DAY

NOI BAI AIRPORT – DA LAT – PUPPY FARM – EXPERIENCE THE LONGEST DRY TUBING SLIDE IN DA LAT (Meals: Breakfast , Lunch & Dinner)

MORNING

09:00: Your Vietnam Tourist tour guide will meet you at Noi Bai Airport for your 3-Day 2-Night Da Lat tour and assist you with check-in procedures for the 10:25 flight to Cam Ranh Airport.

NOON

12:15: Upon arrival at Lien Khuong Airport, you will be welcomed by Vietnam Tourist's driver and tour guide, then transferred to a local restaurant for lunch.

After lunch, transfer to your hotel for check-in and relaxation.

AFTERNOON

15:00: Transfer to Puppy Farm, home to more than 50 adorable dogs representing over 36 different breeds. All the dogs are well cared for and kept in a clean environment. Popular breeds include Corgis, Alaskan Malamutes, and Huskies. The farm also offers a variety of exciting activities such as experiencing the longest dry tubing slide in Da Lat, feeding sheep, and taking check-in photos in the high-tech agricultural gardens.

17:00: Continue to Lam Vien Square, one of Da Lat's most iconic attractions. The square features a theatre, a spacious public square and park, as well as a commercial and service area. It is also one of the city's most popular check-in spots, offering countless picturesque photo opportunities.

18:00: Transfer to a local restaurant for dinner.

EVENING

Enjoy free time exploring the Da Lat Night Market and sampling local specialties such as Thanh Thao Avocado Ice Cream, Tung Café, Che He dessert shop, and Vietnamese grilled rice paper.

EARLY MORNING

04:00: Arrive at the Cloud Hunting Paradise in Cau Dat, one of Da Lat's most breathtaking sunrise destinations. Witness the first rays of sunlight emerging above the endless pine forests as a sea of floating clouds blankets the valleys below. Enjoy the magical scenery of mist-covered hills, peaceful countryside houses, and panoramic mountain views while breathing in the crisp highland air.

06:00: Continue to Cau Dat Tea Hills, often regarded as the "Soul of Da Lat." Situated at an elevation of 1,650 meters, the vast tea plantations create a spectacular landscape of rolling green hills stretching toward the horizon. The iconic wind turbines rising above the tea fields make this one of the city's most popular photography spots.

06:30: Return to the hotel for breakfast.

MORNING

09:00: Visit Fresh Garden, one of Da Lat's most popular flower parks and a favorite destination for photography enthusiasts. The beautifully landscaped gardens feature vibrant flowers, colorful displays, and impressive artistic installations.

09:30: Explore the attractions inside Fresh Garden, including:

13:00: Visit Truc Lam Zen Monastery, one of Da Lat's most peaceful spiritual landmarks. Transportation:

Round-trip flight ticket from Hanoi to Da Lat with Vietjet Air: 7 kg carry-on baggage + 20 kg checked baggage & Modern air-conditioned tourist vehicle.

Breakfast: 3 bowl-and-drink breakfasts. For hotels rated 3 stars or above, 2 breakfasts will be served as buffet breakfasts at the hotel.

CHILD POLICY

Children under 2 years old: Airline surcharge applies; tour services are free of charge. The child shares all services with accompanying adults. Any additional expenses incurred are the responsibility of the family.

Children from 2 to under 5 years old: Tour is free of charge, but 100% of the airfare must be paid according to the airline's policy (same fare as an adult ticket). Accompanying adults are responsible for the child's meals, accommodation, and sightseeing expenses (if any). Two adults may accompany only one child under 5 years old. A second child or more must pay 50% of the tour price.

Children from 5 to under 10 years old: 85% of the tour price plus tax (sharing a bed with adults). Includes meals, seat on the vehicle, and shared accommodation with the family. Two adults may accompany only one child. A second child or more must purchase either a single-bed supplement or one adult ticket.

Children from 11 years old: Charged at the adult rate.

BOOKING & PAYMENT POLICY

At the time of booking, guests are required to pay 85% of the total tour price and provide a copy of their Passport, National ID Card/Citizen ID Card, or Birth Certificate (for children).

