DAY

DA NANG – CHAM ISLANDS – HOI AN ANCIENT TOWN – DA NANG (Meals: Lunch & Dinner)

MORNING

07:30 – 07:45: Your Vietnam Tourist guide and driver will pick you up from your hotel or a designated meeting point in Da Nang City Center and depart for Cham Islands. Enjoy a scenic drive along Da Nang’s stunning coastline, passing luxury beachfront resorts and taking in spectacular views of the East Sea.

08:15: Arrive at Cua Dai Port, where your guide will assist you with the check-in procedures before boarding a modern high-speed canoe.

08:30: Depart for Cham Islands by high-speed canoe. Relax and admire the crystal-clear waters, refreshing sea breeze, and breathtaking views of the picturesque islands scattered off the coast of Hoi An.

08:50: Arrive at Bai Lang Pier and begin exploring Cham Islands, a UNESCO World Biosphere Reserve renowned for its pristine natural beauty and rich cultural heritage. Visit some of the island's most notable attractions, including the Marine Protected Area, the centuries-old Cham Ancient Well, and Hai Tang Pagoda, a historic temple that has served the local fishing community for generations.

Afterward, enjoy free time to browse local specialties, interact with friendly island residents, and experience the peaceful lifestyle of this charming coastal community.

10:00: Continue to Bai Ong Ecotourism Area to change into your swimwear. From here, board a canoe to Bai Xep or Hon Dai, where you will enjoy an unforgettable snorkeling experience. Discover vibrant coral reefs, colorful tropical fish, and the diverse marine ecosystem beneath the crystal-clear waters.

11:30: Return to Bai Ong and enjoy a delicious local lunch at a beachfront restaurant. After lunch, relax on the white sandy beach, swim in the clear blue sea, or simply unwind while enjoying the tranquil island atmosphere.

AFTERNOON

14:00: Board the high-speed canoe and return to the mainland.

14:20: Arrive at Cua Dai Port and continue to Hoi An Ancient Town, a UNESCO World Heritage Site celebrated for its remarkably preserved architecture, rich cultural heritage, and charming riverside atmosphere.

15:00: Begin your walking tour through the enchanting streets of Hoi An Ancient Town. Stroll past beautifully preserved ancient houses, colorful lantern-lined lanes, and traditional shops while discovering the unique blend of Vietnamese, Chinese, Japanese, and European influences that have shaped the town over centuries.

Visit the iconic Japanese Covered Bridge, one of Hoi An's most famous landmarks. Dating back to the early 17th century, this architectural masterpiece symbolizes the long-standing cultural exchange between Japanese, Chinese, and Vietnamese communities.

Continue exploring some of Hoi An's historic highlights, which may include the Fujian Assembly Hall, Cantonese Assembly Hall, Tan Ky Ancient House, or Phung Hung Ancient House. Each site offers fascinating insights into the town's prosperous trading history and rich cultural traditions.

19:00: Enjoy dinner at a local restaurant featuring some of Hoi An's signature specialties. Afterward, you will have free time to wander through the lantern-lit streets, browse handicraft shops, enjoy the lively riverside atmosphere, or capture unforgettable photos of one of Vietnam's most romantic destinations by night.

20:30: Depart Hoi An and return to Da Nang.

21:30: Arrive back in Da Nang. Your guide and driver will transfer you to your hotel or original pick-up point, concluding an unforgettable day exploring the natural beauty of Cham Islands and the timeless charm of Hoi An Ancient Town.

TOUR INCLUDES

Transportation: Travel by modern air-conditioned tourist vehicle.

Entrance fees: Entrance fees to all attractions as specified in the itinerary. No refunds will be provided for any unused services or attractions voluntarily skipped by guests.

Insurance: Travel insurance coverage up to 30,000,000 VND per person per case.

Tour guide: Enthusiastic, experienced, and attentive English-speaking tour guide service.

Complimentary: Vietnam Tourist travel hat, 500ml bottled water per day, and cold towels.

VAT 8%: VAT invoice available upon request. Please provide details to our sales staff.

TOUR EXCLUDES

Personal expenses: Laundry, meals outside the program, and freshwater shower services at sightseeing spots.

Attractions: Entrance fees for any attractions not included in the itinerary.

CHILD POLICY

Children aged 5 years and above: Charged at the adult rate (100% of the tour price).

Children under 5 years old: Charged at 85% of the adult tour price.

IMPORTANT NOTES

Surcharge will apply for tours during public holidays and Tet (Lunar New Year).

The itinerary order may be changed, but the number of activities remains the same.

Guests must be present at the pick-up point at least 15 minutes before departure. Late arrivals after the coach has departed or cancellations without prior notice will be charged as a “no-show on departure day.”

Children must be accompanied by their parents or must have a written authorization letter from a guardian. A birth certificate or passport is required when participating in the tour.

Guests are responsible for managing their own money and personal belongings during the trip.

Upon booking, guests are required to provide full details including full name, year of birth, ID/Passport number, date of issue, and place of issue.

The tour program serves as a binding agreement between the customer and the company. Any inquiries or complaints will be resolved based on the program terms and payment receipt.

Pregnant guests of 6 months or more are not accepted on tours for safety reasons.

Guests aged from 70 to under 75 years old are required to sign a health commitment with the company.

CANCELLATION POLICY

- Not applicable for cancellations on public holidays. Saturdays and Sundays are not counted.

