Detailed tour schedule CHAM ISLANDS SEA WALKING EXPERIENCE | 1 DAY

DAY

DA NANG – CHAM ISLAND – DA NANG (Meal: Lunch)

MORNING

07:30 – 08:00: Vietnam Tourist's tour guide and driver will pick you up from your hotel or designated meeting point in Da Nang City Center and transfer to Cua Dai Tourist Port. Along the way, enjoy the beautiful coastal scenery of Central Vietnam while your guide introduces the history and natural beauty of Cham Islands.

08:30: Board a modern high-speed canoe and cruise across the crystal-clear waters to Cham Islands (Cu Lao Cham), a UNESCO World Biosphere Reserve renowned for its pristine beaches, rich marine biodiversity, and spectacular coral reefs.

09:00: Upon arrival at Bai Lang, begin exploring the cultural and historical highlights of the island. Visit the Marine Protected Area, the historic Ancient Cham Well, Hai Tang Pagoda, the island's storm shelter harbor, and Tan Hiep Seafood Market, where you can experience the daily life of the local fishing community.

10:00: Continue by canoe to Hon Nhon Islet for the exciting Sea Walking Experience. After a comprehensive safety briefing, professional instructors will assist you in wearing specialized sea-walking equipment before you descend beneath the surface.

Walk comfortably along the seabed and discover the fascinating underwater world, surrounded by vibrant coral reefs, colorful tropical fish, and a diverse variety of marine life in their natural habitat. During the experience, professional underwater photographers will capture memorable moments for you to treasure.

SEA WALKING EXPERIENCE

Step 1: Arrive at the departure platform and board the support boat with assistance from the professional staff.

Step 2: Put on the provided sea-walking equipment, wear protective footwear, and attend a comprehensive safety briefing.

Step 3: Begin your underwater adventure, walking along the seabed while admiring colorful coral reefs, tropical fish, and the incredible marine ecosystem.

Step 4: Return to the support boat, enjoy a freshwater shower, change into dry clothes, and rejoin the group.

Duration: Approximately 20 minutes per session (including equipment fitting and safety briefing).

AFTERNOON

11:20: Transfer by canoe to Bai Chong Ecotourism Area.

Enjoy a delicious seafood lunch featuring fresh local specialties prepared with authentic island flavors. After lunch, relax on the white sandy beach, swim in the crystal-clear sea, unwind in a hammock beneath the coconut trees, or simply soak up the peaceful tropical atmosphere.

14:00: Board the high-speed canoe for the return journey to Cua Dai Tourist Port.

15:00: Arrive at the mainland, where your vehicle will be waiting to transfer you back to Da Nang.

16:00: Arrive at your hotel or designated drop-off point in Da Nang.

TOUR INCLUDES

Transportation:

Travel by modern air-conditioned tourist vehicle.

Entrance fee: Entrance fees to all attractions as specified in the itinerary.

• Snorkeling equipment: mask, snorkel, and fins.

• Sea Walking experience ticket, including a specialized helmet and protective footwear.

• No refunds will be provided for any unused services or attractions voluntarily skipped by guests.

Insurance: Travel insurance coverage up to 30,000,000 VND per person per case.

Tour guide: Enthusiastic, experienced, and attentive English-speaking tour guide service.

Gifts: Vietnam Tourist travel hat, 500ml bottled water per day, and cold towels.

VAT 8%: VAT invoice available upon request. Please provide details to our sales staff.

TOUR EXCLUDES

Personal expenses: Laundry, meals outside the program, and freshwater shower services at sightseeing spots.

Attractions: Entrance fees for any attractions not included in the itinerary.

CHILD POLICY

Children aged 5 years and above: Charged at the adult rate (100% of the tour price).

Children under 5 years old: Charged at 85% of the adult tour price.

IMPORTANT NOTES

- Surcharge will apply for tours during public holidays and Tet (Lunar New Year).

- The itinerary order may be changed, but the number of activities remains the same.

- Guests must be present at the pick-up point at least 15 minutes before departure. Late arrivals after the coach has departed or cancellations without prior notice will be charged as a “no-show on departure day.”

- Children must be accompanied by their parents or must have a written authorization letter from a guardian. A birth certificate or passport is required when participating in the tour.

- Guests are responsible for managing their own money and personal belongings during the trip.

- Upon booking, guests are required to provide full details including full name, year of birth, ID/Passport number, date of issue, and place of issue.

- The tour program serves as a binding agreement between the customer and the company. Any inquiries or complaints will be resolved based on the program terms and payment receipt.

- Pregnant guests of 6 months or more are not accepted on tours for safety reasons.

- Guests aged from 70 to under 75 years old are required to sign a health commitment with the company.

CANCELLATION POLICY

- Not applicable for cancellations on public holidays. Saturdays and Sundays are not counted.

In case of tour cancellation, the following cancellation fees will apply:

If the ticket is cancelled after purchase: 30% of the tour price.
If cancelled 07 days before departure: 50% of the tour price.
If cancelled 03 days before departure: 70% of the tour price.
If cancelled within 24 hours before departure: 100% of the tour price.

