DAY

DA NANG – BANA HILLS BY NIGHT EXPERIENCE AT SUN WORLD BA NA HILLS (Meal: Dinner)

AFTERNOON

14:00: Vietnam Tourist's tour guide and driver will pick you up from your hotel in Da Nang City Center and transfer to Sun World Ba Na Hills, one of Vietnam's most famous mountain resorts, located atop Chua Mountain and renowned for its year-round cool climate and spectacular scenery.

15:00: Upon arrival, begin your journey aboard the world-renowned Ba Na Hills Cable Car, recognized as one of the most impressive cable car systems in the world. During the ride, admire breathtaking panoramic views of lush forests, majestic mountains, and Da Nang City from above.

15:30: Arrive at Ba Na Hills and enjoy free time exploring its iconic attractions. Visit the world-famous Golden Bridge, gracefully supported by two giant stone hands, and capture unforgettable photos at the magnificent Sun God Waterfall and other beautifully designed European-style landmarks.

16:00 – 17:00: Continue your adventure with a ride on the Mountain Railway, passing through picturesque landscapes before arriving at Moon Kingdom. Explore the magnificent Moon Castle, an enchanting European-inspired architectural masterpiece featuring impressive interiors, unique exhibitions, and immersive entertainment spaces.

17:00 – 19:00: Spend your leisure time at Fantasy Park, one of Vietnam's largest indoor entertainment complexes, offering a wide variety of exciting games and attractions suitable for visitors of all ages. Alternatively, stroll through the vibrant festival square, browse charming boutiques, or simply enjoy the lively atmosphere of Ba Na Hills as it transforms into a magical destination after sunset.

EVENING

19:00: Indulge in a delicious BBQ buffet dinner at Beer Plaza Restaurant, featuring an extensive selection of Vietnamese and international dishes. During dinner, enjoy lively entertainment, live music performances, and exciting mini game shows that create a festive and memorable dining experience.

20:00: Join the vibrant outdoor evening festivities at Beer Plaza, where bonfires, music performances, and interactive entertainment activities provide an unforgettable mountain nightlife experience.

20:30: Take a leisurely evening walk through the beautifully illuminated French Village, one of Ba Na Hills' most iconic attractions. The charming European architecture, romantic streets, and sparkling lights create the perfect setting for memorable photographs and a relaxing evening stroll.

21:00: Return to the cable car station for your descent to the foot of the mountain.

21:30: Meet your driver and transfer back to Da Nang City.

PRICE INCLUDES

1. Transportation: Modern tourist vehicle with comfortable seating and air conditioning throughout the tour.

2. Meals: 01 buffet at Bana Hills.

3. Entrance fees:

- Ba Na Hills Cable Car Ticket.

- Mountain Railway Ticket to Moon Castle.

- Entrance tickets as specified in the itinerary.

- Unused entrance tickets are non-refundable if guests choose to skip any attractions.

4. Insurance: Travel insurance with a maximum coverage of VND 30,000,000 per guest per case.

5. Tour Guide: Professional, friendly, and experienced English-speaking tour guide throughout the trip.

6. Complimentary:

- Vietnam Tourist travel hat.

- 01 bottle of mineral water (500ml) per guest.

- Cold towel.

7. VAT 8%: An 8% VAT invoice is available upon request. Please inform our sales team in advance if you require a VAT invoice

CHILD POLICY

Children aged 5 years and above: Charged at the adult rate (100% of the tour price).

Children under 5 years old: Charged at 85% of the adult tour price.

IMPORTANT NOTES

- A surcharge may apply during public holidays, Tet (Lunar New Year), and peak travel periods.

- The itinerary may be adjusted due to operational conditions; however, all scheduled attractions and services will remain unchanged.

- Guests are kindly requested to arrive at the designated pick-up point at least 15 minutes before the scheduled departure time. Late arrivals or no-shows without prior notice will be treated as cancellations on the departure day, and cancellation charges will apply.

- Children must travel with their parents or a legal guardian. If traveling with another adult, a written authorization may be required. Please bring the child's birth certificate or passport for verification.

- Guests are responsible for their own personal belongings and valuables throughout the tour.

- At the time of booking, please provide your full name, date of birth, passport or identification number, date of issue, and place of issue.

- The tour itinerary serves as the agreement between the customer and Vietnam Tourist. Any questions or complaints will be handled in accordance with the tour program and payment receipt.

- For safety reasons, the tour is not available for pregnant guests who are 6 months or more into their pregnancy.

- Guests aged 70 to 74 years are required to sign a health declaration and liability waiver before joining the tour.

CANCELLATION POLICY

(Not applicable during public holidays and Tet holidays. Saturdays and Sundays are not counted as business days.)

If you cancel your tour, the following cancellation charges will apply:

After booking confirmation: 30% of the total tour price.

07 business days before departure: 50% of the total tour price.

03 business days before departure: 70% of the total tour price.

Within 24 hours prior to departure or in case of a no-show: 100% of the total tour price.