The remaining balance shall be paid to the tour guide at the beginning of the tour.

CANCELLATION POLICY

This tour is non-refundable and non-changeable.

IMPORTANT NOTES

Guests aged 70 to under 75 are required to sign a health declaration with Vietnam Tourist. Guests aged 75 years and above must provide a medical certificate confirming they are fit to travel, issued by a qualified medical authority, and sign a health declaration with Vietnam Tourist. They must also be accompanied by a healthy family member under the age of 60. Guests aged 80 and above are not accepted.

Pregnant guests are kindly requested to inform our sales staff at the time of booking for further consultation. For safety reasons, guests who are 5 months pregnant or more are not accepted.

For Vietnamese nationals: Adults and children aged 14 years and above must carry a valid original National ID Card/Citizen ID Card or Passport. Children under 14 years old must carry the original or a certified copy of their Birth Certificate.

For foreign nationals and overseas Vietnamese: Guests must carry a valid original Passport, a valid visa (if required), and all necessary travel documents for domestic air travel in Vietnam.

In the event that incorrect passenger information is provided or guests arrive late for check-in, any ticket amendment fees or the cost of purchasing a new ticket (subject to airline availability) shall be borne by the guest in accordance with the airline's regulations.

After completing airline check-in procedures and receiving the boarding pass, guests are responsible for keeping it safe and boarding the aircraft on time. Vietnam Tourist shall not be responsible for any loss of boarding passes or failure to board the flight on time.

Baggage Allowance:

Carry-on baggage: Maximum 7 kg per guest (maximum dimensions: 56 cm × 36 cm × 23 cm).

Checked baggage: 15 kg per guest.

Meeting Point: Guests are requested to arrange their own transportation to Tan Son Nhat International Airport – Domestic Terminal, arriving 2 hours before departure on regular days and 2.5 hours before departure during public holidays and Tet.

Guests are advised to carefully review the tour itinerary, tour price, inclusions, exclusions, and cancellation policy before booking. If the booking is made through another person, guests are responsible for obtaining all relevant tour information from the person making the booking.

Hotel check-in time is after 2:00 PM, and check-out time is before 12:00 PM.

Depending on the hotel's availability, room locations, floor levels, and bed configurations (double bed or twin beds) may not always be assigned according to guests' requests.

Guests travelling alone are required to pay the single room supplement. If Vietnam Tourist is able to arrange a same-gender roommate, the single supplement will be refunded.

For groups of three adults, Vietnam Tourist will arrange one triple room, including one double bed (1.6 m) and one extra bed or mattress.

Flight schedules are subject to the operating airlines and may change without prior notice.

The order of sightseeing attractions may be adjusted depending on actual conditions while ensuring that all attractions listed in the itinerary are included.

Vietnam Tourist shall not be held responsible for changes to the itinerary due to:

Natural disasters such as storms, floods, droughts, or earthquakes.

Security incidents such as demonstrations or civil unrest.

Airline operational issues, including technical problems, schedule changes, flight delays, or cancellations.

In the event of the above force majeure circumstances, Vietnam Tourist will make every effort to adjust the itinerary or refund the cost of any unused services where possible, after deducting any expenses already incurred. Vietnam Tourist shall not be liable for any additional compensation beyond the services specified in the tour package.

Bước 1: Qúy khách đến trực tiếp văn phòng của Vietnam Tourist để được tư vấn & đăng kí tour.

Bước 2: Qúy khách đặt tour trực tiếp với nhân viên tại văn phòng Vietnam Tourist, quý khách lựa chọn ngày đi và cung cấp các thông tin cá nhân như sau:

- Họ và tên

- Số điện thoại đăng kí tour

- Danh sách các thành viên tham gia tour ( Gồm họ & tên; ngày tháng năm sinh, số căn cước công dân )

Bước 3: Quý khách đặt cọc trước 70% tổng số tiền tour theo quy định, với 30% còn lại quý khách sẽ thành toán cho hướng dẫn viên khi lên tour.

Bước 4: Hoàn tất quy trình đặt tour, quý khách nhận phiếu xác nhận đăng kí tour. Trước ngày khởi hành tour. hướng dẫn viên Vietnam Tourist sẽ liên hệ với quý khách để cung cấp số điện thoại hướng dẫn viên, xác nhận thời gian và địa điểm đón khách.