Bước 1: Qúy khách đến trực tiếp văn phòng của Vietnam Tourist để được tư vấn & đăng kí tour.

Bước 2: Qúy khách đặt tour trực tiếp với nhân viên tại văn phòng Vietnam Tourist, quý khách lựa chọn ngày đi và cung cấp các thông tin cá nhân như sau:

- Họ và tên

- Số điện thoại đăng kí tour

- Danh sách các thành viên tham gia tour ( Gồm họ & tên; ngày tháng năm sinh, số căn cước công dân )

Bước 3: Quý khách đặt cọc trước 70% tổng số tiền tour theo quy định, với 30% còn lại quý khách sẽ thành toán cho hướng dẫn viên khi lên tour.

Bước 4: Hoàn tất quy trình đặt tour, quý khách nhận phiếu xác nhận đăng kí tour. Trước ngày khởi hành tour. hướng dẫn viên Vietnam Tourist sẽ liên hệ với quý khách để cung cấp số điện thoại hướng dẫn viên, xác nhận thời gian và địa điểm đón khách.

2. Đặt dịch vụ trực tuyến (online):

Bước 1: Qúy khách đặt tour trực tiếp trên trang website: ww.vietnamtouristvn.com (trong phần ô có chữ "đặt tour" của từng tour cụ thê) hoặc liên hệ qua các cổng thông tin như hotline, Fanpage Vietnam Tourist, Zalo page Vietnam Tourist nằm ở trang web này để được nhân viên Vietnam Tourist tư vấn chu đáo tận tình.

Bước 2: Qúy khách sẽ gửi thông tin đăng kí tour cho nhân viên đang tư vấn. Quý khách lựa chọn ngày đi và cung cấp các thông tin cá nhân như sau:

- Họ và tên

- Số điện thoại đăng kí tour

- Danh sách các thành viên tham gia tour ( Gồm họ & tên; ngày tháng năm sinh, số căn cước công dân )

Bước 3: Quý khách chuyển cọc trước 70% tổng số tiền tour theo quy định, với 30% còn lại quý khách sẽ thành toán cho hướng dẫn viên khi lên tour.

Lưu ý: Khi chuyển khoản quý khách vui lòng ghi rõ nội dung chuyển khoản như sau: Tên người đăng kí + Số điện thoại...Sau khi chuyển khoản thành công, quý khách vui lòng thông báo cho nhân viên đang phụ trách để kiểm tra.

Bước 4: Sau khi nhận được tiền, nhân viên Vietnam Tourist sẽ gửi phiếu xác nhận đặt tour qua zalo hoặc mail cho quý khách. Hoàn tất quy trình đặt tour. Trước ngày khởi hành tour. hướng dẫn viên Vietnam Tourist sẽ liên hệ với quý khách để cung cấp số điện thoại hướng dẫn viên, xác nhận thời gian và địa điểm đón khách. Quý khách nhận xác nhận qua Mail hoặc điện thoại.

Bước 3: Sau khi nhận được tiền cọc, bộ phận kế toán sẽ liên hệ quý khách để gửi phiếu xác nhận qua mail hoặc zalo, facebook.

II. ĐỐI VỚI KHÁCH ĐOÀN ( CÔNG TY/ ĐƠN VỊ/ TỔ CHỨC/...)

Bước 1: Qúy khách đặt tour với nhân viên tư vấn của Vietnam Tourist (Có thể đặt trực tiếp hoặc online)

Bước 2: Sau khi chọn được tour theo ý muốn, quý khách vui lòng cung cấp các thông tin sau cho nhân viên Vietnam Tourist:

- Thông tin công ty gồm: Địa chỉ công ty, mã số thuế, người đại diện và chức vụ

- Họ tên & số điện thoại trưởng đoàn ( người phụ trách chính của tour)

- Danh sách các thành viên tham gia tour ( Gồm họ & tên; ngày tháng năm sinh, số căn cước công dân )

Bước 3: Nhân viên Vietnam Tourist sẽ lên hợp đồng và gửi cho quý khách kiểm tra. Sau khi hai bên cùng đồng thuận thống nhất với hợp đồng, chúng tôi sẽ in ra và ký tên đóng dấu hai bản hợp đồng gửi cho quý khách. Khi nhận được hợp đồng, quý khách sẽ ký tên đóng dấu và gửi lại chúng tôi 01 bản hợp đồng.

Bước 4: Sau khi nhận được hợp đồng, quý khách vui lòng thanh toán theo quy trình ghi trên hợp đồng:

- Quý khách chuyển cọc trước 70% tổng số tiền tour theo quy định của hợp đồng.

- Qúy khách sẽ thanh toán 30% còn lại trong vòng 3 ngày sau khi hai bên kí kết biên bản nghiệm thu và thanh lý hợp đồng ( nếu có phát sinh sau tour) và quý khách nhận được hóa đơn VAT từ Vietnam Tourist.

Bước 4: Vietnam Tourist nhận được phần thanh toán còn lại từ quý khách, hợp đồng tour kết thúc!
