NIGHT1

HANOI – NOI BAI INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT – SAPA

22:30: You will be picked up at the designated meeting point and depart for the Hanoi – Sapa 2 Days 2 Nights Tour. Relax and enjoy an overnight journey aboard a high-quality cabin sleeper bus. During the trip, the bus will make two rest stops for you to stretch, use the restroom, and refresh.

DAY

SAPA TOWN – CAT CAT VILLAGE, THE MOST BEAUTIFUL ANCIENT VILLAGE IN NORTHWEST VIETNAM – EXPLORE SAPA NIGHT MARKET (Meals: Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner)

MORNING

05:30: Arrive in Sapa Town, where your guide and driver will transfer you to the hotel to freshen up before enjoying a buffet breakfast.

After breakfast, you may leave your luggage at the hotel.

08:00: Visit the historic Sapa Stone Church, built in 1895. This well-preserved French colonial landmark is one of the most iconic architectural symbols of Sapa and a must-see attraction in the town center.

08:30: Continue to Sun Plaza Sapa, often referred to as the "Paris Corner" of Sapa. Admire its elegant European-inspired architecture and take memorable photos with its famous clock tower, set against the breathtaking backdrop of the Hoang Lien Son Mountains.

09:00: Depart for Cat Cat Village, located at the foot of the Hoang Lien Son Mountain Range, approximately 3 km from Sapa Town. Home to the H'Mong ethnic community, Cat Cat Village is renowned as one of the most beautiful ancient villages in Northwest Vietnam. Explore its traditional wooden houses, terraced fields, waterfalls, and rich cultural heritage while enjoying the peaceful mountain scenery.

LUNCH

11:30: Enjoy lunch at a local restaurant.

After lunch, return to the hotel to check in and relax.

AFTERNOON

14:30: Begin your journey to conquer Fansipan Peak, the "Roof of Indochina." To reach the Hoang Lien Cable Car Station, you may choose one of the following options:

Option 1: Travel directly to the cable car station by the tour vehicle.

Option 2: Ride the Muong Hoa Mountain Train (train ticket at your own expense) and admire the spectacular scenery of Muong Hoa Valley on the way to the cable car station.

15:00: Arrive at Hoang Lien Cable Car Station and board the cable car (cable car ticket at your own expense). Your tour guide can assist with purchasing tickets in advance if needed.

Experience one of the world's most modern three-rope cable car systems as it takes you to Fansipan Peak, standing at 3,143 meters above sea level. Enjoy breathtaking panoramic views of the Hoang Lien Son Mountain Range and the magnificent landscapes of Northwest Vietnam.

17:00: Meet your guide at Hoang Lien Cable Car Station and return to the tour vehicle.

17:30: Transfer to a local restaurant for dinner.

EVENING

After dinner, enjoy free time to explore Sapa Night Market, stroll around the charming town, and sample a variety of Northwest Vietnamese specialties at your own leisure.

DAY2

SAPA - HA NOI (Meals: Breakfast, Lunch)

MORNING

07:00: Enjoy breakfast at the hotel. Afterwards, spend your free time relaxing or strolling around Sapa. You may also enjoy a cup of coffee at one of the town's charming cafés, offering stunning mountain or lake views while soaking in the peaceful atmosphere of this misty mountain town.

11:00: Check out of the hotel.

LUNCH

11:30: Enjoy lunch at a local restaurant.

AFTERNOON

13:00 – 14:00: Depart for Hanoi by cabin sleeper bus. Along the way, the bus will make two rest stops for you to take a break, use the restroom, or purchase refreshments.

19:30: Arrive at Noi Bai International Airport or the designated drop-off point in Hanoi Old Quarter.

TOUR INCLUSIONS

CHILDREN POLICY

- Children under 05 years old: Free of charge. Each two adults may accompany one child under 05 years old free of charge. From the second child onward, a charge of 50% of the adult tour price will apply.

- Children from 5 to under 10 years old: 70% of the tour price. Includes meals, a seat on the bus, and shared accommodation (sharing a bed with accompanying adults). Each two adults may accompany only one child at this rate. From the second child onward, an extra bed or an adult ticket must be purchased.