1. Đặt dịch vụ trực tiếp tại văn phòng Vietnam Tourist

Bước 1: Qúy khách đến trực tiếp văn phòng của Vietnam Tourist để được tư vấn & đăng kí tour.

Bước 2: Qúy khách đặt tour trực tiếp với nhân viên tại văn phòng Vietnam Tourist, quý khách lựa chọn ngày đi và cung cấp các thông tin cá nhân như sau:

- Họ và tên

- Số điện thoại đăng kí tour

- Danh sách các thành viên tham gia tour ( Gồm họ & tên; ngày tháng năm sinh, số căn cước công dân )

Bước 3: Quý khách đặt cọc trước 70% tổng số tiền tour theo quy định, với 30% còn lại quý khách sẽ thành toán cho hướng dẫn viên khi lên tour.

Bước 4: Hoàn tất quy trình đặt tour, quý khách nhận phiếu xác nhận đăng kí tour. Trước ngày khởi hành tour. hướng dẫn viên Vietnam Tourist sẽ liên hệ với quý khách để cung cấp số điện thoại hướng dẫn viên, xác nhận thời gian và địa điểm đón khách.

2. Đặt dịch vụ trực tuyến (online):

Bước 1: Qúy khách đặt tour trực tiếp trên trang website: ww.vietnamtouristvn.com (trong phần ô có chữ "đặt tour" của từng tour cụ thê) hoặc liên hệ qua các cổng thông tin như hotline, Fanpage Vietnam Tourist, Zalo page Vietnam Tourist nằm ở trang web này để được nhân viên Vietnam Tourist tư vấn chu đáo tận tình.

Bước 2: Qúy khách sẽ gửi thông tin đăng kí tour cho nhân viên đang tư vấn. Quý khách lựa chọn ngày đi và cung cấp các thông tin cá nhân như sau:

- Họ và tên

- Số điện thoại đăng kí tour

- Danh sách các thành viên tham gia tour ( Gồm họ & tên; ngày tháng năm sinh, số căn cước công dân )

Bước 3: Quý khách chuyển cọc trước 70% tổng số tiền tour theo quy định, với 30% còn lại quý khách sẽ thành toán cho hướng dẫn viên khi lên tour.

Lưu ý: Khi chuyển khoản quý khách vui lòng ghi rõ nội dung chuyển khoản như sau: Tên người đăng kí + Số điện thoại...Sau khi chuyển khoản thành công, quý khách vui lòng thông báo cho nhân viên đang phụ trách để kiểm tra.

Bước 4: Sau khi nhận được tiền, nhân viên Vietnam Tourist sẽ gửi phiếu xác nhận đặt tour qua zalo hoặc mail cho quý khách. Hoàn tất quy trình đặt tour. Trước ngày khởi hành tour. hướng dẫn viên Vietnam Tourist sẽ liên hệ với quý khách để cung cấp số điện thoại hướng dẫn viên, xác nhận thời gian và địa điểm đón khách. Quý khách nhận xác nhận qua Mail hoặc điện thoại.

Bước 3: Sau khi nhận được tiền cọc, bộ phận kế toán sẽ liên hệ quý khách để gửi phiếu xác nhận qua mail hoặc zalo, facebook.

II. ĐỐI VỚI KHÁCH ĐOÀN ( CÔNG TY/ ĐƠN VỊ/ TỔ CHỨC/...)

Bước 1: Qúy khách đặt tour với nhân viên tư vấn của Vietnam Tourist (Có thể đặt trực tiếp hoặc online)

Bước 2: Sau khi chọn được tour theo ý muốn, quý khách vui lòng cung cấp các thông tin sau cho nhân viên Vietnam Tourist:

- Thông tin công ty gồm: Địa chỉ công ty, mã số thuế, người đại diện và chức vụ

- Họ tên & số điện thoại trưởng đoàn ( người phụ trách chính của tour)

- Danh sách các thành viên tham gia tour ( Gồm họ & tên; ngày tháng năm sinh, số căn cước công dân )

Bước 3: Nhân viên Vietnam Tourist sẽ lên hợp đồng và gửi cho quý khách kiểm tra. Sau khi hai bên cùng đồng thuận thống nhất với hợp đồng, chúng tôi sẽ in ra và ký tên đóng dấu hai bản hợp đồng gửi cho quý khách. Khi nhận được hợp đồng, quý khách sẽ ký tên đóng dấu và gửi lại chúng tôi 01 bản hợp đồng.

Bước 4: Sau khi nhận được hợp đồng, quý khách vui lòng thanh toán theo quy trình ghi trên hợp đồng:

- Quý khách chuyển cọc trước 70% tổng số tiền tour theo quy định của hợp đồng.

- Qúy khách sẽ thanh toán 30% còn lại trong vòng 3 ngày sau khi hai bên kí kết biên bản nghiệm thu và thanh lý hợp đồng ( nếu có phát sinh sau tour) và quý khách nhận được hóa đơn VAT từ Vietnam Tourist.

Bước 4: Vietnam Tourist nhận được phần thanh toán còn lại từ quý khách, hợp đồng tour kết thúc!
