniously blends elegant architecture with natural landscapes, creating a serene and poetic setting.

15:00: Continue to Khai Dinh Tomb, the final imperial mausoleum built during the Nguyen Dynasty. Renowned for its distinctive fusion of Vietnamese and European architectural styles, the tomb is one of Hue's most unique historical monuments. Climb the impressive staircase leading to Thien Dinh Palace, where exquisite porcelain and glass mosaics, intricate decorations, and remarkable royal architecture reflect the artistic achievements of the period.

TOUR INCLUDES

Entrance Fees: Admission tickets to all attractions included in the itinerary. No refunds will be provided for unused entrance tickets if you choose to skip any sightseeing attractions.

Travel Insurance: Coverage of up to VND 30,000,000 per person per case.

Tour Guide: Professional, experienced, and friendly English-speaking tour guide.

Complimentary Services: Vietnam Tourist hat, one 500ml bottle of mineral water and one cold towel per person.

VAT: 8% Value Added Tax (VAT). If you require a VAT invoice, please provide your billing information to our sales team when booking.

TOUR EXCLUDES

Personal expenses such as laundry, beverages, and meals not mentioned in the itinerary.

Entrance fees to attractions not included in the itinerary.

CHILD POLICY

Children aged 5 years and above: Charged the full tour price.

Children under 5 years old: Free of charge. Any additional expenses incurred for the child are the responsibility of the parents. Two adults may accompany one child under 5 years old free of charge. From the second child onward, a charge of 70% of the tour price applies.

IMPORTANT NOTES

A surcharge applies during public holidays and the Lunar New Year.

The itinerary may be adjusted depending on actual operating conditions; however, all scheduled attractions will remain included.

Please arrive at the designated pick-up point at least 15 minutes before departure. Guests who arrive late after the vehicle has departed or cancel without prior notice will be charged the same fee as a same-day cancellation.

Children must travel with their parents or be accompanied by an authorized guardian. A Birth Certificate or Passport is required for verification.

Guests are responsible for their own personal belongings and valuables throughout the tour.

When booking, please provide your full name, year of birth, National ID/Passport number, date of issue, and place of issue.

The tour itinerary serves as the agreement between the customer and Vietnam Tourist. Any inquiries or complaints will be handled based on the tour program and payment receipt.

For safety reasons, guests who are six months pregnant or more are not permitted to join the tour.

Guests aged 70 to under 75 are required to sign a health declaration before joining the tour.

CANCELLATION POLICY

This cancellation policy does not apply during public holidays or the Lunar New Year.

Cancellation periods are calculated based on working days only, excluding Saturdays and Sundays.

Cancellation Charges:

After ticket purchase: 30% of the tour price.

7 days before departure: 50% of the tour price.

3 days before departure: 70% of the tour price.

Within 24 hours before departure or in case of a no-show: 100% of the tour price.

Bước 1: Qúy khách đến trực tiếp văn phòng của Vietnam Tourist để được tư vấn & đăng kí tour.

Bước 2: Qúy khách đặt tour trực tiếp với nhân viên tại văn phòng Vietnam Tourist, quý khách lựa chọn ngày đi và cung cấp các thông tin cá nhân như sau:

- Họ và tên

- Số điện thoại đăng kí tour

- Danh sách các thành viên tham gia tour ( Gồm họ & tên; ngày tháng năm sinh, số căn cước công dân )

Bước 3: Quý khách đặt cọc trước 70% tổng số tiền tour theo quy định, với 30% còn lại quý khách sẽ thành toán cho hướng dẫn viên khi lên tour.

Bước 4: Hoàn tất quy trình đặt tour, quý khách nhận phiếu xác nhận đăng kí tour. Trước ngày khởi hành tour. hướng dẫn viên Vietnam Tourist sẽ liên hệ với quý khách để cung cấp số điện thoại hướng dẫn viên, xác nhận thời gian và địa điểm đón khách.