- Children aged 10 and above: Charged at the adult rate.

BOOKING & PAYMENT

- Upon booking, guests are required to pay a 70% deposit of the total tour price and provide a copy of their Passport, ID Card, or Birth Certificate (for children).

- The remaining balance shall be paid directly to the tour guide upon tour commencement.

CANCELLATION POLICY

- After payment has been made, if guests wish to change or cancel their tour, they are required to present the Tour Registration Form at the booking office to complete the necessary procedures. Cancellation or amendment fees will be applied in accordance with the regulations of Vietnam Tourist.

- For requests submitted via telephone or email, guests must present the Tour Registration Form at the booking office within 24 hours from the time Vietnam Tourist receives the cancellation or amendment notice. This policy applies only to requests made at least 12 days prior to the departure date.

- Cancellation periods are calculated based on working days only and do not include Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays.

- Cancellation or transfer to another tour made 30 days or more prior to departure: No charge.

- Cancellation or transfer to another tour made 21–29 days prior to departure: A fee equal to 50% of the tour deposit will be charged.

- Cancellation or transfer to another tour made 13–20 days prior to departure: A fee equal to 100% of the tour deposit (or 50% of the total tour price) will be charged.

IMPORTANT NOTES

- Guests aged from 70 to under 75 years old are required to sign a Health Declaration and Liability Waiver with Vietnam Tourist. Guests aged 75 years and above must provide a medical certificate issued by a licensed doctor confirming their fitness to travel, together with a Health Declaration and Liability Waiver. In addition, they must be accompanied by a healthy relative under 60 years old. Vietnam Tourist does not accept guests aged 80 years and above.

- Pregnant guests are kindly requested to inform our sales staff at the time of booking for further consultation. For safety reasons, Vietnam Tourist does not accept bookings from guests who are 5 months pregnant or more.

- Foreign nationals and overseas Vietnamese guests must carry their original valid Passport and, where applicable, a valid Visa, Residence Card, or re-entry permit required for travel procedures.

- Guests are advised to carefully review all booking conditions before registering for the tour. If the booking is made by another person on behalf of the guest, it is the guest's responsibility to obtain all relevant tour information from the person making the reservation.

- By registering for the tour, guests acknowledge that they have read and understood the itinerary, tour price, inclusions, exclusions, and cancellation policies stated in the booking confirmation and payment receipt.

- The order of sightseeing activities may be adjusted according to actual conditions; however, all scheduled attractions will remain included.

- Vietnam Tourist shall not be held responsible for any changes, delays, or inability to provide sightseeing services due to force majeure events, including but not limited to:

- Natural disasters such as storms, floods, droughts, earthquakes, etc.

- Security-related incidents such as terrorism, demonstrations, or civil unrest.

- Airline disruptions including technical issues, security concerns, flight delays, cancellations, or schedule changes.

- In such cases, Vietnam Tourist will, where possible, consider refunds for unused services after deducting expenses already incurred. The Company shall not be liable for any additional compensation or consequential costs.

I. ĐỐI VỚI KHÁCH LẺ GHÉP ĐOÀN:

1. Đặt dịch vụ trực tiếp tại văn phòng Vietnam Tourist

Bước 1: Qúy khách đến trực tiếp văn phòng của Vietnam Tourist để được tư vấn & đăng kí tour.

Bước 2: Qúy khách đặt tour trực tiếp với nhân viên tại văn phòng Vietnam Tourist, quý khách lựa chọn ngày đi và cung cấp các thông tin cá nhân như sau:

- Họ và tên

- Số điện thoại đăng kí tour

- Danh sách các thành viên tham gia tour ( Gồm họ & tên; ngày tháng năm sinh, số căn cước công dân )

Bước 3: Quý khách đặt cọc trước 70% tổng số tiền tour theo quy định, với 30% còn lại quý khách sẽ thành toán cho hướng dẫn viên khi lên tour.

Bước 4: Hoàn tất quy trình đặt tour, quý khách nhận phiếu xác nhận đăng kí tour. Trước ngày khởi hành tour. hướng dẫn viên Vietnam Tourist sẽ liên hệ với quý khách để cung cấp số điện thoại hướng dẫn viên, xác nhận thời gian và địa điểm đón khách.