2. Đặt dịch vụ trực tuyến (online):

Bước 1: Qúy khách đặt tour trực tiếp trên trang website: ww.vietnamtouristvn.com (trong phần ô có chữ "đặt tour" của từng tour cụ thê) hoặc liên hệ qua các cổng thông tin như hotline, Fanpage Vietnam Tourist, Zalo page Vietnam Tourist nằm ở trang web này để được nhân viên Vietnam Tourist tư vấn chu đáo tận tình.

Bước 2: Qúy khách sẽ gửi thông tin đăng kí tour cho nhân viên đang tư vấn. Quý khách lựa chọn ngày đi và cung cấp các thông tin cá nhân như sau:

- Họ và tên

- Số điện thoại đăng kí tour

- Danh sách các thành viên tham gia tour ( Gồm họ & tên; ngày tháng năm sinh, số căn cước công dân )

Bước 3: Quý khách chuyển cọc trước 70% tổng số tiền tour theo quy định, với 30% còn lại quý khách sẽ thành toán cho hướng dẫn viên khi lên tour.

Lưu ý: Khi chuyển khoản quý khách vui lòng ghi rõ nội dung chuyển khoản như sau: Tên người đăng kí + Số điện thoại...Sau khi chuyển khoản thành công, quý khách vui lòng thông báo cho nhân viên đang phụ trách để kiểm tra.

Bước 4: Sau khi nhận được tiền, nhân viên Vietnam Tourist sẽ gửi phiếu xác nhận đặt tour qua zalo hoặc mail cho quý khách. Hoàn tất quy trình đặt tour. Trước ngày khởi hành tour. hướng dẫn viên Vietnam Tourist sẽ liên hệ với quý khách để cung cấp số điện thoại hướng dẫn viên, xác nhận thời gian và địa điểm đón khách. Quý khách nhận xác nhận qua Mail hoặc điện thoại.

Bước 3: Sau khi nhận được tiền cọc, bộ phận kế toán sẽ liên hệ quý khách để gửi phiếu xác nhận qua mail hoặc zalo, facebook.

II. ĐỐI VỚI KHÁCH ĐOÀN ( CÔNG TY/ ĐƠN VỊ/ TỔ CHỨC/...)

Bước 1: Qúy khách đặt tour với nhân viên tư vấn của Vietnam Tourist (Có thể đặt trực tiếp hoặc online)

Bước 2: Sau khi chọn được tour theo ý muốn, quý khách vui lòng cung cấp các thông tin sau cho nhân viên Vietnam Tourist:

- Thông tin công ty gồm: Địa chỉ công ty, mã số thuế, người đại diện và chức vụ

- Họ tên & số điện thoại trưởng đoàn ( người phụ trách chính của tour)

- Danh sách các thành viên tham gia tour ( Gồm họ & tên; ngày tháng năm sinh, số căn cước công dân )

Bước 3: Nhân viên Vietnam Tourist sẽ lên hợp đồng và gửi cho quý khách kiểm tra. Sau khi hai bên cùng đồng thuận thống nhất với hợp đồng, chúng tôi sẽ in ra và ký tên đóng dấu hai bản hợp đồng gửi cho quý khách. Khi nhận được hợp đồng, quý khách sẽ ký tên đóng dấu và gửi lại chúng tôi 01 bản hợp đồng.

Bước 4: Sau khi nhận được hợp đồng, quý khách vui lòng thanh toán theo quy trình ghi trên hợp đồng:

- Quý khách chuyển cọc trước 70% tổng số tiền tour theo quy định của hợp đồng.

- Qúy khách sẽ thanh toán 30% còn lại trong vòng 3 ngày sau khi hai bên kí kết biên bản nghiệm thu và thanh lý hợp đồng ( nếu có phát sinh sau tour) và quý khách nhận được hóa đơn VAT từ Vietnam Tourist.

Bước 4: Vietnam Tourist nhận được phần thanh toán còn lại từ quý khách, hợp đồng tour kết thúc!
