MORNING
06:00: Meet your Vietnam Tourist tour guide at Noi Bai International Airport and complete the check-in procedures for your flight to Da Nang (VietJet Air, departing at 07:20). Baggage allowance includes 7kg of carry-on luggage and 20kg of checked baggage.
08:00: Upon arrival at Da Nang International Airport, meet your local guide and begin your journey to Bay Mau Coconut Forest in Cam Thanh, Hoi An.
On the way, stop at Non Nuoc Stone Carving Village, one of Vietnam's oldest traditional craft villages located at the foot of the Marble Mountains. 11:00: Board a traditional basket boat and cruise through the tranquil coconut palm waterways. CHILD POLICY
Infants (Under 2 years old): Only the applicable airline surcharge will be charged. Tour services are provided free of charge. Infants will share all services with their accompanying parents or guardians. Any additional expenses incurred during the tour will be the responsibility of the parents.
Children (2 to under 5 years old): Free of tour charges; however, a 100% airfare is required in accordance with the airline's policy (equivalent to the adult airfare). Children will share meals, accommodation, transportation, and other services with their accompanying adults. Any additional expenses (if applicable) are to be paid directly by the accompanying family. Each two adults may accompany one child under 5 years old free of charge. From the second child onward, 50% of the tour price will be charged.
Children (5 to under 11 years old): Charged 85% of the tour price plus applicable taxes. The rate includes meals, transportation, sightseeing, and shared accommodation with accompanying adults (no extra bed). Each two adults may accompany one child at this rate. From the second child onward, an additional single bed or an adult tour package must be purchased.
Adults (11 years old and above): Charged at the full adult tour price.
BOOKING & PAYMENT POLICY
At the time of booking: A deposit of 85% of the total tour price is required to confirm your reservation. Please provide a copy of your passport, national ID card, or birth certificate (for children) for booking purposes.
Final Payment: The remaining balance is to be paid directly to the tour guide at the beginning of the tour.
CANCELLATION POLICY
This tour is non-refundable and non-cancellable once the booking has been confirmed.
IMPORTANT NOTES
Guests aged 70 to under 75 are required to sign a Health Declaration Form before departure.
Guests aged 75 to under 80 must provide a medical certificate confirming they are fit to travel, sign a Health Declaration Form, and be accompanied by a healthy adult under 60 years of age.
For safety reasons, guests aged 80 years and above are not accepted.
Pregnant travelers are requested to inform Vietnam Tourist at the time of booking for further advice. For safety reasons, guests who are five months pregnant or more are not eligible to join the tour.
Vietnamese citizens must present a valid original National ID Card or Passport. Children under 14 years old must present an original or notarized copy of their Birth Certificate.
Foreign nationals and overseas Vietnamese must carry a valid original Passport together with any required visa, residence permit, or re-entry documents when checking in for domestic flights.
Guests are responsible for providing accurate personal information at the time of booking. Any costs resulting from incorrect information, late arrival, ticket changes, or ticket reissuance will be charged according to the airline's regulations.
After completing airline check-in, guests are responsible for keeping their boarding pass and arriving at the boarding gate on time. Vietnam Tourist is not responsible for lost boarding passes or missed flights.
Airline Baggage Allowance
Carry-on baggage: Up to 7 kg (maximum dimensions: 56 × 36 × 23 cm).
Checked baggage: 15 kg per passenger.
Airport Check-in
Guests are responsible for arranging their own transportation to Tan Son Nhat International Airport (Domestic Terminal).
- Please arrive at least 2 hours before departure on regular days.
- Please arrive at least 2.5 hours before departure during public holidays and peak travel periods.

Room location, floor level, and bed configuration (double or twin beds) are subject to hotel availability and cannot be guaranteed.
Single travelers are required to pay a single supplement. If another same-gender guest requests room sharing, the single supplement will be refunded.
Groups of three adults will generally be accommodated in one triple room with one double bed and one extra bed or mattress.
Guests are kindly requested to carefully review the itinerary, tour price, inclusions, exclusions, booking conditions, and cancellation policy before confirming their reservation. If the booking is made by a third party, guests should ensure they have received all relevant tour information.
Flight schedules are subject to change by the airline without prior notice.
The order of sightseeing may be adjusted due to operational requirements while ensuring all scheduled attractions are included whenever possible.
Vietnam Tourist shall not be held responsible for itinerary changes or service interruptions caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to:
Natural disasters (storms, floods, droughts, earthquakes, etc.)
Political unrest, terrorism, demonstrations, or security issues
Airline operational issues, including technical problems, delays, cancellations, or schedule changes
In such cases, Vietnam Tourist will make every reasonable effort to arrange suitable alternatives or refund any unused services where applicable after deducting any non-refundable expenses already incurred. No additional compensation or liability shall apply.

Bước 2: Qúy khách sẽ gửi thông tin đăng kí tour cho nhân viên đang tư vấn. Quý khách lựa chọn ngày đi và cung cấp các thông tin cá nhân như sau:
- Họ và tên
- Số điện thoại đăng kí tour
- Danh sách các thành viên tham gia tour ( Gồm họ & tên; ngày tháng năm sinh, số căn cước công dân )
Bước 3: Quý khách chuyển cọc trước 70% tổng số tiền tour theo quy định, với 30% còn lại quý khách sẽ thành toán cho hướng dẫn viên khi lên tour.

Bước 2: Sau khi chọn được tour theo ý muốn, quý khách vui lòng cung cấp các thông tin sau cho nhân viên Vietnam Tourist:
- Thông tin công ty gồm: Địa chỉ công ty, mã số thuế, người đại diện và chức vụ
- Họ tên & số điện thoại trưởng đoàn ( người phụ trách chính của tour)
- Danh sách các thành viên tham gia tour ( Gồm họ & tên; ngày tháng năm sinh, số căn cước công dân )
Bước 3: Nhân viên Vietnam Tourist sẽ lên hợp đồng và gửi cho quý khách kiểm tra. Sau khi hai bên cùng đồng thuận thống nhất với hợp đồng, chúng tôi sẽ in ra và ký tên đóng dấu hai bản hợp đồng gửi cho quý khách. Khi nhận được hợp đồng, quý khách sẽ ký tên đóng dấu và gửi lại chúng tôi 01 bản hợp đồng.
Bước 4: Sau khi nhận được hợp đồng, quý khách vui lòng thanh toán theo quy trình ghi trên hợp đồng:
- Quý khách chuyển cọc trước 70% tổng số tiền tour theo quy định của hợp đồng.
- Qúy khách sẽ thanh toán 30% còn lại trong vòng 3 ngày sau khi hai bên kí kết biên bản nghiệm thu và thanh lý hợp đồng ( nếu có phát sinh sau tour) và quý khách nhận được hóa đơn VAT từ Vietnam Tourist.

Bước 4: Vietnam Tourist nhận được phần thanh toán còn lại từ quý khách, hợp đồng tour kết thúc!