In case of tour cancellation, the following cancellation fees will apply:

If the ticket is cancelled after purchase: 30% of the tour price.
If cancelled 07 days before departure: 50% of the tour price.
If cancelled 03 days before departure: 70% of the tour price.
If cancelled within 24 hours before departure: 100% of the tour price.

Bước 1: Qúy khách đến trực tiếp văn phòng của Vietnam Tourist để được tư vấn & đăng kí tour.

Bước 2: Qúy khách đặt tour trực tiếp với nhân viên tại văn phòng Vietnam Tourist, quý khách lựa chọn ngày đi và cung cấp các thông tin cá nhân như sau:

- Họ và tên

- Số điện thoại đăng kí tour

- Danh sách các thành viên tham gia tour ( Gồm họ & tên; ngày tháng năm sinh, số căn cước công dân )

Bước 3: Quý khách đặt cọc trước 70% tổng số tiền tour theo quy định, với 30% còn lại quý khách sẽ thành toán cho hướng dẫn viên khi lên tour.

Bước 4: Hoàn tất quy trình đặt tour, quý khách nhận phiếu xác nhận đăng kí tour. Trước ngày khởi hành tour. hướng dẫn viên Vietnam Tourist sẽ liên hệ với quý khách để cung cấp số điện thoại hướng dẫn viên, xác nhận thời gian và địa điểm đón khách.

2. Đặt dịch vụ trực tuyến (online):

Bước 1: Qúy khách đặt tour trực tiếp trên trang website: ww.vietnamtouristvn.com (trong phần ô có chữ "đặt tour" của từng tour cụ thê) hoặc liên hệ qua các cổng thông tin như hotline, Fanpage Vietnam Tourist, Zalo page Vietnam Tourist nằm ở trang web này để được nhân viên Vietnam Tourist tư vấn chu đáo tận tình.

Bước 2: Qúy khách sẽ gửi thông tin đăng kí tour cho nhân viên đang tư vấn. Quý khách lựa chọn ngày đi và cung cấp các thông tin cá nhân như sau:

- Họ và tên

- Số điện thoại đăng kí tour

- Danh sách các thành viên tham gia tour ( Gồm họ & tên; ngày tháng năm sinh, số căn cước công dân )

Bước 3: Quý khách chuyển cọc trước 70% tổng số tiền tour theo quy định, với 30% còn lại quý khách sẽ thành toán cho hướng dẫn viên khi lên tour.

Lưu ý: Khi chuyển khoản quý khách vui lòng ghi rõ nội dung chuyển khoản như sau: Tên người đăng kí + Số điện thoại...Sau khi chuyển khoản thành công, quý khách vui lòng thông báo cho nhân viên đang phụ trách để kiểm tra.

Bước 4: Sau khi nhận được tiền, nhân viên Vietnam Tourist sẽ gửi phiếu xác nhận đặt tour qua zalo hoặc mail cho quý khách. Hoàn tất quy trình đặt tour. Trước ngày khởi hành tour. hướng dẫn viên Vietnam Tourist sẽ liên hệ với quý khách để cung cấp số điện thoại hướng dẫn viên, xác nhận thời gian và địa điểm đón khách. Quý khách nhận xác nhận qua Mail hoặc điện thoại.

Bước 3: Sau khi nhận được tiền cọc, bộ phận kế toán sẽ liên hệ quý khách để gửi phiếu xác nhận qua mail hoặc zalo, facebook.

II. ĐỐI VỚI KHÁCH ĐOÀN ( CÔNG TY/ ĐƠN VỊ/ TỔ CHỨC/...)

Bước 1: Qúy khách đặt tour với nhân viên tư vấn của Vietnam Tourist (Có thể đặt trực tiếp hoặc online)

Bước 2: Sau khi chọn được tour theo ý muốn, quý khách vui lòng cung cấp các thông tin sau cho nhân viên Vietnam Tourist:

- Thông tin công ty gồm: Địa chỉ công ty, mã số thuế, người đại diện và chức vụ

- Họ tên & số điện thoại trưởng đoàn ( người phụ trách chính của tour)

- Danh sách các thành viên tham gia tour ( Gồm họ & tên; ngày tháng năm sinh, số căn cước công dân )

Bước 3: Nhân viên Vietnam Tourist sẽ lên hợp đồng và gửi cho quý khách kiểm tra. Sau khi hai bên cùng đồng thuận thống nhất với hợp đồng, chúng tôi sẽ in ra và ký tên đóng dấu hai bản hợp đồng gửi cho quý khách. Khi nhận được hợp đồng, quý khách sẽ ký tên đóng dấu và gửi lại chúng tôi 01 bản hợp đồng.

Bước 4: Sau khi nhận được hợp đồng, quý khách vui lòng thanh toán theo quy trình ghi trên hợp đồng:

- Quý khách chuyển cọc trước 70% tổng số tiền tour theo quy định của hợp đồng.

- Qúy khách sẽ thanh toán 30% còn lại trong vòng 3 ngày sau khi hai bên kí kết biên bản nghiệm thu và thanh lý hợp đồng ( nếu có phát sinh sau tour) và quý khách nhận được hóa đơn VAT từ Vietnam Tourist.

Bước 4: Vietnam Tourist nhận được phần thanh toán còn lại từ quý khách, hợp đồng tour kết thúc!