2. Đặt dịch vụ trực tuyến (online):

Bước 1: Qúy khách đặt tour trực tiếp trên trang website: ww.vietnamtouristvn.com (trong phần ô có chữ "đặt tour" của từng tour cụ thê) hoặc liên hệ qua các cổng thông tin như hotline, Fanpage Vietnam Tourist, Zalo page Vietnam Tourist nằm ở trang web này để được nhân viên Vietnam Tourist tư vấn chu đáo tận tình.

Bước 2: Qúy khách sẽ gửi thông tin đăng kí tour cho nhân viên đang tư vấn. Quý khách lựa chọn ngày đi và cung cấp các thông tin cá nhân như sau:

- Họ và tên

- Số điện thoại đăng kí tour

- Danh sách các thành viên tham gia tour ( Gồm họ & tên; ngày tháng năm sinh, số căn cước công dân )

Bước 3: Quý khách chuyển cọc trước 70% tổng số tiền tour theo quy định, với 30% còn lại quý khách sẽ thành toán cho hướng dẫn viên khi lên tour.

Lưu ý: Khi chuyển khoản quý khách vui lòng ghi rõ nội dung chuyển khoản như sau: Tên người đăng kí + Số điện thoại...Sau khi chuyển khoản thành công, quý khách vui lòng thông báo cho nhân viên đang phụ trách để kiểm tra.

Bước 4: Sau khi nhận được tiền, nhân viên Vietnam Tourist sẽ gửi phiếu xác nhận đặt tour qua zalo hoặc mail cho quý khách. Hoàn tất quy trình đặt tour. Trước ngày khởi hành tour. hướng dẫn viên Vietnam Tourist sẽ liên hệ với quý khách để cung cấp số điện thoại hướng dẫn viên, xác nhận thời gian và địa điểm đón khách. Quý khách nhận xác nhận qua Mail hoặc điện thoại.

Bước 3: Sau khi nhận được tiền cọc, bộ phận kế toán sẽ liên hệ quý khách để gửi phiếu xác nhận qua mail hoặc zalo, facebook.

II. ĐỐI VỚI KHÁCH ĐOÀN ( CÔNG TY/ ĐƠN VỊ/ TỔ CHỨC/...)

Bước 1: Qúy khách đặt tour với nhân viên tư vấn của Vietnam Tourist (Có thể đặt trực tiếp hoặc online)

Bước 2: Sau khi chọn được tour theo ý muốn, quý khách vui lòng cung cấp các thông tin sau cho nhân viên Vietnam Tourist:

- Thông tin công ty gồm: Địa chỉ công ty, mã số thuế, người đại diện và chức vụ

- Họ tên & số điện thoại trưởng đoàn ( người phụ trách chính của tour)

- Danh sách các thành viên tham gia tour ( Gồm họ & tên; ngày tháng năm sinh, số căn cước công dân )

Bước 3: Nhân viên Vietnam Tourist sẽ lên hợp đồng và gửi cho quý khách kiểm tra. Sau khi hai bên cùng đồng thuận thống nhất với hợp đồng, chúng tôi sẽ in ra và ký tên đóng dấu hai bản hợp đồng gửi cho quý khách. Khi nhận được hợp đồng, quý khách sẽ ký tên đóng dấu và gửi lại chúng tôi 01 bản hợp đồng.

Bước 4: Sau khi nhận được hợp đồng, quý khách vui lòng thanh toán theo quy trình ghi trên hợp đồng:

- Quý khách chuyển cọc trước 70% tổng số tiền tour theo quy định của hợp đồng.

- Qúy khách sẽ thanh toán 30% còn lại trong vòng 3 ngày sau khi hai bên kí kết biên bản nghiệm thu và thanh lý hợp đồng ( nếu có phát sinh sau tour) và quý khách nhận được hóa đơn VAT từ Vietnam Tourist.

Bước 4: Vietnam Tourist nhận được phần thanh toán còn lại từ quý khách, hợp đồng tour kết thúc!
