05:00: Meet your Vietnam Tourist guide and depart for Ha Giang.

07:00: Stop at a local rest area for a short break. Breakfast is at your own expense.

08:00: Continue your journey to Ha Giang.

10:00: Arrive in Ha Giang City and visit the iconic KM 0 Milestone, the official starting point of National Highway 2, which connects Ha Giang with Hanoi. This famous landmark marks the beginning of your adventure through the spectacular limestone mountains of Northern Vietnam and is a must-visit photo stop.

LUNCH

10:30: Enjoy lunch at a local restaurant.

11:30: Begin your scenic drive through the magnificent Dong Van Karst Plateau Geopark.

Afternoon

13:00: Stop at Quan Ba Heaven Gate to admire the panoramic view of Tam Son Town and the famous Quan Ba Twin Mountains (Fairy Bosom Mountains).

13:30: Continue along the winding Tham Ma Pass, renowned for its dramatic hairpin bends and breathtaking mountain scenery. Here, you may also have the opportunity to take photos with local Hmong children dressed in their colorful traditional costumes.

16:00: Visit Sung La Valley and Pao's House, a beautifully preserved traditional Hmong earthen house that served as the filming location for the award-winning Vietnamese movie The Story of Pao. Depending on the season, you may also admire the beautiful buckwheat flower fields near the famous Nine-Turn Pass.

16:30: Continue to Pho Cao Village, a peaceful Hmong village well known for its traditional earthen houses surrounded by distinctive stone fences.

17:00: Visit the historic Vuong Palace (Hmong King's Palace), the former residence of Vuong Chinh Duc, the most influential Hmong leader in the Dong Van region during the early 20th century.

06:30: Enjoy breakfast at the hotel and check out.

07:30: Begin your journey along the spectacular Ma Pi Leng Pass, widely regarded as the most breathtaking section of the legendary Happiness Road. Stop to admire the dramatic Ma Pi Leng Canyon, one of the deepest canyons in Vietnam, with cliffs rising nearly 800 meters above the valley.

Continue to Ma Pi Leng Panorama, a famous viewpoint featuring a café and scenic overlook with magnificent views of Tu San Canyon and the emerald-green Nho Que River winding gracefully through the mountains.

08:30: Travel to the Nho Que River, which originates from the Nghiem Son Mountains in China and flows through the magnificent Tu San Canyon, the deepest canyon in Southeast Asia.

09:00: Board a boat for a scenic cruise along the Nho Que River. Surrounded by towering limestone cliffs and crystal-clear jade-colored water, this unforgettable journey offers some of the most spectacular natural scenery in Northern Vietnam.

10:00: Visit Lo Lo Chai Cultural Village, one of the most beautiful ancient villages in Ha Giang and home to the Lo Lo ethnic people, one of Vietnam's smallest ethnic minority groups. Explore centuries-old earthen houses with traditional yin-yang tiled roofs, stone fences, and charming village lanes. Depending on the season, the village is beautifully decorated with peach blossoms, plum blossoms, pear blossoms, mustard flowers, buckwheat flowers, wild chrysanthemums, and many other seasonal blooms.

Round-trip airfare between Ho Chi Minh City and Hanoi with VietJet Air (7 kg carry-on baggage + 20 kg checked baggage).

CHILD POLICY

Children under 2 years old: An airfare surcharge of VND 500,000 applies. All other tour services are provided free of charge when sharing services with their parents. Parents are responsible for any additional expenses. Every two adults may accompany one child at this rate; a second child will be charged 30% of the adult tour price.

Children from 2 to under 5 years old: Airfare is charged according to the airline's policy. All other tour services are provided free of charge when sharing services with their parents. Parents are responsible for any additional expenses. Every two adults may accompany one child at this rate; a second child will be charged 85% of the adult tour price.

Children from 5 to under 11 years old: Charged 85% of the adult tour price, including airfare, meals, entrance fees, and a separate seat on the vehicle. Accommodation is based on sharing a bed with accompanying adults. Every two adults may accompany one child at this rate; a second child will be charged the full adult rate.

Children aged 11 and above: Charged at the adult rate.

IMPORTANT NOTES

Due to the mountainous terrain and frequent travel between destinations, guests are advised to wear comfortable clothing and suitable footwear.

This tour is not available for guests aged 70 and above.

Pregnant guests are requested to inform our sales team at the time of booking. For safety reasons, guests who are 5 months pregnant or more cannot join the tour.

Vietnamese citizens: Guests aged 14 and above must carry a valid original ID card or passport. Children under 14 must present an original or notarized copy of their birth certificate.

Foreign nationals and overseas Vietnamese: A valid original passport and all required visa or immigration documents must be presented for airline check-in.

Guests are responsible for any fees resulting from incorrect personal information, late arrival, ticket changes, or ticket reissuance in accordance with the airline's policy.

After receiving your boarding pass, please keep it safe and arrive at the boarding gate on time. Vietnam Tourist is not responsible for lost boarding passes or missed flights.

Baggage allowance: Carry-on baggage up to 7 kg (maximum size: 56 × 36 × 23 cm). Additional checked baggage may be purchased directly from the airline if required.

Guests are responsible for arranging their own transportation to Tan Son Nhat International Airport and should arrive 2 hours before departure (2.5 hours during public holidays and peak travel periods).

Hotel check-in is from 2:00 PM, and check-out is before 12:00 PM.