2. Đặt dịch vụ trực tuyến (online):

Bước 1: Qúy khách đặt tour trực tiếp trên trang website: ww.vietnamtouristvn.com (trong phần ô có chữ "đặt tour" của từng tour cụ thê) hoặc liên hệ qua các cổng thông tin như hotline, Fanpage Vietnam Tourist, Zalo page Vietnam Tourist nằm ở trang web này để được nhân viên Vietnam Tourist tư vấn chu đáo tận tình.

Bước 2: Qúy khách sẽ gửi thông tin đăng kí tour cho nhân viên đang tư vấn. Quý khách lựa chọn ngày đi và cung cấp các thông tin cá nhân như sau:

- Họ và tên

- Số điện thoại đăng kí tour

- Danh sách các thành viên tham gia tour ( Gồm họ & tên; ngày tháng năm sinh, số căn cước công dân )

Bước 3: Quý khách chuyển cọc trước 70% tổng số tiền tour theo quy định, với 30% còn lại quý khách sẽ thành toán cho hướng dẫn viên khi lên tour.

Lưu ý: Khi chuyển khoản quý khách vui lòng ghi rõ nội dung chuyển khoản như sau: Tên người đăng kí + Số điện thoại...Sau khi chuyển khoản thành công, quý khách vui lòng thông báo cho nhân viên đang phụ trách để kiểm tra.

Bước 4: Sau khi nhận được tiền, nhân viên Vietnam Tourist sẽ gửi phiếu xác nhận đặt tour qua zalo hoặc mail cho quý khách. Hoàn tất quy trình đặt tour. Trước ngày khởi hành tour. hướng dẫn viên Vietnam Tourist sẽ liên hệ với quý khách để cung cấp số điện thoại hướng dẫn viên, xác nhận thời gian và địa điểm đón khách. Quý khách nhận xác nhận qua Mail hoặc điện thoại.

Bước 3: Sau khi nhận được tiền cọc, bộ phận kế toán sẽ liên hệ quý khách để gửi phiếu xác nhận qua mail hoặc zalo, facebook.

II. ĐỐI VỚI KHÁCH ĐOÀN ( CÔNG TY/ ĐƠN VỊ/ TỔ CHỨC/...)

Bước 1: Qúy khách đặt tour với nhân viên tư vấn của Vietnam Tourist (Có thể đặt trực tiếp hoặc online)

Bước 2: Sau khi chọn được tour theo ý muốn, quý khách vui lòng cung cấp các thông tin sau cho nhân viên Vietnam Tourist:

- Thông tin công ty gồm: Địa chỉ công ty, mã số thuế, người đại diện và chức vụ

- Họ tên & số điện thoại trưởng đoàn ( người phụ trách chính của tour)

- Danh sách các thành viên tham gia tour ( Gồm họ & tên; ngày tháng năm sinh, số căn cước công dân )

Bước 3: Nhân viên Vietnam Tourist sẽ lên hợp đồng và gửi cho quý khách kiểm tra. Sau khi hai bên cùng đồng thuận thống nhất với hợp đồng, chúng tôi sẽ in ra và ký tên đóng dấu hai bản hợp đồng gửi cho quý khách. Khi nhận được hợp đồng, quý khách sẽ ký tên đóng dấu và gửi lại chúng tôi 01 bản hợp đồng.

Bước 4: Sau khi nhận được hợp đồng, quý khách vui lòng thanh toán theo quy trình ghi trên hợp đồng:

- Quý khách chuyển cọc trước 70% tổng số tiền tour theo quy định của hợp đồng.

- Qúy khách sẽ thanh toán 30% còn lại trong vòng 3 ngày sau khi hai bên kí kết biên bản nghiệm thu và thanh lý hợp đồng ( nếu có phát sinh sau tour) và quý khách nhận được hóa đơn VAT từ Vietnam Tourist.

Bước 4: Vietnam Tourist nhận được phần thanh toán còn lại từ quý khách, hợp đồng tour kết thúc!