Hotel room locations, floor levels, and bed configurations are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed.

Solo travelers are required to pay a single supplement. If a same-gender roommate is available, the single supplement will be refunded.

Groups of three adults will be accommodated in one triple room with one double bed and one extra bed or mattress.

Flight schedules are subject to change without prior notice due to airline operations.

The order of sightseeing may be adjusted depending on actual conditions while ensuring all scheduled attractions are included.

Vietnam Tourist is not responsible for itinerary changes caused by force majeure, including natural disasters, security incidents, or airline operational issues such as delays, cancellations, or schedule changes.

In such cases, Vietnam Tourist will make every reasonable effort to refund the cost of any unused services, after deducting expenses already incurred. No additional compensation will be provided.

Bước 2: Qúy khách đặt tour trực tiếp với nhân viên tại văn phòng Vietnam Tourist, quý khách lựa chọn ngày đi và cung cấp các thông tin cá nhân như sau:

- Họ và tên

- Số điện thoại đăng kí tour

- Danh sách các thành viên tham gia tour ( Gồm họ & tên; ngày tháng năm sinh, số căn cước công dân )

Bước 3: Quý khách đặt cọc trước 70% tổng số tiền tour theo quy định, với 30% còn lại quý khách sẽ thành toán cho hướng dẫn viên khi lên tour.

Bước 4: Hoàn tất quy trình đặt tour, quý khách nhận phiếu xác nhận đăng kí tour. Trước ngày khởi hành tour. hướng dẫn viên Vietnam Tourist sẽ liên hệ với quý khách để cung cấp số điện thoại hướng dẫn viên, xác nhận thời gian và địa điểm đón khách.

2. Đặt dịch vụ trực tuyến (online):

Bước 1: Qúy khách đặt tour trực tiếp trên trang website: ww.vietnamtouristvn.com (trong phần ô có chữ "đặt tour" của từng tour cụ thê) hoặc liên hệ qua các cổng thông tin như hotline, Fanpage Vietnam Tourist, Zalo page Vietnam Tourist nằm ở trang web này để được nhân viên Vietnam Tourist tư vấn chu đáo tận tình.

Bước 2: Qúy khách sẽ gửi thông tin đăng kí tour cho nhân viên đang tư vấn. Quý khách lựa chọn ngày đi và cung cấp các thông tin cá nhân như sau:

- Họ và tên

- Số điện thoại đăng kí tour

- Danh sách các thành viên tham gia tour ( Gồm họ & tên; ngày tháng năm sinh, số căn cước công dân )

Bước 3: Quý khách chuyển cọc trước 70% tổng số tiền tour theo quy định, với 30% còn lại quý khách sẽ thành toán cho hướng dẫn viên khi lên tour.

Lưu ý: Khi chuyển khoản quý khách vui lòng ghi rõ nội dung chuyển khoản như sau: Tên người đăng kí + Số điện thoại...Sau khi chuyển khoản thành công, quý khách vui lòng thông báo cho nhân viên đang phụ trách để kiểm tra.

Trước ngày khởi hành tour. hướng dẫn viên Vietnam Tourist sẽ liên hệ với quý khách để cung cấp số điện thoại hướng dẫn viên, xác nhận thời gian và địa điểm đón khách. Quý khách nhận xác nhận qua Mail hoặc điện thoại.

Bước 3: Sau khi nhận được tiền cọc, bộ phận kế toán sẽ liên hệ quý khách để gửi phiếu xác nhận qua mail hoặc zalo, facebook.

II. ĐỐI VỚI KHÁCH ĐOÀN ( CÔNG TY/ ĐƠN VỊ/ TỔ CHỨC/...)

Bước 1: Qúy khách đặt tour với nhân viên tư vấn của Vietnam Tourist (Có thể đặt trực tiếp hoặc online)

Bước 2: Sau khi chọn được tour theo ý muốn, quý khách vui lòng cung cấp các thông tin sau cho nhân viên Vietnam Tourist:

- Thông tin công ty gồm: Địa chỉ công ty, mã số thuế, người đại diện và chức vụ

- Họ tên & số điện thoại trưởng đoàn ( người phụ trách chính của tour)

- Danh sách các thành viên tham gia tour ( Gồm họ & tên; ngày tháng năm sinh, số căn cước công dân )

Bước 3: Nhân viên Vietnam Tourist sẽ lên hợp đồng và gửi cho quý khách kiểm tra. Sau khi hai bên cùng đồng thuận thống nhất với hợp đồng, chúng tôi sẽ in ra và ký tên đóng dấu hai bản hợp đồng gửi cho quý khách. Khi nhận được hợp đồng, quý khách sẽ ký tên đóng dấu và gửi lại chúng tôi 01 bản hợp đồng.

Bước 4: Sau khi nhận được hợp đồng, quý khách vui lòng thanh toán theo quy trình ghi trên hợp đồng:

- Quý khách chuyển cọc trước 70% tổng số tiền tour theo quy định của hợp đồng.

- Qúy khách sẽ thanh toán 30% còn lại trong vòng 3 ngày sau khi hai bên kí kết biên bản nghiệm thu và thanh lý hợp đồng ( nếu có phát sinh sau tour) và quý khách nhận được hóa đơn VAT từ Vietnam Tourist.

Bước 4: Vietnam Tourist nhận được phần thanh toán còn lại từ quý khách, hợp đồng tour kết thúc!
